#officially starting back up on keto #been prepping for a little over a week - getting all my non keto stuff eaten and stockpiling anything I can think of I’d need #I was REALLY good about it last fall and lost 50 pounds #but I was so stressed that I couldn’t keep it up and fell off #now that my mental health is the best it’s been in a decade and I have a fresh start at my new apartment it feels like the perfect time #I also got a gym membership for a place not far from me and planned it so that the free trial ended on the first #so that way I’d never have to worry about setting aside cash to pay for the gym lol it’ll get charged on payday #really been planning this out for a while #I think the only potential blip is theoretically when I get paid this week bc I wanna celebrate #but if I make it to where I can’t celebrate on keto then I’ve already failed #I keep forgetting a McDonald’s burger with no buns / condiments is allowed on keto #it also looks like my pay should be pretty good hopefully #if it’s good enough I may even be able to quit Starbucks :’) #your boy can dream lol #anyway I weighed myself and I didn’t gain a horrible amount of weight back #so wish me luck!! the first two weeks are the absolute hardest #basically detoxing from sugar which always causes bad headaches / intestinal issues #but then after? smooth sailing

I am so SICK of people saying mirabel was a doormat that “forgave abuela immediately” she didn’t even forgive her?? “nothing can ever be broken that we can’t fix together” seems more like a wow this is a bad situation but I’m willing to let you help me fix it and fix our broken bond too. Like idk I never interpreted that as forgiveness. Some argue that the hug was the forgiveness but I’m pretty sure alma initiated that not mirabel. Also she hugs almost everyone in the movie hugs can have multiple meanings it’s just a form of support.

I am. Pretty Tempted to talk about post-recovery for Heartless AU. About Heart learning to live again. About Heart, freshly emotional once more, grieving all that he lost so intensely that it almost sets his progress back again. About Perseverance and Penitence holding him up and moving forwards while finally finally acknowledging his emotions like he always wanted. About figuring out his new limits. About Heart trying desperately to remember the feeling of wings on his back because forgetting feels like the ultimate sin, but he's getting used to not having them and he doesn't want to forget.

About Perseverance and Penitence, being more thoughtful and accepting. About both of them helping Heart with these emotions, because they experienced something similar but lesser when Heart was unconscious. About them giving Heart gifts and how those little acts are what holds Heart together.

About them moving forward into the future. About how it's not perfect, but its mine.

...mostly I am just thinking really intensely about Heart's reaction to his lost wings.
