what source engine command can i use to turn turn into a girl?

if youre in a modded client, holding down C and opening the pac3 menu will get you the best results, though for less customization in a vanilla server you can still choose a different skin in the same menu. if it's not there, then it can be found in the settings menu under "multiplayer".

i personally use a different engine and input "showlooksmenu player 1" which gives me a lot of hands on settings to change.
