#OC: The Devil's Hotline

Introduction to my OC, Bianca. She is a part of my original story concept The Devil's Hotline, and stands to be the catalyst for the majority of the important events in this series concept. On her 8th birthday, she was killed by the main character of this series, Chris, after he was possessed by a demon. After he goes into Hell to fight to bring her soul back, she is revived and brought back to Earth in a new body. However, in the first timeline, Chris is tempted by Beelzebub to become the Antichrist and kickstart the apocalypse. So after the Rapture takes her parents from her, she is protected and raised by the three demons she met in Hell, and makes it her mission to slay the Antichrist and renew balance in the world.

In the apocalypse, all water becomes blood. The demons that take care of her can turn the blood into water, but their miracles are only temporary, so when the water leaves her body, it turns back into blood. So you can imagine what the red "face paint" around her eyes is made from.

As well as that, her leather coat is made from stitched patches of leather from the skin of a fallen angel's wings, and she stole that flaming sword from Jesus Christ himself :)

Like the last project, I was again assigned the task of creating a lifecycle - this time for a creature (our professor made a note for us to distinguish characters from creatures). I decided upon making the first draft for Axel, Asmodeus's pet dragon.

The real Asmodeus himself is indeed described to be riding upon a dragon. In my own lore for him, he was gifted to Ash by Beelzebub, and Axel proved to be a loyal friend throughout particularly rough moments in his life. Ash would go through some pretty rough events that leave him with PTSD, and so Axel acts as a sort of emotional support animal, as well as a physical support animal when his bad leg flares up.

Axel is never actually meant to be shown as growing old in the Devil's Hotline, though this assignment did call for a full lifecycle. However, when he acts as a support animal instead of a steed, he can regress into his smaller, adolescent form, which is about the size of a great dane.

The first assignment I got in my first formal character design course was to create a sort of "lifecycle" for a character we had in mind. I saw this as a chance to introduce Asmodeus.

When it comes to the actual demon himself, his origin lore varies, but the lore I've created for this version of him is he was born of the Fallen Angel Samael with a human woman. He never met his real father, but after his mother passes away, he searches for Samael, and once he finds him, asks him to teach him dark magic. He becomes a wizard of sorts, stirring trouble and chaos wherever he goes. After a scuff with some angels attacking Samael and his wife, in an act of anger and hubris, he attempts to fly into heaven to give God what's worth! But they immediately punt him back down, and curse him to become a demon.
