Mina was never someone who seemed very sure of herself, but this time was different. Unlike the other sessions of this kangaroo court where she would cower away from bringing attention to herself and was so afraid of saying something wrong: Mina sat firmly and at attention. Maybe she wasn't kidding when she said she wanted to change, but who knows if that development was really good or not.

If anything, she was trying to be more helpful than the previous two trials.

"Well, despite being the person to bring it up I don't think we shouldn't bank everything on Mitsu 'trusting' or feeling comfortable around her killer. I... think it's a strong possibility, but it's not a hill I'm ready to die on if evidence proves otherwise? We can't be stagnant in our thought processes here."

Adjusting her glasses, the roboticist quietly counts around the circle.

"(...six... seven!)" she clears her throat, "Seven of us have black hair that could possibly match the one found in the sauna. I was with Dr. Rivera when we compared the sample to our own hair but the piece found is shorter than my longest strands. A-Admittedly though my hair, as we can see, is uneven because I cut the layers myself. I-I'm fine for the sake of argument to leave myself as a possible suspect but I can confidently say I'm not the best match."

Speaking of her long hair, she'll look for a hair tie to pull it back out of her face while she talks. Leaving her hair down felt weird and she only forgot because they had been rushing around until the last moments of investigation.

"We don't know anything for a fact, but the person we're likely looking for is: tall, or at least has a larger shoe size; physically adept; and very likely has chin-to-neck-length black hair. I-It's possible Mitsu may have trusted them but we can't actually prove that. We also can't completely assume that they had to look up the manner in which they chose to paralyze her, so prior knowledge of the Central Nervous System isn't key evidence to this case, as they could have looked it up easily or known beforehand."

She scratches at her neck.

"Everyone on the Council was taller than Mitsu, b-but I think if we need to try narrowing it down more, temporarily, we may want to look at people who have a more considerable height difference with her given the angle of the wound. People like Mr.Neswood and Ms.Kizaki may be more unlikely suspects, though we can't completely rule anyone out yet -- e-especially because Rusty is the last known person to have seen her. But Hangyu, m-myself, Tenko, Setsuna, and Evren may be a better place to start looking closer...? Uhm.."

The people she called out to specifically earn a more apologetic, awkward smile. It felt weird to name people so casually.

"I-I'm not saying for certain it was any of us, but does that logic make sense? If we can't really narrow down evidence towards the five of us, obviously we move on elsewhere. Unless someone has a fair excuse they're willing to share for why they were in the sauna this afternoon, we m-might be better off discussing this instead. I think that's fair..." Mina massages small circles into her palm.

"To the four of you: did you manage to complete the tasks? Why don't we start there?"
