Some Wholesome Father fanarts with his Children individually, because I can make it and you can’t stop me

I tried to find what they could have in common with Father on their own. Some are based on their Sector Z’s personality/ability (gotta do with what i got), and others... I had to imagine.

Father knowing fencing is just a cool idea. Give him a sword, and things get even worse. Love it. Bruce got to devising an evil plan with Father; he’s doing his favorite hobby with Constance; David is totally the music guy between them five and Father makes sure Lenny still has his helmet if he wants to fight on his own. My favorite is Lenny. What is yours?

@lisha-the-goth-martial-artist mentioned an AU where Ben stays with Monty when they’re kids and thus doesn’t become a crappy adult later on. And I am down for some fluff for the Uno family (even if i provide more angst than fluff).

I call this the “Wholesome!Ben AU”. Have some low quality doodles !!

BUT ! I like the idea Ben still has his powers. And that Nigel gets his own powers too, so Ben helps his nephew how to use them. Which can lead to funny moments. I still believe these powers are based on negative emotions, but neither Ben nor Nigel would use them for bad intentions. I want some Uncle/Nephew bonding time, is that to much to ask? Nigel would still find some way to tease his uncle because Ben being blind af is funny as hell

ALSO !! Ben gets a sister out of the deal soooooo...... Yeah, give me that fluff

And a Good!Benedict is a good dad to Sector Z. Nuff’ said.

Nigel: Uncle! Uncle! We need your help to destroy a vegetable farm ! Ben: I'm retired, nephew. It's your fight now. Nigel: It's a broccoli farm... Ben: ..................

He would take part in the fight again if it means he can set a whole broccoli farm on fire and no one is going to stop him, not even Monty.

Notice I didn’t draw his pipe : I actually forgot it when I drew him without his silhouette suit, so to differenciate from Canon!Ben, this one doesn’t have his pipe.

These two would be excellent at Halloween.

Some doodles from the time he was a kid. I already talked about in my headcanon there was an operative who thought Ben wasn't worth saving I haven't chose his numbuh yet. In this Wholesome!Ben au, he's a prick to Ben because he can use similar power to his dad (which is ptsd trigger for said operative). He was also against the idea of girls getting in the KND, so he wasn't nice to 999 either. Solidarity between 999 and Ben. I just want Margaret to be an overprotective big sister to Ben in this AU who wouldn't. That doesn't mean she can't tease him from time to time ;)

And yes, Margaret and Nigel did the same trick to Ben : stealing his glasses and try them on. Nigel got his sass from his mom, don’t lie to me.

Monty: *gets slightly hurt* Ben: So you have chosen... DEATH

The two brothers are totally overprotective for each others. Monty might have been a calm and collected soopreme leader, but if someone did hurt Ben, he would show no mercy.

And we have the first sight of Numbuh 33, best friend of Monty and fan number one of the 0/999 ship ! Ultra supportive for them, in this AU he is also okay with Ben being there and having his powers (even tho he’s still afraid of them because you know... ptsd from the tapioca factories).

For the role swap, I came up with a different approach than what we can see in the fandom already. Here Monty is Father and Nigel is the only delightful child (his teammates are his underlines in this version). He’s fighting against Sector Z, that does not change. I made it differently because I think I’m taking someone else’s idea.

My original fic with that concept is Numbuh 1 waking up in his counterpart’s body and realizing how fucked up the world is. First, he discovers his dad is Father (so he’s completely crushed by that reveal), then he’ll try to ask his teammates help and discovers they’re not operatives: Abby is the queen of the weredogs (and secretly dating Nigel); Hoagie is a dirty cop still working for the hall monitor with Joe Balooka (and he’s still a chocoholic); Wally is the leader of the bullies; as for Kuki, the Rainbow Corporation had been shut down by Monty years ago so she never got to become the person she is now. She is basically her caramel curse state. Also, Chad and Cree are his bodyguards. Nigel trying to understand how he got there and what he can do to fix things is the whole plot.

And the ‘Perfect Son’ (Nigel’s counterpart) is a real little shit: he obviously stole the election to become 4th grade president for exemple. Should I mentione that in this AU (that i call mirror verse) the KND are almost destroyed? Because they are. Also, Monty and Margaret are divorced (for obvious reasons) and she completly lost the shared custody of Nigel. She returned to live in England.

Lucifer AU!!

Nigel might look like hyper confident, but behind that pompous smile, he's actually hurt. He was raised by Father in Hell. He found out one day that his uncle had been lying to him about his parents so he left Hell to findn them. But then he meets with Sector V and so he decided to join them just to spite his uncle (he already knew about the KND, hearing stories from Father whenever he returns to Hell). He doesn't listen to his hierarchy, something Rachel can't stand. But eventually, with time, they will open to each other. He doesn't say at first he's Father's nephew, because that's how everyone always called him in Hell. He wanted to be his own person, that people would judge him on his actions, abilities and personality rather than just "Father's Nephew". At one point Sector V will discover who his relatives are, but since they all have an evil relative and that Nigel explained them why he came to Earth in the first place, they didn't hold a grudge against him. And despite telling everyone that he is a demon, nobody believes him.

Some demon lore: there are seven "big" important families, based on the seven deadly sins. Obviously, Father and co are wrath. They have a huge tradition that the first born (no matter if it's a boy or a girl) will be the head of the family. Father, being the second, had a hard time to impose himself in Hell. But they are the most dangerous family with their hellfire powers, so demons learned to respect him anyway (mess with him and you're basically dead). Also, demons do not take care children who aren't their own, it's to keep their direct lineage safe. Even if said child is a relative. So when Father took Nigel in, it was more or less a scandal, but no one dared to critisize much because you know, Father can be extremely dangerous. That's the reason why Nigel has a rivalry with his cousins: Father was recognized as the head of the family, giving his children legitimacy to be the next in line. But since Nigel is the only son of the eldest brother, and that he already has his powers, he is the best candidate for being Father's true successor. He was constantly told that his role/destiny/future was to become the next Dark One (villain name by default until he discover his own nickname). But, since he is actually half demon, he has a certain goodness in him that doesn't fit with the rest of the demons. They can feel it, he can feel it, he doesn't feel comfortable in Hell, but he doesn't really have a choice. Until he learns his uncle lied to him about his parents : while Father never explicitly said they were dead, he let Nigel believe that. In this AU, Monty somehow send his father's mind in Hell while his body stayed on Earth: in Hell, he is underpowered, that's how Benedict was able to become the chief of the family, despite the fact Grandfather didn't want that, but fuck him. Let Ben be in charge. If Nigel is more or less close to his uncle, he is definitly not to his grandfather Grandfather forbid to talk about Monty whatsoever (even depowered and stuck in Hell, he still makes the rules, something that even Father can't undo). So Nigel doesn't know shit about his own dad, even less that it was him who trapped Grandfather there. Something else: if demons find their babies unworthy/unfit for them (whatever the reason), they tossed them in a pit where they live miserably until they die. Many gossips turned around Nigel: a rejected boy (even if his dad didn't follow the demon way) isn't worth of his position. So for all his life, Nigel always heard backbiting about him. When he joined the KND, he found his first friends and that was the happiest experience of his life.

The first time he saw Rachel, he sensed so much goondess in her he asked if she was an angel. That sounds like a lame pick up line, but he meant it. He never met an angel before but he heard so much about them. He thought that if his dad was able to find happiness on Earth with a human woman, why can't he find it too? BUT.... here's more angst : Nigel finds out he has a twin brother. The idea that he was indeed rejected by his parents pretty much fucked him up. Not knowing the whole truth is hurting him but he can't trust his uncle anymore, so he doesn't go ask him anything. He will avoid his uncle as much as possible, because he doesn't want to go back to hell. and he's pissed at Ben, so he doesn't want to see him.
