ZephyrDNB has recently released a new single: "Aeon"
October 2022 - ZephyrDNB is back with a new studio single: "Aeon". The track highlights the artist’s incredible performance versatility, pushing the limits of the Liquid Drum & Bass aesthetics with an original twist. While the syncopated groove of the drums drives the song, there is also room for a lush layering of ambient pads and lush synth melodies. As a result, the listening experience is very immersive. The vocals in the song are soulful and dynamic, bringing an added nostalgic flavor to this wonderful composition. Ultimately, “Aeon” is a perfect taste of the kaleidoscopic variety that people can expect from ZephyrDNB and his ever-evolving soundscape.
Check out "Aeon" if you are a fan of artists such as Camo & Krooked, Justin Hawkes, Magnetude, Memtrix, Noisia, and many more.
Don’t miss out on ZephyrDNB and listen to "Aeon".

[Exclusive] Noisia Talk Legacy & Future Ahead of Final Show Of Their Career
Noisia first announced their imminent break up back in 2019 with plans for a farewell tour, but that was quickly delayed by the pandemic. Now, the Dutch electronic trio are preparing to play their actual last show ever next month at Lowlands in their native Netherlands. In the meantime the group managed to release one final album, Closer, including collaborations with Skrillex, Camo & Krooked,…

Whiney, one of Hospital Records’ youngest ever signings has been lighting up dancefloors and festivals with his trademark underground sounds for over 7 years.
Whiney first caught the attention of the drum & bass scene back in 2012 when he released the “Sweetest Sin” EP on Subsphere Recordings with longtime friend and now label mate, Keeno. Introduced to Drum & Bass at 14 and classical instruments at 7 Will focused his efforts on production, signing his first track ‘No More’ to Hospital Records at the age of 18. Already turning heads at a young age, Will signed exclusively to Hospital’s sister-label Med School Music just 2 years later. Twice heard on the imprint’s iconic ‘New Blood’ series, and following further appearances on the various artist albums “Sick Music 3” and “Hospitality 2015”, Whiney released his debut solo EP for Med School “Stranger Tides”. This release moved him away from the liquid licks he had become known for and introduced us to his darker, more dancefloor orientated tastes.
His 2017 album “Talisman” continued to showcase Whiney’s deeper sonic style and earned him recognition throughout the drum & bass scene. In that same year he was nominated in three categories in The Drum & Bass Arena Awards; Best Newcomer, Best Album and Best Track for the anthem that was ‘Flashlight’ feat. MC Inja. Of the album, ‘Flashlight’ stoked the most club support from legends like Randall. The track also reached the Beatport top spot for two weeks.
No longer viewed as a newcomer, Whiney’s second album “Waystone” cemented his name as one of the scene’s most well respected artists. There followed remix requests from S.P.Y, Etherwood, London Elektricity, BCee and Ecuador as well as radio and dancefloor support from DJ Target, Friction, Noisia, High Contrast, Rene LaVice, Annie Nightingale and Camo & Krooked, to name but a few. Whiney’s compositions are also included in diverse sync projects with BT Sports and Letterkenny and computer games like Need For Speed Heat, Forza Horizon 3 & 4, GRIP.
With over twelve years spent in choirs, orchestras and Grade 8 achievements in both violin and piano, it was inevitable Whiney’s life path would follow a musical route. After discovering a love for Pendulum and becoming inspired to delve into the world of music production, drum and bass became his calling.
These days Whiney can been seen playing sets across the globe, having had solo tours in Australia, New Zealand, China and South Korea, but his favourite shows have been closer to home as Whiney cites.
Check out his latest album and his best work yet - Bubblers Part One.

4 December Spotify & Beatport Exclusive 20 December Worldwide Release April 2019. Droptek unleashes his 18 track debut album Symbiosis onto Korsakov Music and the rest is history. Noisia, Camo & Krooked, Black Sun Empire, MUZZ, Koven and even Pendulum all repped the originals and also many of the first 9 remixes on Droptek - Symbiosis Remixed Part 1, culminating in Pendulum playing Sentient (Joe Ford Remix) on their groundbreaking Spitbank Fort Livestream. Now, Symbiosis Remixed returns with Part 2, with a roll call as hench as any. AKOV decides he’s had enough of all that genre nonsense and turns Revolver into arguably the most ridiculous track he’s ever made, offering a staggering 122 bpm breakbeat spectacle that’s set to knock out everybody brave enough to hear it. Brand new Korsakov Music signees PRFCT Mandem show off their musical prowess and impeccable production skills on their complete techstravaganza that is their Cyclic Remix. High Maintenance and Polygon both give their highly unique and recognizable twists on Illusions - the most popular track on Symbiosis by a mile, blessed by the enchanting and magic vocal performance of Holly Drummond. AC13 flips title track Symbiosis in truly ridiculous fashion, turning a bona fide roller hit into a futuristic piece of controlled chaos set to tear dancefloors up across the world. Mean Teeth and Wingz manage to turn the respective album opener and closer The Expanse and The Spire into some of the most clever remixing you’ll hear in a long time, offering wildly different yet equally impressive takes on the beginning and the end of Symbiosis LP. Where Levela goes murky roller on Devoid, L3mmy Dubz goes all out jump up destroyer on Criptos (Bad Sound). Droptek - Symbiosis Remixed Part 2 twists and turns, bends but doesn’t break, it surprises, excites, amazes and shocks and goes into every possible corner of the drum & bass spectrum, Korsakov Music style. Perhaps the only thing even better is that not one, but TWO more parts are coming in this remix series. You have been warned…..#korsakovmusic #neurofunk #droptek #remixedpart2 @droptekofficial https://www.instagram.com/p/CIW_ES7JmRC/?igshid=pwf5wb1vc3ve

Your EDM Premiere: Mefjus – ‘Sleazebag’ Ed Rush Remix [Vision]
In the wake of his massive hit album Manifest released last year on Noisia’s Vision imprint, Mefjus has had the benevolence to commission and bestow upon the masses an equally huge remix album, due out this Friday, March 1. Since said D&B masses have been salivating over the release of this remix album pretty much since the original LP came out, Mefjus and Vision have also deigned to release a decent number of singles as well. So far remixes from Annix, Camo & Krooked, Loadstar, Break, Culprate, Signal, Misanthrop, Skeptical, Rebitrh, Circuits and Levitate have all been released on their own. Is there more? Oh, so much more.
With the release of the full album just days away, Your EDM managed to snag a streaming copy of Ed Rush’s “Sleazebag” just to make sure heads are whipped into a proper frenzy. With this track being one of the most iconic on Manifest, one might wonder if it even can be remixed. Mr. Rush has answered that questions swiftly and thoroughly.
The most notable change in Ed Rush’s remix of “Sleazebag” is that the main synth sample which characterizes the track is now sped up and doubled down. It doesn’t sound like that would make that big of a difference in the track but it does. That small tweak changes the way the listener will hear the tempo, the syncopation of synths to drums to bassline and even the distortion.
Said distortion is another key difference; it’s often said that a good remix will highlight the points of interest on the original track, and the extra loud, metallic distortion on the “Sleazebag” does just that. Anyone who heard the original mix would never have classified it as minimal when it comes to the ambient sounds filling the space around the main mix but when compared to Ed Rush’s remix, that is now indeed a descriptor. In true Ed Rush fashion, he’s hardened up one of the hardest drum and bass tracks of 2018 and thus highlighted how well-constructed the original is while making a completely new and interesting track out of the remix.
With “Sleazebag” being one of the final tracks to preview before Manifest remixed releases, fans may think they have a pretty good idea of what to expect when it drops. Rest assured, however, that there are still many twists and turns to come from Mefjus and friends. The remix album is truly just as great as the original Manifest.
The Manifest remix album drops on Vision this Friday, March 1. Check Beatport, Spotify and the Vision Recordings website for stream and purchase options.

Camo & Krooked & Mefjus - No Tomorrow (feat. Sophie Lindinger) by Hospital Records Buy or stream 'No Tomorrow' here: https://ift.tt/3ob6BYE Three drum & bass powerhouses collide as Camo & Krooked & Mefjus team up on their latest glitched out anthem ‘No Tomorrow’ featuring the sultry vocals of Sophie Lindinger - an unmatchable four-way showcase of some of Austria’s finest musical talent. With the three titan’s last collaboration ‘Kallisto’ on Hospital Records taking the electronic music scene by storm last summer with impeccable sound design and mind-warping basslines, Camo & Krooked & Mefjus have outdone themselves once more as ‘No Tomorrow’ plunges deep into the depths of twisted drum & bass sonics. Spooky knocks and the intoxicating voice of Sophie Lindinger, the lead singer of acclaimed Austrian electro-pop band Leyya, gravitate the track straight into action, paving the way for orchestral atmospherics and enrapturing strings. Minimal drums, crafted with meticulous precision, lay the groundwork for an out-of-this-world synth which propels the listener into futuristic realms. It’s safe to say that Camo & Krooked & Mefjus’ continue in their fields as leading musicians and sound designers, whilst Sophie Lindinger demonstrates her unique ability to inject raw emotion into her music through solemn yet graceful lyrics and phrases. Things don’t get much bigger than the joining forces of Camo & Krooked with Mefjus, with the behemoth trio unleashing drum & bass crunchers such as ‘Sidewinder’ on Noisia’s Vision Recordings and ‘Kallisto’ on Hospital Records which has racked up well over 2 million streams. Notwithstanding their killer separate back catalogues home to classics such as Camo & Krooked’s ‘Set It Off (feat. Jeru The Damaja)’, ‘All Night’ and ‘Loa’, and Mefjus’ ‘Suicide Bassline’, ‘Foundations’ and ‘The Sirens’, this is yet another certified smasher for Camo & Krooked and Mefjus to add to their books. Let It Roll Is Doing a Livestream Series of Never Before Seen Sets From Past Festies and It’s Pretty Damn Epic
Many artists and labels are doing their part to keep us all in raving shape through this weird time of no festies, from livestreams to virtual raves and now Europe’s biggest D&B festival is also here to entertain the homebound masses. The festival’s promoters announced the “Stream Rollin’ 4 Charity” series two weeks ago with livestreams of past shows every Thursday and featuring at least three huge sets each time.
They started with 2013’s marquis sets from Wilkinson, Optiv & BTK and Ed Rush & Optical. Last week’s stream was AMC, The Upbeats and Matrix & Futurebound. This week there’s a new twist, as all the sets will be technically “premieres,” meaning these sets have never been released in video form to the public. On the roster for today’s stream, which starts at 6 pm CET (9am PDT and 12pm EDT) are unreleased sets from High Contrast, Black Sun Empire and Original Sin. It’s definitely a new vibe to put up sets that have never been seen before on video; it makes it closer to a real rave when you don’t know what’s coming.
LIR plans to do the same unreleased sets setup for subsequent weeks, with sets from Netsky, Noisia and Camo & Krooked plus many more. With Let It Roll being one of the last holdouts for summer festivals that may still be on, these streams are part of the festival’s #letssavethesummertogether campaign. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed and the energy positive as we rock out to these sick sets!
youtube
As the title of the streaming series suggests, LIR is also raising money for an awesome charity through this vehicle, a Donio (similar to Kickstarter) campaign which donates specialized medical facemasks to medical professionals on the frontline fighting the virus, so click here during the stream or any time to donate and help.
Be sure to set your reminders for the new stream, up in just a few hours on Let It Roll’s YouTube channel, and in the meantime enjoy the stream from last week below.
