Why GMP Compliance Is Paramount For High-Quality Mesenchymal Stem Cell?
The past twenty years have witnessed a fascinating unboxing of the mesenchymal stem cells. These microscopic marvels hold the potential to revolutionize how we approach disease. These mesenchymal stem cells are extracted from adult cells, and hence, they rarely receive any ethical backlash. Unlike most stem cells, mesenchymal ones boast remarkable versatility and can morph into diverse cell types, from bone to blood vessels. These cells carry several regenerative and anti-inflammatory prowess, which has propelled them to the forefront of stem cell therapy. The use in therapeutic applications has ignited a surge in demand that outpaces our current production capabilities.
Given the surge in demand for MSCs for research, providing researchers with high-quality stem cells for reproducible research is necessary. Enter the realm of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), our roadmap towards building factories for these cellular powerhouses, ensuring not just quantity but unparalleled quality and safety. Buckle up, science researchers, for we’re about to delve into the intricate dance of scaling up MSC production while upholding the highest standards, paving the way for a future where these microscopic maestros weave their magic on a grand scale.

India things!
India aims to increase the Bioeconomy's contribution to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) from 2.6% to 5% by 2030, as outlined in the 'Bioeconomy Report 2022' by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT).
Biotechnology funding in India remains stagnant, with only a 0.0001% allocation of the GDP. Despite a temporary increase during Covid-19, funding levels haven't returned to pre-pandemic standards.
The ‘Guidelines for Genetically Engineered (GE) Insects’, issued by the DBT in April 2023, provide procedural roadmaps for those interested in creating GE insects but have issues.
India's bioeconomy is on a robust growth trajectory, projected to reach USD 150 billion by 2025 and surpass USD 300 billion by 2030.
The sector experienced a remarkable 14.1% increase, reaching USD 80 billion in 2021 compared to USD 70.2 billion in 2020.
In 2021, the sector witnessed the establishment of three biotech startups daily, totaling 1,128 for the year.
With over USD 1 billion invested in research and development, the industry is demonstrating a commitment to innovation and advancement.
Amidst the global pandemic, India administered 4 million Covid-19 vaccine doses and conducted 3 million tests daily, showcasing its resilience and capacity.
Over the past decade, the number of biotech startups has soared from 50 to over 5,300, with expectations of doubling by 2025.
The Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) has played a pivotal role by establishing 74 bio-incubation centers across 21 states/UTs, fostering a supportive environment for bio-entrepreneurs.
Notably, India boasts the second-highest number of USFDA (United States Food and Drug Administration)-approved manufacturing plants outside the US, underscoring its global standing in the biotech industry.

Hello there, Tumblr family! ✨
Imagine me, Beijing SBS Genetech Co., Ltd., as a wise elder in the world of life sciences, with stories that span over two decades. Born in the energetic year 2000, I embarked on a journey with a zest for synthesizing custom oligonucleotides, genes, and peptides. Like a young sapling grows into a strong tree, my roots have deepened and branches have spread across nearly 60 countries, helping bright minds break new barriers in biology.
As the years rolled by, I didn't just stick to my original talents. No, I blossomed, adapting and expanding. Now, I wear many hats – from offering DNA synthesis products to assisting with RNA manipulations. My heart swells with pride every time a researcher uses one of my creations, and it's even more thrilling when I spot my name in prestigious journals like Science and Cell.
Life's been quite the adventure! I've delved into the intricate world of E. coli, unravelled mysteries of human DNA, and even danced with the revolutionary rhythms of CRISPR-Cas genome editing. Each day, I marvel at the wonders of life science, cherishing every discovery and breakthrough.
So, here I stand, with my leaves rustling with the tales of past accomplishments and branches reaching out to a promising future. With a heart full of hopes and a spirit that never wanes, I am ever-optimistic about a brighter, more enlightened tomorrow.
Warmly, SBS Genetech 🌱💡🧬

As SOMAÍ's first investment in Portugal, a building with a warehouse license was presented, with the intention of converting it into a building for industrial use. Given that its characteristics already had the mixed use of offices, social areas with changing rooms and changing rooms, the challenge was to reconvert the building for a new use and based on the legal norms in force for the proposed use and the needs of the activity.

Who are you really?
[@91cmspoilers continued from here]
He wasn't quite sure how to answer that question. He'd been staring at him for a bit, yes, but the reality of the situation was that he should have no reason to.
Aaron wasn't the type to judge a book by its cover, especially since his arrest. Everyone at school saw him as a brutal maniac thanks to Kamoshida leaking his record, not to mention Takamaki-san, who had all kinds of rumors going around based purely on her looks. So while this guy did give off an almost unsettling vibe, he'd have normally overlooked it.
Normally.
Because while Aaron Amamiya had no reason to stare, the Phantom Spider did. He'd never seen the man in person before, but he recognized him from a picture he'd found on a damaged hard drive in a stolen ShidoCorp truck. The file itself was damaged, the data it contained too corrupted for even Futaba to recover. The only thing that survived was his photo and his first name.
Izuru.
So the question was... who was this guy? And why would a biotech company like ShidoCorp have a file on him?
"W-well, I-"
Tumblr media
He scrambled to think of a good explanation. He was pretty terrible at lying, at least to people who knew him, but this guy shouldn't be any issue... right?
"I was just kinda... taken aback by your hair-"
... really? That's the best you could come up with??
'Shut up!! I'm working on it!!'
"I mean with hair that long, it's gotta be a pain to maintain. I can't even imagine how much longer your morning routine must be, heh-"
... oh God, this is gonna be awkward.

one neat eldritch cyberpunk setting detail that i think is pretty neat is that the mi-go are pretty brazenly pulling a V (probably more morena baccarin than jane badler) on earth
everyone knows why they’re so forthcoming with the borderline-magical medical tech and barely anyone gives a shit because:
fungal overlords would be a vast improvement on the current situation
they’re just that good at medical shit
they’re not remotely good at being alien invaders, at all; people are mostly pretending the spearhead is competent so they don’t feel bad
ironically, the fungi from yuggoth being the most cringefail invasion ever means they’ve completely succeeded at all of their war goals, chiefly, rendering earth entirely dependent on them

What are Fibroblast Cells?
he pig genome is three times closer to our genome that that of mice. Take the example of cystic fibrosis, the introduction of the mutation responsible for the disease in mice has not shown the exact course of the disease however, recent reports show the successful recapitulation of the disease in pig models. As there is a similarity between the cardiovascular system, the gastrointestinal tract, and the pancreas between pigs and humans, research on diseases and toxicology can be carried out on these models  with Swine Fibroblast Cells (Walters et al, 2013).

@voxvulgi || [Maverick/Althea] || from (X)
It was one of those situations where after one achieves their initial goal, they would then be succumbed to the despairing moment of ‘what now?’ Maverick had thought this girl with the lovely hair was gorgeous and in his upbringing, one would present a maiden with a flower as to brighten their mood. No ulterior motives, he was simply old-fashioned and hoped she would not mind. Or find him plain weird.
He saw the flower stand. Roses seemed too ‘on-the-nose’ and too romantic of a gesture. The others simply did not seem special enough, and so he picked the one that he liked best- some rare teal daisies.
She seemed... pleased. He sighed in relief, looking down from a brief state of nervousness, and then looked back up at her and smiled in a friendly, hopefully approachable manner.
Tumblr media
“The haircut, I am sure you looked lovely before, too. My name is Maverick, and if I am not being too forward, I would be wondering if you are interested in having dinner with me tonight?”
Oh no, should have gone with something simple, like a coffee date. Dinner just slipped out. If she refused, or had a different idea, that was okay. Maverick could manage to clear out his schedule.
