7/25/20 - Our first scouting stop around Big Bear Lake, CA was at Dana Park and Captain John's Fawn Harbor and Marina in the city of Fawnskin, CA. Fawnskin is on the northwestern part of Big Bear Lake, CA. We made our first stop here for lunch and to scout this area. It was a busy area with lots of people hanging out at the beach and boating around. We were stunned at the huge amount of Visitors and traffic when we first arrived to Big Bear Lake, CA on Saturday. 6/27/20 - Here is another, more distant view of the Point Vicente Lighthouse, as seen and photographed from Golden Cove Trail in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA! It was nice to see and photograph this different view of the beautiful Shoreline of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The beaches in Los Angeles County will be closed from July 3 - 6, 2020 for Independence Day weekend, so I am so glad that I did this hike this past weekend!
