New Video, Photo Evidence From Trump Raid Revealed In Mar-a-Lago Search Warrant
Explosive new video and photo evidence from the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was revealed after a judge unsealed the search warrant.
Additional portions of the affidavit that the F.B.I. used to obtain a warrant to search for sensitive documents at Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald J. Trump’s private club, and residence in Florida, were unsealed by a federal magistrate judge on Wednesday, providing some new information about the extraordinary process that had taken place.
“The newly unredacted sections of the affidavit suggested that prosecutors had based their search, in part, on surveillance footage from cameras near a storage room in the basement of Mar-a-Lago showing Walt Nauta, a personal aide to Mr. Trump, moving dozens of boxes in and out of the room days before federal prosecutors arrived to collect any sensitive records still in Mr. Trump’s possession,” the New York Times reported.
“Much of the material in the affidavit unsealed on Wednesday had already been made public in the expansive indictment of Mr. Trump and Mr. Nauta issued in Miami last month. That indictment charged the former president with 31 counts of illegally retaining national defense information and a separate count of conspiring with Mr. Nauta to obstruct the government’s efforts to reclaim them. The judge who ordered the unsealing, Bruce E. Reinhart, had issued two previous orders unsealing separate portions of the warrant affidavit in response to media requests,” the NYT report added.
The warrant says, of the photo, “The purpose of the photograph was to show FPOTUS the volume of boxes that remained in the STORAGE ROOM. The STORAGE-PHOTO, which appears below, captures approximately sixty-one of the FPOTUS BOXES located in the STORAGE ROOM.”
The warrant also contains detailed descriptions of surveillance footage showing Trump co-defendant Walt Nauta moving boxes out of a storage room:
By reviewing the camera footage provided by the Trump Organization in response to the subpoena, the FBI has determined the following: On May 24, 2022, WITNESS 5 is observed exiting the ANTEROOM doorway with three boxes.
On May 30, 2022, four days after WITNESS 5’s interview with the FBI during which the location of boxes was a significant subject of questioning, WITNESS 5 is observed exiting the ANTEROOM doorway with approximately fifty Bankers boxes, consistent with the description of the FPOTUS BOXES. FBI did not observe this quantity of boxes being returned to the STORAGE ROOM through the ANTEROOM entrance in its review of the footage.
The next day, on June 1, 2022, WITNESS 5 is observed carrying eleven brown cardboard boxes out of the ANTEROOM entrance. One box did not have a lid on it and appeared to contain papers.
The day after that, on June 2, 2022, WITNESS 5 is observed moving twenty-five to thirty boxes, some of which were brown cardboard boxes and others of which were Banker’s boxes consistent with the description of the FPOTUS BOXES, into the entrance of the ANTEROOM.
Approximately three and a half hours later, WITNESS 5 is observed escorting FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 through the entrance of the ANTEROOM, and FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 is not observed leaving until approximately two and a half hours later.
On June 3, 2022, FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 is escorted through the ANTEROOM entrance by an unidentified individual wearing a jacket with “USSS POLICE” printed on the back. The unidentified individual and FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 exit the ANTEROOM entrance moments later. FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 appeared to be carrying a Redweld envelope after exiting the ANTEROOM.
Below is a new photo showing 61 boxes of material in a Mar-a-Lago storeroom:
A legal expert has pointed to a potential “red flag” that could see a federal judge appointed by then-President Donald Trump taken off the government’s classified documents case against him.
Former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance, writing on her Substack page “Civil Discourse,” said that special counsel Jack Smith “made a smart strategic play” when he filed a motion late last month in U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon’s South Florida courtroom to have Trump’s trial date moved from August to December.
Under the Speedy Trial Act, the government has a 70-day timeframe from the arraignment date to prosecute the former president. The act allows for certain periods of “excludable time” and other delays that typically favor the defendant, Raw Story notes.
However, Trump’s legal team is expected to request additional delays, potentially aiming to extend the proceedings beyond the upcoming presidential election year, the outlet added.
According to court filings, prosecutors have contended that the case is straightforward and uncomplicated, involving only two defendants without any unique legal or factual complexities. Therefore, they are likely to further argue that there is limited justification for Trump to seek a delay in the trial that would extend into late 2024 or beyond.
As part of the discovery process, the government has promptly provided non-classified evidence to defense attorneys. Therefore, any approval of a trial delay by Cannon could draw attention and scrutiny.
Even without special treatment from Cannon, Trump’s trial venue in Florida works to his advantage.

Looking thru the news about the affidavit and the classified documents scandal…is Trump fucked now?? Because it sure looks that way to me but I don’t want to get my hopes up again….
anonymous asked: thoughts on the affidavit?
Okay, let's read through the 38-goddamn-pages of this sucker together. (Here is the link to download your own copy if you want to enjoy this special bonding moment as we toast marshmallows on the orange dumpster fire together.) My overall impression is: wow, if this was literally anyone else, they would be so fucked that they would never see daylight again and would probably be headed to Florence Supermax Prison for the rest of their life. Everyone of course worries that Trump will find some way to weasel out of it, but with my usual not-a-lawyer caveats, wowzers. I will also note that my analysis on this case has been accurate enough that I correctly predicted that Trump was under formal investigation for criminal espionage, even before that information was made public. So while that doesn't mean I'm again undoubtedly right in terms of saying WOW, SO MUCH TREASON, HE'S FUCKED, it is at least something to consider.
Let's begin with the VERY FIRST SENTENCE of this sucker:
The government is conducting a criminal investigation concerning the improper removal and storage of classified information in unauthorized spaces, as well as the unlawful concealment or removal of government records (page 1)
CONDUCTING A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. There you have it, boys, girls, and others. This is hard-copy proof that the Department of Justice is indeed pursuing criminal charges against Trump in terms of his mishandling of classified information and/or disobedience of the Presidential Records Act. And this is entirely separate to all the other treason he did on January 6. Welp.
(Also, it gives you the street address of Mar-a-Lago -- 1100 S Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480 -- if you want to mail Trump a box of flaming poop or something. Not, uh, that I endorse doing this. Likewise, they refer to him as "FPOTUS" or Former President of the United States, which has to drive him absolutely INSANE.)
The FBI's investigation has established that documents bearing classification markings, which appear to contain National Defense Information (NDI), were among the materials contained in the FIFTEEN BOXES and were stored at the PREMISES in an unauthorized location. [redacted] Further, there is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain classified NDI or that are Presidential records subject to record retention requirements currently remain at the PREMISES. There is also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found at the PREMISES. (page 2)
I repeat: That is a whole lotta treason. The FBI agent filing this, whose name has obviously been removed to protect them from Trump's insane fans, describes themselves as receiving training
specific to counterintelligence and investigation. Based on my experience and training, I am familiar with efforts used to unlawfully collect, retain, and disseminate sensitive government information, including classified NDI. (page 2-3)
Oh shit son.
The first statute cited under "Statutory Authority and Definitions?" Aka the primary legal justification they're presenting to the judge in order to get them to sign off on the search?
Under 18 U.S.C. § 793(e), "[w]hoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document ... or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted" or attempts to do or causes the same "to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it" shall be fined or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both. (page 3-4)
OH SHIT SON! What is 18 U.S.C. § 793? That, my friends, is the Espionage Act. They are breaking out the big guns right away and talking about REASON TO BELIEVE THE INFORMATION COULD BE USED TO THE INJURY OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE ADVANTAGE OF ANY FOREIGN NATION, which carries a possible penalty of UP TO TEN YEARS IN JAIL.
Again, this is the FIRST thing they're putting in front of the judge. Where's my white cat. I need to stroke it and eat some popcorn.
They go on to list all the different types of classified information which they expect to find at the Cheeto Palace, including Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), HUMINT Control System (information about human intelligence assets), FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act), NOFORN (Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals/Governments/Citizens) ORCON (Originator Controlled, likewise stringently subject to regulations about who gets to see it), and so on. Needless to say, that is a Big Time No No.
Next, I repeat, don't fuck around with librarians. The National Archives made the criminal referral to the FBI because:
The NARA Referral stated that according to NARA's White House Liaison Division Director, a preliminary review of the FIFTEEN BOXES indicated that they contained "newspapers, magazines, printed news articles, photos, miscellaneous print-outs, notes, presidential correspondence, personal and post-presidential records, and 'a lot of classified records.' Of most significant concern was that highly classified records were unfoldered, intermixed with other records, and otherwise unproperly [sic] identified. (page 8)
So in other words, he just... fucking threw this uber-classified stuff into random boxes with the rest of his crap and didn't even store or label them properly. Of course he did.
Redacted.... redacted... redacted....
From May 16-18, 2022, FBI agents conducted a preliminary review of the FIFTEEN BOXES provided to NARA and identified documents with classification markings in fourteen of the FIFTEEN BOXES. A preliminary triage of the documents with classification markings revealed the following approximate numbers: 184 unique documents bearing classification markings, including 67 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 92 documents marked as SECRET, and 25 documents marked as TOP SECRET. Further, the FBI agents observed markings reflecting the following compartments/dissemination controls: HCS, FISA, ORCON, NOFORN, and SI. (page 17)
Please note that these were in the boxes that had already been given back to NARA. So Trump kept a further twelve boxes that were AT LEAST this sensitive, or worse.
On June 8, 2022, DOJ COUNSEL sent FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 a letter, which reiterated that the PREMISES are not authorized to store classified information and requested the preservation of the STORAGE ROOM and boxes that had been moved from the White House to the PREMISES. (page 22)
This was honestly way, way more polite than the motherfucker deserved. So yep, he straight-up ignored the DOJ and then was all Shocked Pikachu Face when they called his bluff.
Lots more redactions! Hoo boy, I wonder what is in here that is so bad they can't even show large parts of this warrant. Where did Trump store all his classified goodies, you ask? In his fucking bedroom closet. If this man wasn't so stupid, we might really be screwed.
Based upon this investigation, I believe that the STORAGE ROOM, FPOTUS's residential suite, Pine Hall, the "45 Office," and other spaces within the PREMISES are not currently authorized locations for the storage of classified information or NDI. Similarly, based upon this investigation, I do not believe that any spaces within the PREMISES have been authorized for the storage of classified information at least since the end of FPOTUS 's Presidential Administration on January 20, 2021.
Translation: We know you've been breaking the law this entire time, you motherfucker, and we will be happy to backdate your charges!
Premature disclosure of the contents of this affidavit and related documents may have a significant and negative impact on the continuing investigation and may severely jeopardize its effectiveness by allowing criminal parties an opportunity to flee, destroy evidence (stored electronically and otherwise), change patterns of behavior, and notify criminal confederates. (page 32)
OH SHIT SON! PREMATURE DISCLOSURE IS BAD AND MUST BE AVOIDED BECAUSE IT MIGHT TIP OFF "CRIMINAL PARTIES" AND "CRIMINAL CONFEDERATES" AND GIVE THEM TIME TO DESTROY EVIDENCE! THIS IS THE WORDING THEY ARE USING, I REPEAT, AGAINST A FORMER PRESIDENT!
(They then go on to literally just destroy the entire letter from Trump's attorneys with all the BS talking points the Republicans have been using, by INCLUDING IT AS A REASON THEY NEED TO SEARCH THE PREMISES AND NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. (page 34).
ATTACHMENT B: Property to be seized: All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071, or 1519, including the following: (page 38)
CONSTITUTING EVIDENCE, CONTRABAND, FRUITS OF CRIME, OR OTHER ITEMS ILLEGALLY POSSESSED. You love to see it. Excuse me, I need a cigarette.
[REDACTED]
Okay. Back now. As I said, this is absolutely in Fuck Around And Find Out territory by... a lot, destroys all of Trump's talking points, shows that this is a criminal/counterintelligence/espionage investigation with intended criminal penalties including heavy fines AND up to ten years' imprisonment. Other people, i.e. the whistleblower Reality Winner, have been sentenced to five years in jail for stealing ONE classified document from Uncle Sam, and if the estimate of Trump stealing 300 is true, he should, by my calculations, be legally liable for.... 1500 years in the slammer. WELP.

how did they manage to make an attack on an 82 year old man a referendum on his wife’s physical appearance
This is the right-wing MO. Everything ultimately comes down to some woman's appearance. They simply cannot fathom that there's a guy out there, still in love with this wife, 60+ years after meeting her. This is why they were so desperate for there to have been some mystery woman with Paul at the time of thr DUI - this despite no police report ever mentioning a passenger - because there wasn't one. And why they have spun the current bullshit that they have. Never forget this line from Greg Olear: "They hate her, too, because she’s an attractive woman. They simply don’t know how to process that an 82-year-old can look better than the Gen X banshee now dating FPOTUS’s namesake son."

How much longer until it's time to go?
Metaphorically speaking I'm glancing at the door when it comes to Twitter. Being that my usage of Twitter is mostly just geeky nerdy stuff and really not being seriously political, most of my political dealings is trolling nutty conspiracy types, like the ones that believe that JFK JR is still kicking and planning on running with Trump as his VP. However with the new management take over Twitter and the very public canning of numerous employees at Twitter, my glances at the metaphoric door are happening more and more.
Considering how this is happening, and the public nature of Mr. Musk's behavior at this time I fully expect the former POTUS and many other banned users will be welcomed back, especially with the immanent announcement of FPOTUS's 2024 campaign and possible future inditement. I don't typically quit something out of rage, that anger subsides too quickly, I will however no longer partake in the goods and services from providers that I take issue with.
I'm not walking away from Twitter just yet, but as I'm glancing at the door.

EXCLUSIVE: Barack Obama secretly attends donor meetings with Jill Biden in Seattle
Former President Barack Obama secretly attended fundraising events in Seattle last weekend with First Lady Jill Biden and mega-Democrat donors. Speculation has run rampant in light of President Joe Biden's recent polling and never-ending gaffes that he will not be the Democratic party's nominee for 2024. Obama and Biden both stayed at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle from Sept. 23 to Sept. 25 and had a jam-packed itinerary while in the Emerald City.
While Jill Biden's visit was announced prior to arrival, Obama's attendance was kept secret until The Post Millennial obtained documents from Seattle police sources which confirmed that the former Democrat President was with her. The Post Millennial's Katie Daviscourt was also able to visually confirm that Obama spent the weekend at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. According to the itinerary titled "FPOTUS Obama Visit," which was dispersed to Seattle PD officers, Obama and Jill attended closed-door "Seattle Development Meetings" at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm. After the meetings, the two went to an off-site dinner and reception before returning back to the hotel in a large motorcade. All events were closed to the public and media.

Ex-Federal Prosecutor Flags 'Interesting' Discovery In Trump Search Warrant
...."A sentence that was previously redacted at the end of paragraph 58 of the affidavit provided some interesting information. “Multiple documents also contained what appears to be FPOTUS’s handwritten notes.” This means Trump won’t be able to claim he never saw the documents—at best he could maintain the notes were written while he was in office. But if he resorts to that argument, he still has to explain how the documents ended up at Mar-a-Lago after they were in his hands.
All in all, it’s not a lot of new information, but we’re seeing the depth in the government’s case and learning more about its strength. Perhaps most importantly, the release of these interesting pieces of information underscores just how much more there is that we don’t know. With the former president’s team beginning to get access to discovery, he’s in the process of learning just how strong it is. That may explain why we see him acting out even more than usual on social media.
On June 29, just hours after Trump posted President Obama’s Washington, D.C. address on Truth Social, one of Trump’s followers, Taylor Taranto, predictably picked up the gauntlet. He was arrested by the Secret Service in the neighborhood after livestreaming that he was looking for a way in. Taranto also faces misdemeanor charges in connection with January 6. His defense lawyers suggested during his detention hearing on those charges that prosecutors intend to bring felony charges in connection with the incident involving Obama. Taranto had two 9mm weapons, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and a machete in his vehicle at the time of his arrest. An additional 18 firearms registered to Taranto were unaccounted for, and after he was arrested, information on his social media accounts was deleted, suggesting a possible accomplice.
Trump knows that when he speaks, his followers listen. That’s how the country ended up on the verge of chaos on January 6. Did he think some sort of payback was due to Obama as he learned more about the government’s case against him? Or was it a childish but highly dangerous temper tantrum? Trump’s followers are now harassing and threatening agents and prosecutors working on cases against him. The risk of someone being seriously harmed to salve the former president’s mounting insecurities is untenable. Trump’s behavior is unacceptable. And yet delay is already creeping into the Mar-a-Lago prosecution. Walt Nauta was only just arraigned Thursday, three weeks after Trump, on the thin veneer of an excuse that he couldn’t find a Florida lawyer to represent him.
Trump is increasingly a danger to the community, and courts and prosecutors would do well to treat him like one. He’s cornered. And there’s no telling what he won’t stoop to to try and save himself, or just to vent his anger."

CAMPAIGNER-IN-CHIEF: Obama brings his magic to Philly to support Fetterman and Shapiro
Ty RossNovember 6, 2022
Former President Barack Obama set Philadelphia on fire last night. Campaigning in the battleground state of Pennsylvania for Democratic Lt. Governor-turned-United States Senate candidate John Fetterman, and Attorney General-turned-gubernatorial candidate Josh Shapiro.
To a large, and enthusiastic crowd, the country’s first Black president reminded America of how it feels to dream.
Like a fire and brimstone preacher, Obama called voters to the altar — a/k/a the ballot box — stoking democracy’s fires just days ahead of the midterm election.
“The kind of slash-and-burn politics that we’re seeing right now—that doesn’t have to be who we are,” Obama reminded the crowd. “We can be better. And it has nothing to do with political correctness  — or being too woke. It’s about fundamental values that my grandparents from Kansas taught me. Values, I grew up with. Values, you grew up with. Values we ty to teach our kids. Values we learn in churches, mosques, synagogues and temples.” “Honesty, fairness, opportunity, hard work,” Obama added. “Values that Josh Shapiro and John Fetterman stands for. Values that Joe Biden stands for.”
Yes, President Joe Biden was there too. A class reunion of sorts between the POTUS and the FPOTUS. Philly voters were here for it — as was the rest of America.

Another Chance to Read Bob Shepherd
Another Chance to Read Bob Shepherd
President Biden pussy-footed around the term, saying the FPOTUS was a semi-fascist in a recent patriotic speech.  Don’t get me wrong, I love the man, but let’s be willing to call a spade a spade, or as Bob puts it,  if it steps like a goose… Bob Shepherd discusses how a stronger description would be closer to the truth.  (I added the image from the Washington Post} I re-blog with pleasure,  from…

Why did FPOTUS tell everyone that his Passports, "HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL...HISTORY" and "Privileged Information Days of the SOVIET UNION?" [Note, there is NO SOVIET UNION (USSR) anymore. The passage of Gorbachev a few days ago should have reminded some and told younger ones that. ] ☆ He's reminding you of Communications with the KGB/Putin and passage of information.
