Nuka Cola Cooler Backpack

Inspired by Fallout 76 I built this out of a cooler with some reinforcement back in 2021. It's been used a lot as a cooler backpack for fishing or outdoor events all around the Mojave desert and it holds up incredibly well. Even comes with it's own built in bottle opener. Very comfortable to wear for awhile. With the reinforcement it can carry a heavy load and has room to strap more bags or a bedroll to on the bottom.

Surefire way to get rid of fever: climb 900 stairs in scorching heat on three hours of sleep. It will either kill you or cure you; either way, you will not have a fever anymore

#unless you get sunstroke lol #but that's a possible problem for tomorrow #shout-out to my husband who carried not only my backpack but also basically me last third of the way #also shout-out to my mum who's 56 and still climbed them more easily than me #boo to my mum's friend who ditched us to climb by shorter asphalt road instead of the traditional way #she will not have a cool story to tell #admittedly her story will be 'I avoided climbing 900 stairs' which is in some ways cooler #but you know what? even though I got teased a bit today for being so out of shape (totally deserved) I still did this #and I feel like that is actually pretty badass #(it was 900+ stairs btw but who's counting <3)

I thought that I timed my trip to avoid nasty weather....finally glanced out of my hotel window and there’s snow absolutely whipping past. I don’t think that it’s supposed to accumulate, but. Uh. I didn’t bring in my winter coat, just a couple layers. So my coat will be cold tomorrow morning. Also my snow brush is in the car, but probably buried?

Traveling in the summer is so much easier.

backrooms oc is in the making euueueueuu

#he's basically just another self sona but is so much cooler than me #he's been exploring the backrooms on his own since he clipped through in 2007 #he occasionally helps people new to the rooms on levels 0-2 and help them no-clip and get them situated #he lived in base alpha for a while but then he chose to make a permanent residents in rosewood in the crimson forest #he uses some of the loot like crayons and loose string and things from level. 2 I think. to mark his way when he explores #he has this backpack with part of a hound pelt sewn onto it #his bowie knife has a hole in the handle that he hung charms and hound teeth on #he also has a few necklaces that hold his two level keys and a few more hound teeth #he has a taxidermied deathmoth on the wall of his little house #his backpack normally holds like. 3 full bottles of almond water and some canned food n snacks. he has extra batteries. a flashlight and- #lighter. matches just in case. and some other objects of importance and also clothes. like a single change of clothes #oh also!! he's an artist because when are my sonas not artists. #he has a small art area in his house where he sketches out how some of the levels look #he also loots a lot of the crates on lvl 2 so he has some computer parts and a phone and some stuff of that nature #and some frontrooms currency that's like. a rarity he trades for food n shit on lvl 1 #he does go to lvl 178 sometimes to refill his food n water supply but he doesn't go like. often #bc idk maybe the permanent residents there will get pissed off that he's constantly taking things #idk. the silly :) #oc tag
