StormClan Leader: Cedarshade

Once known as a valiant warrior and quite a force to be reckoned with, he has become… something else, in his old age. With all the same viciousness he carried against other clans, he has become paranoid about his own clanmates loyalties, and does not hesitate to exile presumed traitors. Rarely confiding in any cat but his deputy or prophet, he is not often seen around camp- but his presence is always felt like a creeping storm.

DESIGN NOTES

big ears and long snout

mostly sleek but has some scruff on his neck, rump, and tail

tall and lean, big paws

father was a windclan warrior and his mother was a loner. nala got pregnant and was due to give birth in leafbare, but rather than stay with her mate she left him and fled far away to have her kit. sparrowfall does not know of his existence, but was heartbroken when his mate never returned. she ended up on shadowclan territory, her son being the only kitten in the litter. however, the snow began to fall, and she died of the cold wrapped protectively around her only son.

a shadowclan hunting patrol found the little kit barely alive. ashfall carried the kitten back to camp while flarescar and owlheart stayed behind to give nala a proper burial. sootwhisker, the shadowclan deputy and ashfall’s sister, happened to also have newborn kits (about a week old), so she took the little kit in and raised him as her own. she named him beekit for his dark stripes, but it took a lot of hard work by the medicine cat to ensure his survival. he was weak and sickly for the first few weeks of his life, but eventually he regained enough strength to be a normal kit. he was apprenticed to his uncle and the cat who saved his life, ashfall, and he considers his shadowclan family (plus his mother’s windclan mate) to be his “real” family. STORMCLAN - Dandelionbreeze Dandelionbreeze: On the surface, this newly named StormClan warrior is little more than a pretty face. After spending his apprentice days being the oblivious heartthrob of his age group, nearly every cat in the clan expects for him to go on to become someone's mate, and live his life as an average warrior. Despite his seemingly airheaded personality, there's much more to him. Selected specifically by his mentor for his flame-like orange pelt, from an early age he was told the tales of Firestar, and brought into the underground resistance against Cedarshade and the Starless Place. A firm believer in StarClan, Dandelionbreeze, named for the deputy of legend, Breezepelt, is a good secret keeper, would never sell out a friend, and is firm in his principles. Yet, he's... admittedly, easily distracted, constantly wavering from crush-to-crush, maybe everyone's expectation that he'll become a mate and father isn't so far off, but deep down, he knows he's going to be much more.

More oc warrior cat rambles

If Val (Shatteredheart) was in Rubyclan I can see his relationship with the clan being super tense. He bickers with Foxstar and has a sort of sometimes cool sometimes not relationship with Pebbletail and Orangenight. I can totally see he gets power hungry and talks Orangenight into helping him for the good of the clan. It takes a lot of conviecing but it works. He probs as an on and off relationship with Hollyberry but she just really can’t stand his additude sometimes tbh. He totally flirts with Ferretsmoke even though she’s off limits. Greywater does not like him much and honestly most of the clan agrees. Mottlefeather tries to be friendly at least. Though when it comes to fear, i think most cats kinda fear him. But he watches his tone around Cedarshade even if she bad mouths him.  Sylvia (Pinkbelly) would be awesome in Topazclan queen squad. She doesn’t mock Pinklight’s beliefs and lets Pinklight explain her interesting upbringing. Heavystep would be super protective of her and Pinklight because their both so sweet. Jokingly apprentices and some warrior’s call them ‘the pinks’. She raises Applekit,Newtkit, Dawnkit, Rowankit, and Splashkit like her own children. They call her ‘Auntie Pinkbelly’ or just ‘Auntie’.   JayJay totally everyone’s best friend- might end up poly with Crowsong and Mistheart at least would be good friends with them.
