Today I am participating in the shutdown for Palestine. For those unaware: for the entirety of today it’s asked that we only post awareness on Palestine and the genocide happening towards it and it’s people.

If you’re able too: it’s HIGHLY encouraged you attend any protests or walk-outs or anything else of the sort in your area. You can also call your representatives to demand a ceasefire, sign petitions, and overall use your social media presence whether big or small to educate and share posts spreading awareness.

I’ve made a 10 photos collage every MotoGP weekend for my journal and part of me wants to post them all here at the end of the season but I have to say they are not very representative of the grids but a direct reflection of the evolution of my interests (so a lot of Fabio & Marc & Tony, and the Academy boys too, Dani when he was there, the occasional Vale, the Andorra polycule, etc etc)

I think I’m going to start moving my content away from shipping..

There’s no deep or upsetting reason as to why. Just more of a personal choice in the type of art I feel like posting from this point on.

This might not be something worth making a post about, idk.. but I know a couple people probably did follow me for my ship art.. so I figured might as well let people know.

I’m liking Zhongli and Venti more as old friends than the ship now.

I don’t dislike the ship or anything, but their friendship really shines just as that—old friends. I adore the brotherly teasing they’ve got going on.

I’ll probably still be into aus and art of ZhongVen (there are some impeccable fics of the two romantically), but my love for their friendship in game is overpowering that love to ship them after Lantern Rite, and I really like that!

Sometimes I feel like I can get too much into the shipper mood that I don’t appreciate the in-game canon friendships and that potential for fan creations.

And Zhongli and Venti are just as enthralling put together as friends, and even more so after Lantern Rite.
