zjadłam na śniadanie pudding chia, wzięłam saszetkę na przeczyszczenie i dużo piłam wody bo tak trzeba. chcę mniej podjadać ale oczywiste jadłam suchy chleb 😵 powiedziałam że nie chcę obiadu, zostałam sama w domu. dalej popijałam tą wodę, aż dostałam potwornych mdłości. zastanawiałam się nawet czy nie jeść nic do końca dnia, bo była już 16 i mogłabym poczekać, ale szkoda mi było przyszykowanego jedzenia. zrobiłam też bardzo dobry trening, jedynie 20 minut i to tańca ale bardzo się zmęczyłam i spociłam. potem dodałam pilates. nie chcę robić obciążających treningów do końca roku.
