Summary: PT 2 of Lacuna. Weeks go by without each other, but George can’t wait any longer. He loves you just as much as you love him, but is it enough?

You stared out the window watching the rain drizzle down the window as it poured. It was as if your mood reflected off the skies. Like the sky was crying with you. The hate had died down completely, and you even got a few apologies for it, but it was too late for apologies.

You and George had already broken up. He streamed and seemed to have forgotten all about you while you sat at home, thinking of him 24/7. Unbeknownst to you, he missed you just as much. The only difference being is the ability to hide it better. Underneath all the laughs, jokes, fake laughs lay a heartbroken man, deteriorating from the inside out.

He didn't realize how much of an impact your breakup would have on his life. You used to do everything together; workouts, reading, eating, and everything in between. He knew he should let go, but he couldn't. He refused.

Nick and Clay had flown to his for the week to comfort him. "I miss them so much," George sniffles, sitting on the couch with the two.

"I bet they missed you too," Clay says, looking at George. "you can still fix this. Come on, you two love each other."

"Yeah, and the hate had cleared up, didn't it?" Sapnap tried to reason.

"Do you really think they’ll take me back?" George asks his two best friends.

"I can't guarantee it," Clay starts.

"But yes," Nick cuts in. "They loves you, you love her. What could go wrong?"

"You're right," George nods, getting up from the couch. Their eyes widened, seeing him rush around the house.

"Wait, are you going right now?" Clay asks.

"I can't wait any longer," George insists, making his way out of the house.

"But it's raini- and he's gone," Nick sighs, seeing George run in the cold.

"He's seriously running in the rain right now," Clay says in shock.

"Ah young love," Nick sighs.

"Nick, you're literally the youngest one here." Clay deadpans.

"Shut up, green boy," Nick retorts.

"I'm not even green," Clay groans.

It was cold, but George couldn't stop. He wouldn't. Swiftly running to yours, his muscle memory guiding him home. When he finally arrives, he knocks on your door, not even taking a second to catch his breath. The adrenaline that once was filling his veins was slowly fading when his eyes met yours.

"George?" Your voice cracks, laced with confusion and sadness. He looked a mess. But to be fair, so did you. "I love you," George says quickly, ignoring the way his body shivers with the uncomfortable feeling of his soaked clothes sticking to him. "I can't live without you. I confronted the haters, I spent all my time doing streams and working because I know if I stop I think of you. But even when I am working, all I thought of was you. Every laugh, every cry, everything. All I think of is you and I know you think of me too. So please," his voice breaks. "give me another chance."

"George..." It took everything you had not to give in. To fall back to his arms and pretend this whole thing never happened. To pretend you weren't ever hurt, but you can't.

"The hate cleared up didn't it? I promise I will forever try to make it up to you. To stand up for you. The way I should have earlier," By now, he was practically begging. "I'm sorry I wasn't there before. I'm sorry I didn't talk about the hate to the fandom earlier. But please, let me make it up to you." There was a pause. A silence dawned on the pair as you thought. For a moment, George had lost all hope. You were going to say no, he didn't do enough before, why would you care-

"Okay," Your voice small.

"What? R-really?" his eyes glimmering with hope.

"Yes," You breathed out, feeling the weight lift from both your shoulders.

You both stare, a smile etched on both your faces. You rush towards George, catching him off guard when you run to his arm, ignoring the wet clothes.

"Oh thank god," George let out a breath in relief. "I don't know what I would've done without you." Pulling away, you both stare, memorized by each other. You take in George's features, as he does with you. Only when the thunder boomed near did you two snap out of your gaze. The cold was suddenly seeping in when you both realize you've been in the rain this whole time.

"God we're so cliche," You both chuckle. "confessing in the rain and shit."

"But I wouldn't have it any other way," He grins.

"Do you want to come in?" You ask, gesturing to the house.

"I would love to," He nods eagerly.

"You left some of your clothes, it's in the closet," You tell him as he goes to change while you go make some hot chocolate in the kitchen.

After a few minutes, he comes back into the room in fresh clothes. He wraps his arms around your waist from behind, just as you finished the hot chocolate. "I missed you," He sighs, happily snuggling close to you.

"I missed you too," You smile, turning around to face him. He looks closely at you, taking in all your features. When he softly places a hand on your cheek, you instinctively lean closer.

"I love you," he whispers.

"I love you too," you both smile, basking in the presence of one another. After weeks of being apart, you were finally back together. Reunited once more.

Giulia: Her children are grown ass men. She fine She s in heaven , with the love of her life. I mean. Would love to have that too

Zee: First of all we have established that neither of us is going to heaven

Giulia: Also dying painless and being in heaven?

Zee: Second, u would have to be dead

Giulia: I mean...in spn universe? That’s like goals

A ctivities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

They’ll do anything outdoorsy, especially if the kids are in the picture. Like hiking or going to a park for a little picnic, watching the children play with the dog (yes they have a dog too, along with 2 cats). If it’s winter they’ll take the kids sledding or ice skating or have a snowball fight at home. Anything that involves them being together, as a family.

B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

Alex admires Skylar’s strength. To go through the abuse she suffered from her ex to losing her whole squad and then still come out on the other side compassionate and very loving when it could have turned her cold and harsh with always be something he admires of her. Along with everything else tbh.

Skylar admires how understanding he is. One of the other reasons she didn’t date after her abusive ex was because not a lot of people would understand that sometimes she doesn’t want to have sex or those nightmares come flooding back. Alex does, and he’ll give her her space and be there when she needs it. And along with everything else.

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Cuddle, it helps both of them relax when they’re feeling down. If Skylar is having a panic attack or had a bad nightmare Alex will hold her tight and let her sob into his chest. If Alex had one, she’ll hold him and let him calm down…it’s rare when he does cry.

D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

Married with a family of their own. They both want to have a happy, healthy and loving marriage and raise their children to be good human beings.

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

They are very much equal in the relationship. No one out-dominates the other.

F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

Absolutely. They don’t fight that often, when they do it’s because someone forgot to do or buy something. Can’t really blame them though, 8 kids is a lot, especially with two sets of twins. They’re bound to forget every now and then.

G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

They’re both internally grateful. Skylar met someone who not only loves her for who she is, but is willing to go above and beyond for her and the children and is always there for them. She’ll never take that for granted. Letting him in was a struggle, but she’s very happy she did and couldn’t picture her life without him.

Alex is internally grateful because she gave him a chance when she didn’t need too. That one night stand could’ve been it, but she let down the walls she put up for him and he wasn’t going to do anything that would hurt or disrespect her in any way. She gave her heart to him as he did to her, and he’ll always be grateful for that. And she gave him the greatest thing of all, their children.

H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

In the beginning of the relationship they did, but it was stuff that was hard to talk about. Like Skylar being a victim of abuse. Now they tell each other everything and don’t hide anything from each other.

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

Yes, on both ends. If it wasn’t for Alex she would have never been to Russia, shot a Degtyaryov and truly learn about his heritage. He also helped her come to terms with what happened to her was not her fault. She didn’t do anything to warrant her abuse, her ex was just a psychopath.

If it wasn’t for Skylar, he might not have ever made amends with his sister and she probably wouldn’t have been apart of the family he created with his kotyonok. She also made him want to be a better man, not just for her and their children, but for himself as well. He just wants to do right by her.

J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

Neither get jealous easily, they both know they’re in it for the long hall (forever). The only time they do get jealous is if the kids like the other more for a moment or two. Even then they think it’s cute.

K iss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

They both are good kissers. They’re first kiss was during the holiday party where they snuck outside, seeing the snow falling down, coating the ground. Skylar went out and made a snowball, throwing it at Alex. He threw one back, then they fooled around in the snow until he was on top of her. They locked eyes, and then Alex kissed her.

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

They both want to get married. As for how does Alex propose, I still haven’t figured it out yet because I have two ideas. Their marriage is very similar to Skylar’s parents’. It’s happy and healthy, with a great sex life. If something comes up that cause a small rift between them, they’ll talk about it and see what can be done to fix it. Alex and Skylar just want the same thing, to stay married and in love and be good parents’.

N icknames - What do they call their s/o?

Alex calls Skylar - Kotyonok (kitten), Sky, and lyubov moya (my love).

Skylar calls Alex - Moi Sladik (my sweetness), Alex and babe.

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

Skylar wants to spend every minute with them, quite literally. And she’ll never stop talking about them, so it is very obvious to others.

Alex is the same way, he too wants to spend every waking minute with them. And he’ll say a lot of terms of endearment to them. It usually not obvious to others.

P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

They are very upfront about the relationship, you will always see them kissing, hugging, etc in front of people. Life is short, who cares…definitely not Tachanka.

Q uirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

That they’re both bilingual. Their children are half American and half Russian, their children speak the Russian language too, along with English. It would be a tad bit difficult if Skylar couldn’t understand what they said. It also helps when they’re living in Russia too.

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

They are both very romantic, Alex maybe more so. It doesn’t take much to make Skylar happy, but he likes to be creative. Some dates they’ll go to a fancy restaurant, others they might stargaze or have a picnic in the park. Skylar just likes that they’re together, having fun.

S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

Yes and yes. If these two aren’t supporting each other, than something is very wrong. It doesn’t matter how dumb the goal is either, they’ll cheer them on and believe they can accomplish it.

T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

They’ll spice things up here and there because it’s fun. Plus no harm ever came from trying something new.

U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

They know each other very well, but are still learning new things everyday. And yes they are very empathetic.

V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

The relationship is very important to them, just as much as their kids are. It’s worth everything truthfully.

W ild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.

When Skylar told Alex she was pregnant with the last set of twins, Grace was ecstatic, as were the older 4. Alex on the other hand, went pale in the face, mouth gaping, look Skylar dead in the eyes and said “Are you serious kotyonok?” He then walked over to her, hugged her and said he was happy and couldn’t wait to meet the newest addition. Little did they know, it was another set of twins.

You know what? I’ll do two.

Since each set of twins birthday’s are only 4 days apart, they tend to have joint birthday parties because it’s easier. Until Marianna and Konstantin became moody teenagers and wanted a birthday party for themselves.

X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

When aren’t they kissing and hugging? Skylar might be a little bit more affectionate, it’s in her nature. But they do love to kiss and cuddle and do so a lot, especially in the comfort of their own home.

Y earning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

Skylar will focus on her kids, because they’ll take her mind away from Alex being gone. If the kids aren’t in the picture, she’ll probably spend time with Ash or Ela and get some training in. Anything to keep her busy.

Alex will do the same and focus on the kids. And if they aren’t in the picture yet, than he’ll work on his LMG or find Kapkan for some sparring. Or he’ll sulk and look at pictures of her on his phone.

Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?
