5. Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)

nya. tomoe is a clean freak tbh. he needs the area around him–––home, office, whatever–––to be neat and organized. maybe it’s because cleaning and housekeeping were essentially a large part of his job description for a few hundred years.

27. What is their biggest regret?

nya. not being able to save yukiji. hands down. he has a lot of things to regret, but the fact that he couldn’t save the woman he loved from being murdered by his best friend really haunts him. especially after learning of nanami’s connection to yukiji and the history in between––––there was a lot to feel guilt about. / ( answered for @deiryu !! )

        there’s something knowing in the DEVIL’S SMILE ( his --- or yours ? ) as he stares down wannabe crowned , a fox who knows too much --- who SAYS he knows , anyhow , believes he does ; what’s a GOD to a NON BELIEVER , the foresight of the gods mean nothing here , and he BARES HIS FANGS in response ; he can taste the POWER on the horizon & you will not TAKE IT from him / he is STRONGER than you , he WILL HAVE YOUR THRONE.

         mocks FALSE GOD , ivory fingers pressed to lips as he stares down what he so wrongly perceives as PREY , confidence overflowing from mouth , from body language , from SOUL --- it’s insulting , & petite giggle is met with HARSH LAUGHTER ; so god damn full of yourself , so quick to think you cannot fall. WOLF steps closer , fingers flexing at sides , the urge to destroy HIGH ( is that you speaking --- or is it them ? / shut up , shut up , shut up ) and the SMILE that forms is sharp & cold. 

        ❛ HA --- ! ❜    it echoes , harsh sound to reverberate within DISGUSTING WALLS of glorified sewer ( who NAMES these damn tunnels ? ) ; wolf meets fox , gaze steady --- this is it.    ❛ lotta confidence for a lowly yoctogram ; heh --- you remember how fast i said i’d erase ya , right ? ❜    the SPEED OF LIGHT , he’d said ; time to put his money where his mouth is. ‘ 3.141592 . . . ’ deep breath / don’t let him see you falter.

IN RETROSPECT, IT PROBABLY WASN'T A GOOD IDEA TO TAKE THE STAIRS WITH ROLLER BLADES. A good thing to note, now that she thinks about it. Wheels and stairs don't agree. Good to know! Was the fault really with the skates though or was it with the brakes? At the end of the day, she supposes it really didn't matter. Not now when she had incidentally gone flying down a staircase, smack dab into some bony beanpole, and flying right down the next flight of stairs with him. "Am I dead?" Not yet. / @deiryu ☆!

rhyme's feelings on lizards, discuss

   When she was younger she used to be really scared of them ( among other things bugs, reptiles, etc ). Not for any particular reason, either; she was just a little kid and didn’t understand them so she was scared of them. 

But as she got older and started to understand the world and animals and just everything she became more curious about them until finally seeing that Beat thought they were really cool and actually looking for them himself instead of running and hiding from them that she realized they weren’t as scary as she thought ( and she looks up to Beat so if Beat can go looking for lizards then why couldn’t she ??? ). 

After that she started to think that reptiles in particular were super cool ( tbh she prefers them over dogs or cats... not that she doesn’t dislike them, but she’d rather take a komodo dragon for a walk over a dog ). Lizards and other reptiles are just super cool and are like miniature dinosaurs and lbr in school Rhyme was literally that kid at show and tell who pulled a lizard out of her pocket just “LOOK WHAT I GOT.” and a giant smile.

“Kasumi Bunsho was an important and prolific Zen calligrapher. Bunsho's work was influenced by two major Zen teachers: Nantembo (1839–1925) and Deiryu (1895–1954). In particular, he shared Nantembo's fondness for the subject of lines of monks, wearing their large circular hats, going out on their begging rounds. This begging practice (takuhatsu) is intended to instill humbleness and gratitude in the monks, and give lay people the opportunity to practice generosity. Kasumi Bunsho literally enlarged this subject by painting what might be considered murals on the walls of Kaisei-ji, which serve as a constant reminder of the importance of takuhatsu.”

                ❛  trouble . . . ?  ❜      he doesn’t know what she is , but he can likely tell she isn’t good  ---  not a matter of importance , selfish , arragant excuse for a composer , child to throw tantrums  &  whine , wail , when things aren’t going as planned  ---  yes , boy , she knows all about the little game you staged not so long ago , and she considers you ?   ---  dangerous , perhaps , in composer’s own way but nothing that leaves her shaking.   his perception is notable , picking up that she may have ill intent even if , to him , she must appear quite human , but notable isn’t cause for alarm.  she smiles , something venomous lurking behind her teeth  &  gives him an apologetic look.      ❛  sorry , did i look the type ?  i forgot how on edge kids are these days . . .  i guess my resting face must look a little scary , huh ?  but it’s alright !  i’m really just taking a rest , i’ve been walking all day.  but i’m sure your parents must be pretty proud , having such an attentive son , looking out for public interest.  ❜
