Have you watched the danganronpa 3 anime? I'm excited for it to provide more context to 1 & 2 but god I have to listen to Mikan all over again- will I be able to survive???

I have seen the DR3 anime, and while some of the writing in it is pretty ridiculous, it does contain both best girls in it (Ibuki and Seiko), so its worth sitting through the Mikan, even though she plays a surprisingly big part.Also just a warning, DR3 is both confusing to watch and also preeeeeeeeeetty dark, even compared to the games. As for the confusing aspect, you have to watch episode 1 of future arc, then ep 1 of despair arc, then ep 2 of future arc and so on....Hope you enjoy it!

I loved and still more or less love Bones for the same reasons you do. I just can't take the fact that Bones and Booth have been stuck together. He's that "All American- I love sports and Christianity" buff white guy and she's "Science above everything and our cultural norms are a shackle" smart strong woman and they just stuck them together and made them have two kids? I hate the pairing so much and it's made me hate Booth for having him push all his own ideals on her.

They didn’t even need to, was the worst part! It was such a good show as-is. They played so well off one another and the minute it turned into a romance it made Booth turn out really douchey as he “changed her for the better” because he’s interested in doing that suddenly for no reason even though before they respected one another as friends and colleagues and fdslkflsdkslk

I mean I know why they did it -- big landmark for the show, sweeps week, ratings require it, Fox network, we wrecked House the same way and it made us a lot of money, cross promotional with Family Guy, yadda yadda. 

And even if they absolutely had to cram them together and pump out kids, they didn’t even have to do it the way they did. It would have been super fucking easy to just have them go “okay we’re fucking now” and then just keep the relationship they had at work. (Again, see:Jake and Amy from Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which I am putting a lot of faith in to not fuck this up.)
