Andy Warhol, Flowers - I love the use of the vibrant colors and his entire pop culture theme of his artworks

Claude Monet, Sunset in Venice - I love to travel and this remind me of the sunsets when I studied in Italy this summer

Henri Matisse - "There are always flowers for those who want to see them."  I think Matisse's artwork is so dynamic and he went through many different periods it shows what a great artist he was. I really like this quote and I think if everyone had a mentality like this then people would be happier

Zac Brown Band - I just enjoy their music because it can instantly make me wanna feel good

How is creativity apart of your life? What are your creative outlets? (Include any photos that represent this):

My grandma was an art teacher for 40 years and always encouraged us to create whatever we wanted. When I was younger, I used to design earrings in middle school and I made earrings for my sister's wedding party in 2011. Now, I just doodle a lot in my notes and haven't really created anything recently.

I was hired by @jackdaniels_us @tdgarden @nhlbruins to paint this at @stanleycup last night. Designed it 2 days ago. Painted it in 5 hours yesterday evening with the help of my summer understudy @sleonard66 who painted all the white lettering on the bottle and across the bottom. He also helped @badwaycreative with her project, customizing hats and totes. Thanks to @jayantidesigns @antidesigns who hooked it up with the gig and also for making the JD merch. I should also mention a few things. 1st there was a strange gypsy woman who thought either Shane or I was a donkey. 2nd we had to walk thru the crowds after the game carrying this huge painting and all the supplies. People were shouting things at us. We were shouting back. What a trip the series has been. Congrats to St Louis on their first Stanley Cup victory. My original Endless Wave rings are finally back in stock at Ocean State of Mind boutique here in Rincón! You can now find the thicker, regular fit as well as the lighter weight, midi style. ✦ I began making these some years ago when I first started the art of metalsmithing and I happened to be living in the apartment directly above this beautiful boutique while it was being reimagined into what it is today! Coincidentally, Julia (the owner of OSOM), is also my friend who taught me the basics of soldering the summer before she opened the shop. My lesson was in the incredible studio space at her family’s home in the actual ocean state of Rhode Island. Rhode Island is her home state and also holds an immensely special place in my heart as it is home to some of my most cherished surf spots. It feels fitting to me that this is the only shop in Rincón where you will find my wave rings. Each one is individually crafted from solid sterling silver wire, hand forged and meticulously finished with a whole lot of love. ✦ These babies have graced the hands of many friends, many of my Instagram followers, so many lovely people visiting Rincón who have found me through social media or wandered by my table at Artwalk, and, of course, the fabulously famed fingers of @gypsylovinlight , @badwaycreative and @amysilvermanfitness / @abitofsalt to name a few • Be sure to stop in to @oceanstateofmindpr while you are in Rincón and check out the ever-changing eclectic, bohemian mix of crystals, swimwear, home decor, art and specialty skin products as well as more locally crafted jewels made by Jules, Arianna (@summer_love_jewelry ) and others.
