So this one is from a spotify playlist that a Tinder date gave me back in the days when I was on Tinder xD the date ended up on an awkward note (kiss attempt on his part, I clearly turned the head the other way), but at least I got a nice playlist  😅

3. Fuyonohanashi -  Given / ギヴン

Oh dear GODS this is one of my favorite Japanese songs, from the anime (and manga) Given, a gorgeous and deep yaoi story involving 4 guys in a rock band and where one of the main protagonist deal with the loss of a loved one. I won’t link the Youtube video with the lyrics translation because it would be a huge spoiler, I highly recommend you watch the whole anime instead (TW : suicide), available for free on Anime Planet.

4. Tears to Shed - Danny Elfman

I mean... As a Tim Burton fan it makes sense. I love every soundtrack of this animation, and I even played the four-hands piece The Piano Duet with my mother 🥰

5. L.O.V - Fitz and the Tantrums

Love the groove in this song and love the band !

6. I Go Crazy - Orla Gartland

Also love this groovy song and this artist in general, I discovered her thanks to a collab she did with Dodie and I love her work !

7. La tribu de Dana - Manau

Well this one won’t make sense to most of you as it is a French song... For any French people, this is a VERY BIG classic, and most of us know the lyrics by heart and will sing along at parties. Basically, this a French rap band singing about Celtic stories xD

8. Mortal - Fractures

A gorgeous and sad indie song, that always gives me the chill. And that I discovered thanks to a Pretty Little Liars episode xD

9. Guyamas Sonora - Beirut

Very cool american folk band ! This song is from their album The Flying Club Cup, which is a beautiful hommage to old french songs. I would also recommend Nantes from the same album - Nantes is a city I lived in for one year and it is very dear to my heart.
