AU where the Dragonborn sends Khash to school and almost every day a different person picks her up.

At first it's not too weird. Like when an Argonian shows up and Khash immediately runs to her "Uncle Xelzaz" Khash's teacher just thinks it's nice, given she's adopted, that she has adults in her life who are like her.

Then there's her "Uncle Lucien" who gets distracted reading a history textbook. He points out multiple inaccuracies but is polite enough about it.

And it only gets weirder. There's a woman with a robot spider. A handsome man who looks very uncomfortable but lights up as soon as he sees Khash. A friendly blue khajiit. An Altmer who cracks ten jokes in the five minutes it takes to collect Khash. Another Altmer whom the teacher is pretty damn sure is that runsway Aldmeri prince.

At one point in class they do one of those activities where the kids draw a picture of their family. Khash considers for a moment and then asks for extra paper.

The figures in her drawing are mostly familiar to the teacher. Except for one or two. An Orc has never picked Khash up from school before, for instance.

But it's clear this kid is really, very loved.

Going through a dwemer ruin and fell off a platform and died, but before the game reloaded I heard Gore say,

VELYANIA

Hi everyone, @cwahsont here :) Very excited to introduce Velyania Sombreghast, a custom voiced follower for Skyrim I've been working on for a while now. I wanted to bring an authentic and organic follower to Skyrim, someone who feels apart of the world, not obviously added in and set apart from others. She is voiced, scripted, and developed by me (with a lot of help from my friends, to whom I'm so grateful for teaching me). I currently don't have a date for her release other than "soon". My goal for her initial release is just to cover the bases, and provide primarily commentary. My long term goal for her is to have her integrated into quests that she will be a part of with the player. I did not want to create a character that was for decoration and witty quips, I really want her to react to and interact with the environment in a true and honest way. Thank you @lastdb for Velyania's face sculpt and screenshots. Thank you to @dqmodding for screenshots as well :). More about Velyania under the cut.

Velyania Sombreghast is a vampire, with a mysterious and elegant air to clash with her overexaggerated, dramatic personality. Her story will explore themes of grief, child loss, autonomy, and growing from ones mistakes. She is not a perfect person, and often times her actions will contradict themselves and seem to not make sense. Getting to know Velyania better will help the player understand why Velyania does what she does.

Features planned for initial launch:

Approval and disapproval system that will have consequences for accessing certain interactions, dialogue, and Velyania's personal quest.

Custom horse

Summoning spell

Basic commentary on certain areas and quests

Introduction to her personal quest

In the future, I plan to have in-depth integration of her character into various quests, from major to minor - as it makes sense to her character, as well as custom combat, custom home, etc.

Can't wait to share her with you all :)

I haven't updated in a while or been super active in the modding community for a couple of months. My motivation has kind of faded the past couple of weeks and when I would get around to really wanting to work on Secunda, my Kit would not work. It would not open at times and when I tried to trouble shoot it wouldn't even open Secunda's esp. It's gonna take me some time to trouble shoot what is going wrong with everything and get my Creation kit in a working order. I want to work on Secunda more then anything but I also want to be excited to do it! Not just force myself. Thanks for sticking around. Luv ya! <3
