Ever since the very first time I read Still in Dark, the detail of Zayne being covered in scars from fighting wanderers/abominations has sat so heavy on my heart. Because you know that poor man hasn't been getting any professional medical help. Lol, the parallels & coincidences (a stretch) with Haylor is funny. Little things (her demo -Live for the LT, 1D single). Her Anti-Hero, he sang a line of DB’s Heroes (lyrics sad- reminds of Long Live) for X-Factor. His part was “Though nothing, nothing will keep us together”- lol, reminds me of WANEGBT. Her Superman single, he sang a line about krypotonite in One Thing -“Shot me out of the sky/You're my kryptonite/You keep making me weak Yeah, frozen and can't breathe.” Both fathers with financial backgrounds, and so on. Some of this stuff was before they met.

Okay okay the thing about Haylor parallels is that they are crazyyyyy and they have been around since before they got together (I should know I had a haylor account on instagram in September 2012 I think or October 2012)

To give y’all some example, the fact that they both love romcoms, more specifically Love, Actually. The fact that they have the same music taste and have specifically mentioned the same albums and artists as sources of inspiration. ok guys the gold pharaoh zayn thing isn’t actually the album name for z3, i did some googling and it turns out an artist named proof db did release an album called gold pharaoh (find it here) and he has a remix of you & i which sampled zayn’s vocals so he was listed as a contributor (which is possibly why the album showed up when u googled him). idk why news sources are jumping on it like it’s def the name of z3 but yeah :/

Earlier this year, with the help of the amazing fandom, I launched the Radio Request Database for the release of Louis’ single Two of Us.

Right now, there are signals that Louis, Harry, Niall, and Liam are releasing new music in the very near future. In preparation, we’ve been working on a major transformation for the database. Now, you can utilize the database to request any released single by any member of 1D (yes, even Zayn).

The database has information from stations all over the world: Station and DJ social media contacts, phone numbers, emails, notes, etc.

The original database featured Top-40 and Hot AC stations, but to better serve all the boys' different musical styles, we've added new station formats to the DB, such as Alternative and Dance. (We skipped Gospel and Jazz, for now 😉). As you can imagine, this is a lot of work! The pressure is on with the looming releases (would it be too much to ask for actual dates, lads??!)!!

So, we are asking for your help again. This doesn’t require technical skill, just googling and putting data into a Google Spreadsheet.

Things you could do:

Enter information about DJs and Radio stations

Verify existing radio database information, such as Twitter/Instagram handles and phone numbers

Write/Translate tweets in English and/or all other languages.

Had a daydream about Astra deciding to fuck with Zayne and allowing Dawnbreaker and the doctor to switch bodies for a day. DB Zayne would wake up to mc whispering good morning to him and kissing behind his ear and he'd probably think it was one of his painful and pesky dreams before he realizes that the bed he's in is so much more luxurious than his own, opens his eyes and starts taking in his surroundings in dr Zayne's apartment. He'd probably want to spend the whole day holding her and making love to her until she finally convinces him to go out, where he'd be blown away by the thriving Linkon city he's read so much about. Our poor doctor Zayne waking up in the squalor that is Dawnbreaker's apartment and immediately sent into despair, not knowing if he'll ever get to return to his life with mc. And when the day is done and they switch back...the agony Dawnbreaker would be in would be heart-wrenching, and the relief the doctor would feel..ugh why do I do this to myself lol. optional side plot mc becomes pregnant, and doctor Zayne can never be sure if he fathered the child, or if it was Dawnbreaker Zayne in his absence.. paternity test would come back the same either way, I'd assume

If she loves Zayne, wouldn’t she love Dawnbreaker too? They are two sides of the same coin, after all. And Dawnbreaker is a living embodiment of all of Zayne’s fears, insecurities, and weaknesses. So if MC can love all of Zayne’s weaknesses in the form of Dawnbreaker, doesn’t that mean she really loves Zayne?

I think he’d love the child as his own, because on paper, it is. But he’ll always have these questions in his mind

If another Zayne were to just appear out of nowhere, would she just as easily fall in love with him? Would she love the other versions of him more? Would she leave him for another version of him?

There’s a notable increase of Utah ties in the NFL this offseason

Each summer over the past eight years, the Deseret News has created a master list of Utah ties in the NFL during the offseason. This year, there are 89 Utah ties on an NFL roster just a few weeks before teams head to training camps near the end of July.

How does the number of Utah ties on NFL rosters in 2021 stack up to past seasons?

The 89 Utah ties currently in the NFL is significantly higher than the past three seasons — there were 74 last season, 76 in 2019 and 79 in 2018.

The 2017 offseason set the standard in recent years, when there were 90 local players on NFL rosters around this time, paced by a strong contingent of 35 rookies. Earlier this offseason, there were 90 Utah ties on NFL rosters, before former South Sevier High’s Alani Pututau was released by Atlanta.

In 2016, there were 75 Utah ties on rosters during the summer, with 70 in 2015 and 66 in 2014.

This year’s crop of 89 local players includes 16 rookies, with eight draft picks and eight undrafted free agents.

Here’s a breakdown of those 89 players (note: they can count towards multiple categories):

29 who played at the University of Utah (down from 30 last year)

26 who played at BYU (up from 12 last year)

14 who played at Utah State (down from 15 last year)

4 who played at Weber State (equal to 4 last year)

4 who played at Snow College (equal to 4 last year)

1 who played at Southern Utah (down from 2 last year)

42 who played football at Utah high schools (up from 30 last year)

So, why is there such an increase of Utah ties this year?

Three main reasons contribute to the sizable jump of Utah ties in the NFL:

BYU went from 12 players in the NFL in the 2020 offseason to 26 this year. There are 13 Cougars who will be rookies in 2021 — if they make it to an opening day roster — headlined by quarterback Zach Wilson, the No. 2 overall selection by the New York Jets in the 2021 NFL draft.

The number of Utah high school players in the NFL saw an increase of 40% from last year to this year. In addition to Wilson, who went to Corner Canyon High, former Desert Hills High’s offensive tackle Penei Sewell was a first-round draft pick — he went No. 7 overall to the Detroit Lions — and there were seven total Utah high schoolers taken in this year’s draft. There are a total of 10 Utah high school rookies overall.

The University of Utah, yet again, leads the way among state representatives, and the number of Utes only went down one even though longtime quarterback Alex Smith retired and no Utah rookies were drafted — thanks in large part to COVID-19 impacting the past year. Even so, the Utes have had 21 players drafted in the past five years and 18 of them are still in the league.
