EtherCore throws a hat into the ring as the next-generation of blockchain

(26th June, 2020) : Blockchain is now trying to face a new phase. Several top platforms are underway to fork or upgrade their network that can expand their scalability which will optimize the user experiences. One of the most well-known blockchain platforms, Ethereum is going to be forked, utilizing a totally different consensus algorithm that has been used. It is expected to provide unlimited scalability without degrading network performance. "Any commitment to mainnet will be secured forever from the assist of the ProgPoW algorithm, and the sidechain will be able to handle any updates needed for specific kind of decentralized applications from network capacity to real-time contract update" said by the company.

TT-Miner 4.0.0 Nvidia GPU Miner With KAWPOW Support And More

The latest TT-Miner 4.0.0 comes with added support for the new algorithm to be used by Ravencoin starting May 6th – KAWPOW, a variation of ProgPoW, as well as the ProgPoW to be used by used by the Veil project for GPU mining with both available for trying out on testnet. The latest TT-Miner also brings support for Tecra (MTP), EtherCore (ERE) and Hanacoin (HANA), so a more significant major release. And even though it is now out of beta, just like with the earlier beta versions we have tried we still do seem to have issues running the miner with new Nvidia drivers although there seem to be no problems with mining rigs using older drivers apparently, so if you have similar problem downgrading the drivers may help in being able to run the miner.

Do note that if you get a missing DLL error when trying to run the miner on Windows you may need to download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.

TT-Miner supports ProgPOW, Ethash, UBQhash, MTP, Lyra2REv3, Epic, EagleSong and Kadena (Blake2S) algorithms on Nvidia GPUs and is available for Windows and Linux as pre-compiled binaries, a closed source miner with 1% developer fee for all of the supported algorithms.
