No tengo nada en su contra, pero es la parte de la saga de Buu que más larga se me hizo, aunque es cierto que tiene un momento épico al final, con Mr. Satán usando su "poder" de forma inesperada. Y no era la primera vez. Otro día hablamos de Mr Satán. . La figura es un Kid Boo de la línea Figure Rise y, pese a que yo soy un poco manostijeras, logré montarla con éxito y con un índice de frustración realmente bajo. Esta foto se hizo con la (recurrentérrima) técnica de la máscara de capa. Haces fotos con humo, haces fotos sin humo y en el Photoshopa le haces el truqui. Si alguien no la conoce y quiere malgastar su tiempo en que le explique cómo, aquí estoy. . ¡Pero no solo vengo a dar! I have a couple of girlpla questions!

Where do you find good props other than the sousai shojo teien ones? It'd be neat to have beds and chairs and stuff for photos

How do I get better at poses? I usually do basic irl things (running, waving, kneeling, etc) or just copy one straight off the box and I want to be more creative with it, but coming up with unique poses and getting them to look good is hard

So i haven’t gotten any 1/12 props myself but im told Surugaya is a good site to check out especially since they have Free Shipping sales every so often so def give them a look! Seems like a lot of other sites have significant markups on props so definitely price check before you buy.

As far as poses go definitely like you said looking at box pics helps. Another source I use is looking at the mecha musume JP builders and see what poses they use. You find some really cool stuff over there that you can tweak to your own liking. Another source to look at is regular anime figures. They’re typically pretty dynamic so they always serve as a nice reference.

A lot of the same rules apply for mecha musume as they do for posing gunpla. Paying attention to the motion of your pose and what you want to draw attention to can help you fine tune your pose before you take any pictures.

Of course having a stand helps too. Bandai has I think its Action Base 6 which is basically a copy of Good Smiles Simple Stand. Either will work and both are pretty cheap and will be needed if you want to get in air dynamic shots or off balance poses.

Just keep practicing and def pay attention to the details of what other modelers do! As with all things practice goes a long way so don’t be afraid to show your progress!

*Edit: I lied I’ve gotten several Little Armory gun kits (see my sulletta post). Those I’ve snagged from USAGS and my local hobby shop. They’re cheap little things that average about $15 depending on how big the gun is. They even have environmental sets as well. That line also has Figma like girls that use those models but I now they fit with Figurerise Standard kits as well as 30MS kits. I haven’t tried it but I would totally expect them to also work just fine with Megami Device. You might just need to play with the hands to get them to hold the gun properly
