this is the beginning ...

For years I've thought about blogging and have even tried it a few times but it never really took. This time around though I feel a strong pull or desire to publish my thoughts and share my feelings with you out there...whoever you may be.

Amongst all the chaos going on in my life right now feel the need for a space or place of calmness and serenity for me to find myself, I mean truly find me. Who is Robyn? What does she want? What is she passionate about? At this very moment, I have no clue. And that scares me.

Life is all about change. I like change. At least I thought so. A lot has changed in the few months that I've been back home. Some good, some bad, some changes that I have yet to categorise. A lot of things are changing. But there's only one thing that I have power over. Myself. My growth. The way I see myself. For years I let myself deteriorate, let my self-confidence and self-esteem dwindle. It was a change that I realised a little too late. But it's something that I am willing to change for the better.

Self-love is important to me. Discovering my passion and gifts and things that make me smile are the general objectives for this blog, but hopefully, it will turn into more than that. 

I want to fall in love with myself so that I can love other even more.
