Every fic I've found for these two that doesn't somehow involve the rowdyruffs always has Blossom instantly smitten with Dexter.

No- he is a little asshat. She is a prude. They both have HUGE egos and a bad pride streak- especially when it comes to saving the world.

They can be cute and fluffy but dammit where is it where they are snarky and salty as hell with each other first before becoming besties/ eventually crushing.

So small head canon, Maddie's several careers before her and Jack's current position as Danville Beach's lifeguard, consist of her working for that photo company in the Dexter's Laboratory episode 'Photo Finish', so yeah with Maggie being her sister, she technically fought her nephew that episode. She only saw Dexter in very sporadic occasions.

Later on, she quit upon realising the company's true intent (something about one big privacy invasion scheme), gained some weight and developed some great skill in violin playing, which got her a position in Danville Symphony Orchestra.

And of course, while in this orchestra, she started loosing weight, growing taller than even her sister, as tall as Jack and Vlad, and became a lifeguard.

Ok I did them BUT put them in different contextes (I know which episode these are from I watched it few days ago lmao!)

So, for Dexter nothing too mad, just him wearing a kigurumi Dee Dee got him (asked a recruit to find one his size LMAO).

For Mandark I went as wild as him in the episode so WHAT IF, a mission that is given is that Mandark got missing and you need to find him, you find out Fusion Mandark is behind the whole thing and hunt him to his lair to kick his butt but once you arrive you just find Mandark took care of things himself because you were taking too much. You still get a little reward, but honestly, you could've spend the time just doing something else, like, STOPPING THE FREAKING INVASION??? Welp.
