References for both Kouperé and the three Pokéteers. (Yes. That’s what I’m going to call them from now on.)

Most of these concept images were drawn late last year. The one for Kouperé’s Resolute Form wasn’t worked on until very recently.

When it came to drawing these, I felt like I had the air of a professional. Like I could actually create high-quality artwork that people will care about. I hope I can continue to feel that way when it comes to my work.

Kouperé is Togero’s new name. It’s a corruption of “Le couperet”. (French for “the blade” or “the chopper”.)

It's been a while since I've talked about Pokémon 4koma on this blog.

First things first, the webcomic isn't called Pokémon 4koma anymore. I've grown to hate the name and it wasn't until late last year that I finally came up with a better name for it. It now goes by Pokémon Pocket Web Comics. The page for the webcomic has been refined a bit alongside the writing and art. When it comes to characters, you'll still see old faces like Glampurr and Umbreon. But there are also NEW characters like Braixen and Miraidon. (Anthro characters such as Kouperé and Vlad have stopped appearing in the comic as I want to solely focus on non-anthropomorphic Pokémon in the same world presented in official material.)

Two days ago, I managed to finish a new strip focusing on Cinderace and the notorious decision to remove certain attacks from newer Pokémon games.

It's her against the world! And you can witness it all in full on the Pokémon Pocket Web Comics page on my website!
