Wrapping up another pretty good week with @ensa_chamonix. Massive thanks to @pierrotgourdin74 ,our bad ass instructor 💪, who was inspired by the « Sans Nom » ridge, that tops up at Aiguille Verte. That was a challenging project and I’m glad we went for it! Conditions where not the easiest and it took us more than 24hours to get from Charpoua hut to Couvercle hut. The whole experience was really interesting, and despite the tiredness, very fun. A perfect way to spend time in the mountains, as I love it. The rest of the week was dedicated to some rock climbing, rope and crevasse rescue. Happy to finish this 4th week of guiding education. It’s been good but not easy everyday, although teachful most of the time. Finishing another cycle of 4 weeks of guiding education. It’s been interesting and sometimes I would have liked to get more. But for sure it’ll be good to have a little break now and « absorb » all the things we learnt and talked about. That past week went like a 🚀 Lots of trad climbing, aid climbing and great teaching thanks to @pbatoux. It’s been good to learn new things, good to practice and repeat other things. It’s been good to be out of my comfort zone sometimes. And sweet to share it with @nachoolmedomanich and Thibault and Philippe. A good quality week, plenty of laughters. The first cycle of guiding school is finished for me now. Stoked with all we did. Next cycle at @ensa_chamonix will be in january. In the meantime, it’s going to be lots of climbing, flying and skiing. Back for another cycle of guiding education here in Chamonix. This first week was really good learning, a bit tricky with the weather.
