Reading through recent SoL chapters, to refresh some things before I release the new chapter, I was reminded of some canon annoyances (big surprise). Particularly in Season 4, which fortunately has no impact on the AfMverse because that branched off from the end of Season 3.

So I thought I'd ask, what are your biggest magic-logic holes from Season 4? Mine are: - Lucifer (an archangel) and a couple earthly witches taking down the Metatron (Voice of God, highest of angels) in a moment's easy-peasy conflagration. -Lucifer (again) being able to just remove Lilith's powers, despite them never coming from him in the first place (she developed them during their time together ofc, but she had her own magical base before they met).

Runners up include Sabrina M dying from falling through the mirror portal with only minor scratches; Salem being alive even though both of his bonded witches are dead; Lucifer behaving as tho M and S are meaningfully different, instead of being one person split like 5 minutes ago.

Obviously there was a lot wrong with CaoS S4 but one thing I felt was really off was the imp of the perverse. I honestly feel like it had the potential to be really quite scary but I feel like they did not commit to it at all, and the main place this was obvious was Zelda.

You expect me to believe that Faustus Blackwood just let Zelda run the academy with her GIRLFRIEND?

Can you imagine how much scarier it would be to have Sabrina and Ros trying to pretend that everything is normal and then Zelda walks in on Blackwoods arm clearly under the curse.

This is Blackwoods sick fantasy, it doesn't matter that he hates Zelda he would never pass the opportunity to control her and this would be the ultimate way to humiliate her.

There were so many missed opportunities throughout the whole series and especially S4 but I thought this whole episode was just wasted potential

I do have more plans for it, and for doing something fun with S4 of CAOS, but I'm a bit wrapped up in other projects right now, and I don't know when I'll get back to it.

All I can promise is - Sabrina is going to live, and...I kind of want to send her to law school? She's got her eye on the Queenship of Hell, but to make the plans she has for the place work, she's going to need to be able to advocate for her subjects and for the place of Hell. Also, I just...like the idea of her as a defence attorney, given her insistence, in canon, on the importance of redemption and offering it, even planning to reform Hell to work with heaven and reform sinners. Also, considering her whole thing with Daniel Webster, and the favour he did her.

Also, it'd be a fun parallel to Lucifer, who identifies himself very much as a punisher, which...really isn't what Hell needs anymore, if it ever did.

But all that is...post-s4. S4 proper would...probably involve me making a bit more use of the various Eldritch Terrors, because I feel like fic has more scope to use them to their full potential than a television budget would stretch to.

where did you get your idea for them?

The faceclaim in all honesty, I saw her face and knew I wanted to use her for a muse, and Haley has such a similar look to Daniel so it made sense to make Charlie and Isaac twins. I got the idea for her backstory from one of Haley's past projects 'Six Feet Apart'.

are they based off/in a show’s canon?

She's primarily based in the Teen Wolf world, but I haven't made her a part of canon until s4.

do you have any npcs you’d like to talk about more?

Not really an NPC per say, but Mrs Lahey, the mother that has passed away. I / Charlie don't talk about her often outside of the fact that she's passed.

who are the most important people in this muse’s life?

Her siblings, hands down. Isaac of course as her twin, her elder brother Camden and her fellow OC sister Alice and Iris.

do they have multiple verses?

Yes! Charlie is my baby so she gets a verse in anything I'm interested in honestly. In Teen Wolf, she had 2 verses currently, one where she had gold eyes and one where she had blue eyes. She also have verses for ACOTAR, CAOS, Stranger Things, From Blood and Ash.

are you selective with this muse?

I'm not selective with her, anyone who wants my baby can have her!

do you wish you wrote this muse more?

Always. She's absolutely one of my favourite OC"s and I would love more people wanting to write with her!

I just found her really pretty and an underused faceclaim, the fact that no one I was following was using her was a huge part, because I wanted a unique faceclaim.

I don't think there is anything that Charlie doesn't really express, but I always want to explore the geeky side more!

I actually think they're gonna pull a CAOS. Cancel the next season (s4) and make s3 the series finale. I absolutely loathe it but if it took them this long it's good as dead.

I think if they were gonna cancel it, it would have been announced with the other Netflix shows that were recently cancelled. (i.e. Shadow & Bone, Glamorous, etc)

Shonda's shows have an almost too long, obnoxious longevity(how long has Grey's been on air at this point?) so I don't think it's going anywhere.

That's my take anyway.
