haven’t written or done much for my oc Cassyon in a while so have this?? It’s literally not important at all but i haven’t stopped thinking abt it. CW: smoking

Cassyon custom makes wooden pipes. He’s earned quite the reputation for it in the Shire. But when he goes on the quest with Frodo and the others, and ends up in Minas Tirith and discovers that they make blown glass pipes??? Little fucker looses his mind. He buys one that is decorated with a bunch of mushrooms and insects, and has one of the Minas Tirithians that he made friends with show him how to smoke from it (it’s not that different from smoking from wooden pipes, he was just kinda thrown for a sec). In turn, he shows them how to blow perfect smoke rings, and gives them advice on the best pipeweed to purchase and smoke. Later, he meets with Pippin and shows him. Pippins tired but he still thinks it’s cool too. He says if he has the time he may go looking for one too. If the imminent threat of siege wasn’t looming over their heads he thinks he would like to stay there for longer.
