I watched the English dub clips of Yashahime. Omg Inuyasha screaming "no!" When him and Kagome got sucked into the jewel. He sounded so terrified. The squeal doesn't make me feel how I used to feel on the original but thank god for Richard voicing Inuyasha role again.

I hate that scene with all my being but yes Richard really did a good job! 😭 

I actually didn’t really like Kappei Yamaguchi in that episode, I thought he sounded kind of weird?? So this episode is already better for me with Ric in it, lol.

Always love the English dub of Yashahime.♥Sesshomaru telling Jaken to guard Rin with his life, is so touching. His voice, omgosh! He loves his wife so much. Rin crying out his name got me tearful, she's worried about her husband.

David and Brenna done absolutely remarkable, as did the other voice actors. ♡(.◜ω◝.)♡

They're voices and emotions were so on point.

The way he said Rin! And Kyaaa! Everyone sounds so awesome! Zero you are very mean to be so cruel to Rin.

I wanna cry! So beautiful and sad!

The last scene was also emotional, Sesshomaru probably doesn't like speaking of what happened to Rin because he feels he failed her.

Ahhhh!!! David Kaye did so amazing!! Sesshomaru sounds so awesome! And the recording is even better this year!! Wooo that sexy voice! Not only that, you can hear how softly he speaks and hear concern in his tone in some scenes. ♡(.◜ω◝.)♡ I'll put up more scenes later on today.

Lol, I love the way Sesshomaru said "Just ignore it Jaken." Aww, he really wants to get to the girls to explain some of Rin's situation. I wonder if we'll find out the deal between Sesshomaru and Kirinmaru, it's interesting.

Ahh! So many details with the English dub! I love hearing Sesshomaru say Rin's name. The way Towa said no about Rin dying made me cry almost. This scene still remains intense and yay Sesshomaru checked on Moroha, it's so nice to hear him care for all the girls. ♡️ Setsuna is very committed about saving Rin and Towa will be as well, she just needs time the poor girl is traumatized and we know that both girls are going to save Rin because they said so in the magazine.

Part 1

Sesshomaru, Rin, Setsuna, Jaken, Moroha, Takechiyo, Hisui, Kohaku

Kyaaaaah! I love David so much! He done a great job with Sesshomaru! As did the rest of the cast for their characters. I love and admire this scene of how fast Sesshomaru is flying to save his wife's life, he isn't wasting no time, he is speed flying! Lol, Jaken struggling as he's hanging onto his Mokomoko is really funny to me.

Ouch... the way Rin weakly mentions Towa and Setsuna's names.... (ノ﹏ヽ) I'll cry all night, I never heard Rin speak in such a weaken voice before.

Jaken assuming Sesshomaru was flying fast to grant Rin's dying wish... Nooooo! Omgoshy don't! Why would you even say or think that Jaken?! (つ﹏<。)

It looks like Sesshomaru was having some trouble finding his daughters, it may had been the fact that Towa and Setsuna were in their human forms for a whole night or the fact they used that hand cream all night. Lol, poor guy. Well, the ogres did Sesshomaru a favor by talking about their plot, he overheard them and changed direction without even hesitating.

Yet again, Jaken has spilled the tea on Sesshomaru's actions... aww! He wasn't giving up on his wife Rin, he never wants to lose her, she is his everything. And now thanks to the official interview, we found Rin is Sesshomaru's heart. 💜 She is apart of him and his reasoning for living, it's just so beautiful! If he had of lost Rin forever from the silver scale curse or anything, it would probably straight up kill Sesshomaru, literally. That's like, pretty much saying he would die without her existence.( ˃̣̣̥ω˂̣̣̥ ) This man is in love! Rin is his soulmate.

Lots of Antis were so angry that Sesshomaru didn't do what Rin wanted him to do, they made up such ridiculous stuff about him having her imprisoned in the tree of ages... No, they just wanted her to die, they said many times while trashing Rin as a character. They just ticked off their theory didn't come true about if Rin dies, Kagura will be living through her from now on.

(I hate Kagura now thanks to them...hopefully it's temporary since I do in fact ship her with Adult Kohaku, I find them being a good positive ship, so it should be temporary since I'm still hyped about drawing them together one day. Anyway, I use to only like her as a character, I felt bad for her because all she truly wanted was freedom, she got it but in the most sad and tragic way. But then Antis with their horrible obsession with SessKagu had to destroy her character for me... They've put me and great fans and artists through a lot heck. (SessKagu in my opinion is one of the most Toxic ships ever... I had to block all of it's tags, especially blocked Kagura's too. And I'll be honest, I don't see Sesshomaru and Rin being with other people. I'm completely against seeing them with other characters as a ship but I never go harassing people, I just simply ignore it, block or mute because I find blocking some people or accounts is too harsh, especially if they aren't an Anti. I just prefer blocking Antis to keep them away me and so I can't see their posts anywhere. Plus, it's discouraging for my inspiration to see them with someone else other than each other, I've met a few artists and fans who feel the same way, so it's always best to feed your inspiration and not the stuff that discourage it.) So yes, Antis got mad at Sesshomaru for this, it was ridiculous. He didn't want his wife to die and also Rin didn't want to die either, she cried when Sesshomaru had to cut the dream butterfly to help Setsuna out with mastering her weapon. She knew what was gonna happen once that was done... The silver scales would start to cover her whole body until she rot away. Sesshomaru is and will always be a wonderful husband. ♡️

Aww, Moroha is just too gosh darn cute! And she even sounds concerned of her Aunt Rin, it's very sweet, she loves her family so much.

Lol, Kohaku is a Sesshomaru fanboy. He was probably cheering on the inside to see Sesshomaru after all these years, you can actually hear the excitement in his voice and he wanted to fight beside him, it's cute!

Sesshomaru is not showing favoritism in Setsuna by going to her first, this was a bad misinterpretation. He loves both his baby girls very much and probably wants these hardships to end as soon as possible so he and Rin can finally be with them. I'm sure he's curious of how to be a father to them and still needs his beloved's guidance and influences to help him understand it. The concern in his voice and the way he closed his eyes, worrying about Towa... really makes my heart melt on how caring he is, he has came a long way, I'm very proud of him. ♡(.◜ω◝.)♡ He's a great father in his own way. I always love how softly he speaks to his daughters, he's gentle and patient, it's beautiful. He truly knew Setsuna is the only key to calm Towa. And wow, I could hear the tension in his voice when he was taking out the ogres, he's definitely under a lot pressure with all the situations going on.

I don't have much to say right now because I've quite sleepy since I've been getting these clips but I am happy to do so for y'all.

I truly love all these voices actors, they do such a remarkable with the English dub, I can definitely hear how passionate they are about voicing these amazing characters.

Sesshomaru knows Rion was sealed, I'm not sure if Sesshomaru and Jaken met her before but they know about her, so that's a mystery. I wonder if Kirinmaru told them about it or someone else did. I hope they do tell us about that soon. I love the scene where Setsuna and Towa seen their beautiful mother Rin finally... but something is strange... why did the tree of ages say "How does it feel to meet your mother again?" Again? Why would she say that when they didn't get held by their mother? Did Towa and Setsuna open their eyes and see her? or did Sesshomaru and Jaken take them to the tree of ages to see Rin on days he would come visit? (Yes, I've totally let go of the theories that Rin got to raise them in the forest after Episode 27, I did confirm I'd let go if the series said otherwise. There's only hope now that Sesshomaru came to visit them while visiting Rin in the tree of ages as well.) I feel bad for Moroha, she's terribly confused about her parents being alive or not, hopefully she gets confirmation that they are indeed alive soon. Okay, night night, I said all I good and I'm dozing off. Please forgive me for spelling mistakes. ♡️

Yashahime Ep 36 English Dub

Part 2

Rin, Setsuna

This scene here was both beautiful and emotional, you can literally hear how Rin's voice is getting faint each time she uses all the strength she has to talk to her daughter Setsuna. You can hear the unbearable pain she is suffering through her voice dealing with the silver scales spreading all over her body. I love Setsuna's dedication to save her and Towa's mother, she even blames herself for taking too long to mastering the Yukari no Tachikiri. Rin is such a loving mother who cherishes both her daughters and wants to hold them close.♡️ I am very happy Yashahime made her into this type of mother. I remember Antis going on about Rin isn't even fit to be a mother because of the she personality she had as a child (And them thinking she still is a child ignoring all the years that has past and the fact she got sealed in the tree at 18 years old. There's nothing wrong with teen mom's as long as they are not forced. I believe Rin really wanted to be a mother and make a new family with Sesshomaru by becoming his wife and have children with him. (They weren't angry that Sango gave birth at 16, that's just literal cherry picking right there... All women are gonna be different shapes and sizes, no reason to view them wrongly. Rin is a petite, nothing wrong with it. Who knows Rumiko takahashi probably is the one who wanted Rin to be a petite woman, probably didn't want her to be no taller than her husband Sesshomaru. She has been known to set different rules for her characters when it comes to drawing them, so it's possible she wanted this for Rin being drawn as an adult. It also looks cute as well.)

One more thing I want to mention. I remember a number of people getting angry at Sesshomaru for not going to Towa first. Rin didn't specifically ask Sesshomaru to go save Towa, she said she wished to see her girls one final time. Here's the thing, it would of been bad idea if Sesshomaru went after Towa first...

1. Zero was there and she would of made the situation even more worse for him and Towa.

2. Towa would of just gotten angry at him while in her demon form which we all know it causes characters do and say things out of their control. (That's never their fault though, especially Towa's, Setsuna's and Inuyasha's when they lost control.) She even knocked Riku out of her way, and we know how Towa feels about him but that was her demon poweers going out of control.

3. It would of been so out of character for Sesshomaru to slap one of his kids in the face. If that was to happen when Towa said she didn't care about her mother in her out of control demon form and Sesshomaru just slaps her in the face for saying such a word... it really would of damaged their relationship to the maximum because her and Sesshomaru only had a few encounters, they were already starting to build a small bond. Plus, she would of just been more upset with Sesshomaru and would probably accused him of never loving or caring for her or Setsuna. And we all know and got confirmation from the show and interviews that Sesshomaru loves them both. Setsuna is Not his favorite child, he loves his daughters the same way and the same amount.

Sesshomaru and Rin both knew Setsuna was the main key to saving Towa because of their strong bond as sisters. That is also why Sesshomaru told Setsuna Towa is crying, it was clearly a message for Setsuna as well as it was for Sesshomaru. Like I said in part 1, you can hear the concern in Sesshomaru's voice when he tells Setsuna Towa is crying, he was clearly worried about her and probably didn't know what to do to help her, so he knew Setsuna is the one right now to calm her sister, it wasn't him showing favoritism to Setsuna by going to her first. Sesshomaru needed her to help her mother and Towa. I believe he watched their bond, especially seen how close and connected they were in the forest. He loves both his girls and I'm sure he didn't want them separated from each other.

I apologize for the long posts on these clips, I do like to talk about the scenes, say my opinions, thoughts, and get some things off my chest and I feel better now that I did. Enjoy these clips. ♡️ They done a great job.

Brenna did an amazing job! Rin literally sounds like she's in unbearable pain and suffering... dear gosh, they even changed some of dialogue here as well... Now I wanna cry! Aw, Jaken sounds very concerned too. I still get emotional how Sesshomaru is looking at Rin, she hasn't talked to him in years, and she tells him her final wish... the poor guy was probably hoping to hear something else other than his beloved wife giving up... talk about heart shattering. 💔 well, here's the small clip for y'all. ♡️ I found some comments I hadn't replied to yet and I apologize for it, I wish Tumblr had better notifications settings.
