This is the SECOND post of this type that i've seen drawing a direct line between the tiktok ban (an aggregious attempt by the authoritarian goverment in the US to control information) and (((Israel))) because of fucking course anytime news is being controlled its somehow the jews fucking fault but its by far the more insulting of the two posts
Tumblr media
Because it literally has a republican representative saying the reasons they're trying to ban it (limiting their own citizens access to non state controlled media sources) and yet its STILL somehow the jews fault.
Even though they've been talking about banning it for YEARS now, long before the october 7th retaliatory strike. They wanted to ban it when it was chinese owned because of the wild sinephobia in the US and microsoft buying it only placated them for so long.
But despite the fact they've wanted to ban it for longer than the average US citizen has been paying attention to the genocide being comitted in israel, combined with the fact that a senator fucking SAID they were trying to take it down because they wanted to control their citizens news access. Its still a magical cabal of jews who are controlling the news. I just hope the US EPA doesn't decide to remove drinking water standards or leftists on tumblr are going to start accusing us of poisoning the village wells again.

hey gang,
lets all agree to not watch the eras tour on disney+. taylor swift (our favorite private plane owner, and favorite progressive icon unless it concerns literal genocide) has plenty of money and plenty of a platform (that she doesnt use to help people suffering from a literal genocide). also, disney doesnt need your money or watch time either, not when theres a bajillion places to pirate it.
so, can we all do things that are helpful such as (at the very least), speaking out about the genocide israel is committing? you wont even be anti-semitic to do so! my source: myself. i'm jewish.
if you have a bit of money, why don't you donate or support palestinian owned businesses (instead of throwing your money at disney or ts)?
i'm not saying you cant be a swiftie or wtv, but maybe consider this before you flood to disney and start paying for her album.
at the very least:

seeing american (very probably racist) politicians talking about europe like there are only blonde and blue eyed people here and imply that that is somehow a sign of people being "better" and more deserving of life than those in any other part of the world that isnt america or europe makes me so unbelievable angry, not just bc its obviously racist but also bc its just not fucking true, there are all kinds of people here in all kinds of color and shape from all kinds of backgrounds, its not a fascists wet dream like they seem to pretend and them using this shit ass fantasy to justify condemming russia but not israel just makes my head want to explode twice as much
as a native, brown haired, brown eyed german with the biggest and bumpiest nose you only see in the before photo of before-and-after-surgery photos, fuck that, free palestine, genocide is wrong not matter what the people being killed look like, all of them deserve to live a long and good life in their homeland
(fyi; i am not saying we dont have a fascism problem here, oh boi, we definitely have, doesnt invalidate my point however.)
(fyi fyi; i am not fishing for sympathy, just needed to vent this bc i read about american politicians doing exactly that and it made me see red)

If you are a minor or simply not in the position to donate, strike etc, there are some things you can do to support Palestine:
- Do your daily clicks on this website which donates to Palestine. You can click every 24 hours and even set a reminder for it.
(if the link doesnt work, please inform me. The website wasnt working for me when i copy-pasted the link)
- Put posters and stickers up on the street, or even graffiti in support of Palestine (if you are afraid that doing graffiti will put you in danger you can use chalks as an alternative)
This way youre not only spreading awareness in the online space, but directly in your own environment.
- This might be obvious but spread awareness and support! You should not only share and speak about the cruelties, (which are also important to talk about, dont missunderstand me) but also share links to organizations that donate to Palestine! If you do share these, please make sure they are legitimate.
You can also directly support families as many struggling Palestinian families have gofundmes (and similar donation sites) of their own.
- Email/call your local politicians and representives to call for a ceasefire. If you know someone who has a political influence and can do something about the genocide in Palestine, you can contact them and tell them to call for a ceasefire. Although this might be uneffective, if people like them get enough calls and emails they can be pressured to act.
- Pirate music, movies, etc that were made by zionists/have zionists acting in them. By doing this you can decrease the funding israel gets and discourage the artists, actors, etc from supporting israel.
- Boycott brands that fund israel! Theres the official bds list you should follow
Tumblr media
If you are in the position to do more, theres an extended list
Tumblr media
(if any information i have said is incorrect or out of date please correct me. I will edit and update this list if necessary)

audible spon
duuuude this sucks
being a dan and phil fan, i cant help but notice there silence during the genocide happening in Palestine. it was only dan who made one tweet and phil only retweeted it. he didnt even have words of his own so he just used dans and full offense to dan but he didnt even say "Free Palestine" in his post.
i dont understand how the term Free Palestine can be so political. like was he afraid to say it? i know they see everything online thats happening and i also know they see us online and what we say (i hope) matters to them. i went to tweet under the new video to inform anyone who doesnt know that audible supports israel in the genocide of the Palestinian people and there already where fans informing them of their mistake. it took me one google search. and its literally code philester. like thats your name my guy. attached to this company that is no good.
i hope they can educate themselves and take responsibility for their platform to help aid and inform others about the Palestinian genocide.
PLEASE from now until SUNDAY the 28th STRIKE against the people killing the innocent. do not buy and if you need to only get necessities. do not buy during this time to show our governments we mean what we say. please BOYCOTT companies that support israel (google is free). AND PLEASE CALL YOUR REPS.
(I say all of this as someone who has a decently small but still sizable audience on tt and insta and im not saying im perfect but im posting and reposting and i think its important to share the atrocities happening to whoever i can even to my niche small audience.)
Do not be quiet is what im saying. every little bit helps and im honestly really disappointed again that dan and phil did this.

for the millionth time boycotting is as much of a moral move as it is a political one.
if its that hard for you to boycott certain things (sanrio, squishmallows, etc) because you like them then you need to grow a fucking backbone or something. people are starving. half of a 12 year old girls mangled body was found hanging on a fence. a 6 year old girl was murdered, along with the rest of her family and the people who risked their lives to save her. their "bread" is made out of animal feed. nobody knows if they'll see tomorrow, or how israel will kill them.
but here you are, living quite comfortably, able to eat real food with access to shelter, trying to defend buying merchandise of a cartoon cat. use that money you were going to spend towards esims for people in gaza, or donating towards aid organization and gofundmes to help people escape.
or, shut up and fuck off, if genocide doesnt matter that much to you.

what are ur thoughts on the israel palestine conflict?
i mean very broadly, ofc i am pro-palestinian. I have written on it before so i haven't said much around this time. I think Israel will fall soon enough, because US is declining. So as a puppet state, Israel will fall when the master falls if that makes sense. Palestinian resistance will succeed at some point.
I think the protests in the west are mostly protests of solidarity and they wont make a difference materially because unfortunately vast majority of the mass protests/protests in the west do not know how to protest. With a few exceptions like PAL Action, most protesters just gather and post on social media. Which is precisely the type of protests western gov would be cool with because they are ineffective.
Effective protests would only happen in port cities like bay area - if they are blocking shipment of arms, or in cities at factories where they are manf arms. Effective protests have to disrupt the supply chain of the war machine. Unfortunately these are not the protests that have mass participation, mass coverage etc.
I also don't think of hamas as terrorists - i think of them as palestinian resistance. And ive also talked about this before as well how historically all resistance that is actually effective is considered to be some kind of terrorist. so it disappoints me to see people label hamas as that when they have mass support of the palestinian people and rising. And theyre the orphans of the previous intifada etc. People often talk about their conservative values and lack of rights towards populations - which there isn't even evidence of. But also logically doesn't make sense. All further development of social rights come after basic rights of living - life, sustenance, and sovreignity as a nation. They aren't even a nation yet and are fighting for the most fundamental right - a right to survive. Every other social right develops after they have the main one. So i really find it so paternalistic in the western sense and depraved almost, when people are like - oh Hamas doesnt support womens right so i cant support their right to exist. You know what would help women and minority rights??? If there existed a soverign nation, the gov of which thet could participate in! You need a nation first!

Hi guys
I just wanna say something cause i don't think may people realize that.
The director of "a part of you" i a zionist. He supports Israel. he made fun of dead kid.
Also one of the people that was working on the film made a disgusting and unfunny comment towards Edvin, which Edvin and Felicia stated that it was 'funny'. It was in fact not.
When people write to the director in his dms his responds are rude and he mostly blocks those people. He also removes the comments that point that out.
Another thing. Edvin and Felicia. As much as i love those actors for their roles in YR i hate how they act right now. They constantly ignore the comments that point it out. They didn't say a single thing about this whole case and are still promoting this movie. And i know this is probably due to their contract (but i don't think that they had speaking highly of the director was also in it😐) for example, why would they post the Photos that promote that film from the instagram of their director and not maybe netflix nordic? its the exact same photo. I really would like for Edvin and Felicia to say something or at least stop supporting the director, but for now it doesnt seem like its going to happen any soon.
Remember to boycott this movie, and spread this information, people need to know this!<3

i think the idf shld just kill themselves im so fr how do u live on knowing ur a murderer of people with dreams. how do u live knowing u are the one ending these dreams. destroying entire neighbourhoods. i rmbr crying because the mall near my home was taken down bcs i had so many memories there. how do u think these amazing Palestinians are feeling with their homes being BOMBED and neighbourhoods destroyed. sundays at their grandmas house for lunch - gone. going to school and seeing their friends - gone. having lunch at their favourite restaurants - gone. even the fucking right to sleep has been taken away because how can you sleep knowing KNOWING that u could die.
palestine is a beautiful place with beautiful people. not surprised usa doesnt mind this genocide since its a colonizer state. fucking donkeys, the lot of them.
please do what u can to help, be it buying esims, donating, EDUCATING because the more people who know about how fucked up israel is, the more people will fight for palestine. never ever stop fighting for those who are alive, they really need it. boycott shitty brands that support israel. dont dare say boycott fatigue when people are fighting to stay alive. go to ur local business - its more healthy and cnfm cheaper. wake up guys.
end this unlawful murder. now.

if youre censoring words while talking about israel/palestine and the platform you're on doesnt require censorship and doesnt push down uncensored posts, then i think you either need to just write the fucking word or stop talking about this subject.
i think this is different for ppl who are actually palestinian or israeli bc ik social media censorship affects them differently. that's not what im referring to here i want palestinians and israelis to do whatever they can to talk about their lives. even if that requires a fuck ton of censorship. if you're, say, in the USA with zero ties to either place then you really don't need to be doing that. you are not helping anyone by doing that. it just looks embarassing and is difficult to read esp for screenreaders. if you need to censor something then censor 1 letter, not every fucking vowel in a word.

I've seen Israelis compare Israel to South Africa and the Confederate States and meaning that in a "good" way. I've been awake for an hour and have already witnessed several Israeli people comparing their country to states of racial oppression, apartheid, slavery and just racism. Racism still exists in these areas! No matter who "won". There is no peace if the oppressor wins.
What else do all of these countries have in common? The British taking land and assigning it worth depending on how well their people (British white people or whoever they send in their name) could live there if the native population was pushed out or eradicated.
I know not all Israelis think like this. Not all people in the southern US or South Africa thought like this. But even if a majority does so, which has to be the case for genocide to happen at the hands of a military with obligatory military service, outside pressure needs to be put on Israel, not fucking weapon deliveries, financial support and moral alliance!
Calling people terrorists for putting the only hope they have in Hamas, because there is no military force able to defend them anymore, is cruel and shows that people dont understand, or worse, do understand, that Palestinians would be ethnically cleansed if noone fought back Israeli forces. There is no Palestinian obligatory military service that fuels this war on their side. There are children without parents, parents without children, people who can barely survive, people who starve, fall to their wounds even though they have never wanted to engage in this war. There is no system of froced military recruitment like there is in Israel. So the only hope these people have is Hamas. Wether Hamas is a terrorist group or isnt doesnt matter. Whoever picks up a weapon to defend themselves in Palestine is automatically labelled a terrorist. So why is it any more or less morally acceptable to put your hope in Hamas?
Adding to that: Israel will not stop at the borders of Palestine. The same claim to the lands of Palestine they use to drive out Palestinians, to commit warcrimes against them, to commit genocidal acts, will only expand beyond the borders of what they were given. The first step to preventing this at its core, is disallowing Israel to follow a obligatory military service system. See how many people actually want to serve a genocidal state. (Also defund Israel. Your tax money is helping commit genocide.)

lets be clear here. its not about whether jews have an ancestral claim to the land. this isnt indigenous vs settler because jewish people have no history or ties to the region. the reason the state of israel and the ideology of zionism is not (and can never be) about jewish self determination is because the foundation of the zionism is, in the words of theodor herzl (regarded basically as the father/creator of zionism) himself, "a colonial project." as in its about coming to land already inhabited, forcibly removing the inhabitants, and settling there, and this is reinforced by his approach of england for help in this (not palestine! bc there is no interest in peace with palestinians, which is why nothing but the dismantling of israel wholesale will fix this) because "it is something colonial." (source 1, source 2, source 3)
the palestinians are not indigenous to the land of what is right now called israel purely because they have always, unwaveringly forever been there, its because they were living there when zionists came to implement the settler-colonial project of the state of israel. indigenity is not mystical claims to a land and ancestral ties that the settlers do not have and makes them inherently the morally correct owners of the land, its that they were literally the inhabitants of the land that people (settlers) forced them out of in order to live there themselves (to settle). the decolonize palestine project is correct:
If we reject the “we were there first” argument, and not treat it as a legitimizing factor for Israel’s creation, then we can focus on the real history, without any ideological agendas. We could trace how our pasts intersected throughout the centuries. After all, there is indeed Jewish history in Palestine. This history forms a part of the Palestinian past and heritage, just like every other group, kingdom or empire that settled there does. We must stop viewing Palestinian and Jewish histories as competing, mutually exclusive entities, because for most of history they have not been. These positions can be maintained while simultaneously rejecting Zionism and its colonialism. After all, this ideologically driven impulse to imagine our ancestors as some closed, well defined, unchanging homogenous group having exclusive ownership over lands corresponding to modern day borders has nothing to do with the actual history of the area, and everything to do with modern notions of ethnic nationalism and colonialism.
this is something i had trouble understanding for a long while, because i know of the jewish history in palestine, and i was thinking of indigenous as simply "the people who were there first" and settlers as the unconnected people coming into the land - because this is the common understanding pushed when it comes to indigenity and is echoed in much of the phrases im familiar with with native american activism ("we were here first" "land back" "first americans" "the originals" ..) especially in discussions of land and connection to land, where settlers have no history or ties to the land other than their colonial project. zionists may have ancestral history/ties to this land but that doesnt make them the indigenous people in this situation, they are still settlers despite their history with the land.
because its not about "who was here first" its about the violence needed to make settler-colonial projects happen. ethnic cleansing, apartheid, & genocide are natural components of a settler-colonial project. the violence of ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and genocide on the palestinian people is what this issue is about, and is what means israel should not and cannot exist. because the foundation of the state of israel and the foundations of zionism are predicated on violence - they depend on the expulsion of the palestinian people
