Verona, "A cena con gli scaligeri": 6 ristoranti propongono il meglio della cucina locale

Verona, sei ristoranti per sei settimane. Dal 26 ottobre al 5 dicembre si svolgerà la 9^ edizione della rassegna enogastronomica ‘A Cena con gli Scaligeri’. Trattorie, ristoranti ed osterie della città si alterneranno una settimana a testa proponendo piatti tipici della tradizione veronese. L’evento è realizzato  da associazione Zero45 e Pro Loco di Verona con il patrocinio del Comune di Verona ed il contributo della Regione del Veneto. Official partners sono Amia Verona spa e Distilleria Marzadro spa. Novità dell'edizione post Covid è il format della rassegna, che, per evitare assembramenti, viene diluita in una settimana anzichè una sola serata per locale. Confermata invece la proposta del menù fisso su prenotazione e a prezzi vantaggiosi. Monte Veronese, pastissada de caval con polentina morbida, tastasal, carni bollite con la pearà, gnocchi di malga e poi tanti dolci e vini saranno alcuni dei tanti piatti che verranno serviti sulle tavole dei sei locali. L'obiettivo è prolungare la rassegna oltre il termine fissato, portandola nei quartieri e realizzandola in altri periodi dell’anno. Già numerosi infatti i ristoranti disponibili a proseguire l'iniziativa enogastronomica nei primi mesi del 2022. Partecipano alla rassegna l’Osteria Verona Antica, la Trattoria al Bersagliere, Trattoria La Molinara, Ristorante Al Calmiere, Ristorante Greppia, Ristorante Maffei. Per prenotare basterà telefonare direttamente ai locali. Il programma Dal 26 al 30 ottobre Trattoria Bersagliere,  via Dietro Pallone 1; dall'1 al 7 novembre Ristorante Maffei in piazza Erbe 38; dall'8 al 13 novembre Trattoria la Molinara in piazzetta Ottolini; dal 16 al 21 novembre Ristorante Greppia, vicolo Samaritana 3; dal 23 al 28 novembre Ristorante al Calmiere in piazza San Zeno 10; dal 30 novembre al 5 dicembre Osteria Verona Antica in via Sottoriva 10/a. Alla presentazione della rassegna sono intervenuti in Sala Arazzi il sindaco Federico Sboarina, l’assessore alle Attività economiche e produttive Nicolò Zavarise e il presidente della Pro Loco di Verona Marco Rigo. “Un'ulteriore occasione a favore dell'economia cittadine e in particolare dei nostri ristoratori – afferma il sindaco Sboarina -. La ripartenza del nostro tessuto produttivo, oltre che culturale, è confermata dal ritorno dei turisti, ancora presenti in numero importante anche grazie all'ampliamento dei plateatici, prolungato fino al 31 dicembre. Questa iniziativa permette a cittadini e visitatori di approfondire la conoscenza del nostro territorio e la sua identità, ben rappresentata dai nostri piatti e dai vini, prodotti di eccellenza che sono una delle nostre ricchezze". New Delhi, Sep 02: The Union Health Ministry mentioned on Wednesday that 54 per cent of the COVID-19 cases reported in India are in the age group of 18-44 years, whereas 51 per cent deaths are among individuals aged 60 and above.

Presenting an evaluation of COVID-19 cases and mortality on the idea of age, it additionally mentioned that 36 per cent of the fatalities reported are in the age group of 45-60 years, 11 per cent in the age group of 26-44 years and 1 per cent every among individuals aged 18-25 years and those beneath 17 years.
