Got a crazy one for you today. I still can't get over it. I live near this, but thanks to Curieously for bringing it to my attention. I had no idea. This is Horizon House in Fort Lee, New Jersey, built in the 1960s- there are several buildings. It was always THE most prestigious place. How I always wanted to live here. My mom, who was a decorator, had several clients there. Okay, but here's where it gets weird- this is a glam penthouse for sale. 2bds, 3.5ba, yet it's only $190K. I won't reveal why until the end. You will be shocked. Curieously and I are still talking about it.

Okay, so what's the deal? Well, apparently, it's only $199K to buy it, BUT, the HOA fee is a whopping $7,004.13mo! Oh, and Co-op board approval is required -income ratio 4:1. (B/c who the hell can afford that?) So let me get this straight. You pay a fee of $7Kmo. to live here and when you sell it you only get a measly $190K? How is this even possible? That's not all, though- it's an additional $98mo for parking/$106mo if you want valet parking. It's called a Stock Cooperative, which I really don't understand: A co-op is a way to own a primary residence, but where homeowners don't own their units outright; instead, each resident is a shareholder in the co-op itself.

Whenever Rella or Rapunzel knows Tim’s been on his computer too long, or you’re hyperfixated on a case, or neither of you have slept in a while, they’ll drag you away from your work for a walk or a nap or food

First and foremost: Playdough’s rainbow spots are just dye; she’s fine I promise
Dami brought Titus and Alfred, obviously, but sadly Batcow had to stay at the manor. The condo building owners didn’t like the idea of that; a Great Dane is barely allowed as it is
The other cat is Cookie!! She’s nice but you and Dami tell everyone she’s mean so when they get affection they feel all warm inside [:
Keep in mind these guys are the only permanent ones- you foster all kinds of animals, including more dogs and cats, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, even a bat once
Dami also had to stay close to the manor for Robin purposes. You guys are a few minutes away
There are little weapons and med kits and snacks (human and pet) scattered all over your place
Everything is so dark at your place so bloodstains are less noticable
(Dami tends to stumble through a window at like four in the morning, potentially with stab or gunshot wounds and bleeds all over the place)
If you’re a nurse, the stitching up came easy
If you’re not… you had to learn pretty fast
But hey it’s not all bad you’ve got four emotional support animals and a giant tv to watch Nat Geo on

Okay let's go crack nukcles
1. Prapai getting a new Condo and leaving the whole designing Part to Sky. It's a duplex penthouse with a beautiful loft and they got it after Sky's first paycheck coz Sky wants to contribute in any way he can. And the penthouse is beautiful there's floor to ceiling windows and it's so bright and at night you can see the whole city skyline and it's Prapai only bought this so Sky could enjoy the view. The first floor is definitely very spacious and designed in a way that allows a professional look yet still feeling cozy coz Prapai might have meetings or dinners arranged with families. But the second is only theirs and its where the master bedroom and all are situated. There is a huge balcony where all of Sky's plants are places with lots of sunlight there is also a spot for sunflowers. (Picture below)

2. Sky proposing to Prapai at their beach with a very beautiful elaborate plan coz he is ready to marry Prapai and start this new chapter with Prapai and of course the plan goes smoothly and Prapai is in tears they both are but Prapai is a mess 😂 and they both are deliriously happy and can't wait to be husbands 😭😭😭
3. This is a personal headcanon coz Fort and Peat was wonderful with their cousin and nephew and it just makes me want to see Prapaisky as parents so bad. So they adopt a beautiful girl and Prapai always calls her Princess coz she is his princess and she is naughty and smart and gives them both a run for their money 😂 but also her whole family spoils her coz she is their sun, moon and the stars. By the time shes 5 years old she has already perfected her papa's "yeah no shit" stare and her dad's "puppy eyed stare" to get her way she loves playing with blocks with her papa and pretends to talk to big people on the phone like she's doing business just like her dad. Her fashion is top notch thanks to Auntie and Uncle Phan and Plerng. Uncles Rain and Payu gives her the most beautiful set of color pencils and Sky has to have a cleaner on hand every time she comes close to the white pristine Sofa but Prapai being Prapai doesn't care coz she is his princess and she can do no wrong and he will get her 100 other sofas if he wants to.
