im going to use this as my next little update post since i finished all of the requests in my last update ehhe

I currently have three requests in the works right now - one of which is yours ! I actually made the decision last night that I would be pushing yours up to be the next fic out

i'm doing this because i need to rekindle my passion for the lovely Larissa Weems. I still think about her, but after writing SO many fics about her over and over, it made me feel a bit mechanic and i hate feeling like that - i'm going to pick her requests back up after this Donna fic, so don't worry weems anons

these are the ones in my notes, but i'm focusing on the top three (which are on my masterlist)

𝐔𝐧𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 - Larissa Weems x Reader, soft, cute, fluff yayay, reader stops taking antidepressants for a bit but goes back on them, really bad serotonin syndrome, concerned Larissa - i did some research on this already, but if anyone has any tips/points they can send me about this so i can know more about it then it would be very much appreciated, especially if it's from the anon that requested it ! - plot undecided

What's above is in the request. I work in sections, and the titles of what I'm working on will be added to my masterlist and placed with/under their character section as I get to them. Again, titles are subject to change, but it's unlikely for this section.

★ In terms of series (in the works, not coming out for A WHILE):

i figured I'd update about these since they were in my last update. UHHHH;;; no clue when they're coming out LMAO. I'm working on them every now and then, but they'll likely be worked on when i have a longer break from school (which kills me high key). Oh.. there's also a new series idea I have written down.. it's actually really goof but I want to watch the show before I really establish anything

This is just what I can do with my time and focus (which is important)

That idea that I mentioned being Brienne, Larissa, or Lucifer in my last update ACTUALLY ended up being the Alcina Dimitrescu one I posted yesterday LMAOO. I loved that idea smmmmm like gods it was so fun to write. Still around the 6-ish personal ideas. But (again) I do prioritize my requests.

★ 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬:

i work in sections, my masterlist will be updated with the current title under/with the character that I'm working on

look at my requirements before submitting requests. i've since updated a few things and will continue to do so

my posting schedule is non-existent due to school and work

please remember that I'm in college taking a 5 class course load AND i work, so things can get backed up and i heavily apologize about that. However, this is a hobby for me and I do it on my free time. Sometimes I'll post a lot and other times I'll be taken off the face of the earth.

I'm entering final exam season.. This means I'm not sure if requests will pick up for me or slow down;; it really depends on the schedule and how I feel about the class in question. I'll post another update when the time comes

There are other requests in my inbox that were not listed above.. That doesn't mean I'm not going to do them, it just means they're not in the current section of focus. I'm getting there, I swear

TLDR: Those are the requests I'm working on currently - first three are my main focus. Series are completely on pause until I can find the time/focus to really work on them. hey first of all i LOVE you’re work

i wanted to ask which fics you’re currently working on ?

first of all - thank you🥰 I honestly never knew I would get this far, but posting my work here was the greatest decision I could've made. It feels amazing to post my work and have people enjoy it just like me :)

second - I have six requests in the works right now. I work in order of request and (because I'm traveling a lot these next few months) I'm mostly going to be doing requests and any other one shots that I come up with/want to indulge myself in. I really want to do fics with Brienne (i love her so much) and even some of the lovely Morningstar, so I'll either follow the requests or post something of my own.

This is also going to allow me to build up my next series because it's actually a really cool idea (to me) but I have absolutely no idea how many chapters its going to be.

I have around 6-7 one shots, two of which have the potential to become series. HOWEVER, I do prioritize my requests, so I won't mention my ideas for them because I do not know when they will come out. Most are Larissa x Reader, there's one that's Lucifer x Reader, and there's another where I don't know if i should do Brienne, Larissa, or Lucifer (it will probably be Brienne, though).

★ Other Notes:

sections of other characters will be created on my masterlist when a fic with them in it gets posted, but I seem to be a main Larissa Weems blog. If they're one-offs, they'll be posted in an "others" sections.

please remember I'm in college and also work, so things might take longer than some of you may like (I'm getting there, I swear)

look at my masterlist before turning in requests - there are some things I won't write, so if it's requested then I'll skip over that part of the request or the whole request entirely

Yes! I try to respond to every comment I get on all platforms. I remember when I would comment on works before I started posting my own. It would feel so cool when I got to talk to the writer/artist about the work or anything to do with their process. It feels amazing being on the other side of that now. Like someone read something I did or saw something I drew and took the time out of their day to say something about it.. It's crazy to me and keeps me eternally grateful

𝟔. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠?

Monster Ch.3 - Retrograde (~4.1k words) - THIS CHAPTER HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER DUDE. The flashbacks, the hopelessness, the deep emptiness that I felt while writing everything in Larissa's point of view literally made me cry. This whole series is just a miserable slap in the face with angst. The final chapter of this fic is a little over 10k words, and I wrote it all in one sitting LMAO. I went insane, but there is angst all over it.

𝟕. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠?

Most of my fics are happy endings because even though i LOVE angst and I'm so drawn to dark fics and things like that, they're so painful to read and write. The pain in angst fics is not for the lighthearted, especially hurt/no comfort. The happiest I think would be the last chapter of The Protector - To Be Found.. This whole series is a bit of a cliche, but it was my first series and post on here.. It's got a special place in my heart

𝟖. 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐬?

Thankfully, no! It was definately something I was nervous about. I think that my writing isn't the best every now and then;;;; But I know that I'm only growing and challenging myself to improve with each step. It pushes me back up and makes me so grateful to everyone who does like what I put out, especially when they're not as popular categories or a bit of a different idea than what has been seen.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I do, yes. Always wlw. They're mostly due to the requests I get in my inbox, but that doesn't mean I enjoy them any less. I dip into most things now and probably more as I get more comfortable writing them. I have no issues with it, I just want to translate it well if you know what i mean ;)

I'm not a big fan of writing them.. I don't think I'd really know what to do if I were to write one. They can be a really hard thing to write, but it makes me look up to the ones who can write them super well. If that's your thing and you love to read them, I'd check out @daydream-cement if you haven't already. They did a really good crossover with Gwen's characters called The Road Trip

Lover Academia.. Literally my next series LMAOOO. Guys.. It's been sitting in my notes since I wrote The Protector....... I changed a big part of it in early September and basically merged two ideas, but I haven't had the motivation to go in and rewrite them to fit together. It's like pages of notes.. AND I DON'T KNOW HOW IT'LL END SO THERES THAT TOO AHAH

Setting of time and place. I've always loved describing things. I could write pages to just describe a room alone. I always loved reading stuff like that because it really helped me visualize what was happening, so I guess it translated into my own writing.

𝟏𝟕. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬?

I'm much slower than I would like to be. A big part of that is now balancing school, work, and a social life. I'm thankful enough to consider doing this and interacting with my mutuals as a bigger part of my life. It's crazy to think that I followed these people months ago, and now I talk to and write alongside them. I do so much with school and work that there are days where I could write but I allow my body to recharge for a bit and then pick it up later in the day.

But this also taught me a good lesson because I am not a consumable artist. I don't want to push out mediocure works, I don't want to operate like a machine, I don't want to put works out only for them to be swiped over everyones heads. I want my work to be savored, to be reread, to be saved in folders because "ohmygod that was amazing." As artists in this social world, we are pushed to create as much as we can, but I don't want to be lost within that.

I've never done this before? I think I would when it comes to anything related to Lady Dimitrescu or Donna Beneviento, but I would make sure to get it checked before releasing it. It's a risky game to play sometimes.

Wednesday (Larissa x Reader)

Monster (series) - It's the way I loved breaking my own heart. It's the way I loved making you all suffer along with me. It's the way the ending was so long but provided closure after the shit show that Larissa and Reader had gone through. I'd love to write one-shots for this universe. I loved it so much and feel like I can write their happier moments that way.

I Know You Will.. - THE LYRIC FICS YOU GUYS REQUEST LITERALLY HAVE ME IN A CHOKEHOLD. This one hurt so good. This is a part of Larissa that I will always want to love and protect. She needs to be reminded of how amazing she is - we all understand this part. But being allowed to feel those emotions and have someone stick with you through them is also oh so special.

you write love so well.. how do you do it? what does it feel like? it must be nice sharing something like that with your partner

what a lovely compliment - thank you, love

i'm glad to know that i actually write that well. but i also don't currently have a partner. i haven't since a bit before i started up this tumblr account

i do drabble on in this;; but i decided to leave it be because i know there's at least one person out there who will enjoy it

love and i have a very complex relationship.. something that i think most everyone can relate to.. i think i only write it well enough because i've experienced it in so many forms. i may be young, but that doesn't diminish all the things that i've been through

love can be simple and domestic

when i look back on the (few but long) relationships that i've been in, i always remember falling in love with the simpler things. there is a beauty in watching the person you love put on their makeup at the start of an early morning, seeing their eyes nearly closed as eyeshadow colors their lids, the small faces they make when trying to focus on not messing up mascara, the flinch that happens when they inevitably fuck it up. there is a beauty watching them come back to the room later that same day, hair drenched with drops still leaving their hair and running down their neck and shoulders, watching them put their things away and hurry to rest into your arms because the shower was so warm and leaving it was a pain and you're the sense of warmth and safety they can get after facing the cold

love can be fearful and exhilarating

landing your eyes on their form for the first time, not quite knowing what the feeling is just yet, but feeling the pull towards them all the same. getting to know them, feeling a lightness in your chest as they make you laugh, finding it easier to smile when you're in their company. then there's that feeling you get after a while, when you've made the realization and know what exactly that emotion is. that 'oh no,' that 'it can't be,' that feeling of your heart dropping to your feet because you know it's going to be harder and harder to push down as the days pass. that nervousness you feel before asking them, before telling them exactly how you've been feeling is as terrifying as it is liberating

love can be lost or unrequited

there has come a time in some of my relationships where i felt the downwards slope in more ways than one - physically, mentally, emotionally - it was all there. the gut wrenching feeling when they respond less, when you know you're not in their thoughts as much, when they no longer do the things they used to but in a way that is so obvious that you know where it's going to head. you can come to hate it, and that part is the most miserable to me. there is also the feeling of your brain stepping in before your heart, the logic built within the walls that you have up because you know that deep down that ending is too good to be true, that the ending you have in your head will only be in your head and you need to learn to let go of it.

love can be safe

this is my favorite part.. the gentleness, the passion, the drive that is found within you both that makes it feel as though your hearts are interlinked. this is the time where the other person feels like your home, where the other person doesn't complete you, no.. only you can do that, but draws out all your strengths while also letting you display your weakness in their entirety. when you sleep next to them and wake up in the middle of the night, darkness encompassing you both, but when you turn around, their arms wrapped around your waist and you beat yourself up for waking them out of their slumber.. where they look at you, soft, vulnerable, loving.. and you know they won't remember this in the morning or understand just how much the small act will mean to you but they pull you closer.. bury their head into the crook of your neck, nuzzle themselves against your skin and take a deep breath in. you feel them relax just as you do, a small 'sorry' slipping out of your tired lips and all they can do is give a small 'mm' back because they're so tired but oh so happy that you're there

the Jan.12 24 update is my most current list ! it's also called Update 3 on the post itself

this set has the 5 requests that im focusing on, their titles, and their descriptions based on the info sent to my inbox and my creative twist. the Brienne of Tarth one called "𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮.." was just posted last night, so my next one will be "𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞" with Larissa Weems.

they might not be posted in the order that is listed, but i really wanted to write for Larissa next (my brainrot will never die for her) so it just worked out that it was in order
