‣ they weren’t intended to be a pairing but the idea of them together kinda grew on me after their many interactions 

‣ despite coming from entirely different backgrounds, they share many parallels. one being how they both ultimately fell down the path of wanting to make something more of themselves. wyll did this by becoming a fighter/warlock whilst laverna did so through music (and swindling but we won’t talk about that just yet lol). they both ultimately strive for glory of some kind. 

‣ he for sure made the first move. she wasn’t interested in anything special at first, but he won her over with his appreciation for music and dance. 

‣ gale and halsin keep trying to steal her away (who is gonna tell them they are too old lmao) 

‣ wyll highly disapproved of laverna becoming half illithid but thinks she’s beautiful despite the physical toll it took. 

‣ she most definitely wrote a few shanties in his honor

‣ laverna was kind of selfish prior to them crossing paths (can’t blame her since she was a busker before), but since meeting Wyll she’s learned to become more selfless 

‣ you can catch him dancing while she plays the lyre while the rest of camp is occupied. alternatively, catch them dancing in the moonlight to no music at all. 

‣ in act iii, their main goal and center of their storyline is to save duke ravengard after the ill deal made with mizora (bonus: mizora attempted to sway laverna into switching classes and bringing wyll to the dark side) 

‣ wholesome is the word best used to describe their dynamic 

‣ the two are betrothed by the epilogue

tell me about dani's relationship with luke and how does it affect her relationship with sam

oh okay good question let's get into it;

so we must first and foremost remember that Dani is not a nice person, and she has about as much social nuance as a brick through a glass window. she refuses to outwardly care about people and Luke was no exception to that. when Luke found out that Cate was cheating on him with Andre he turned self-destructive, and that's when he started his relationship with Dani. she get's a warm body and something she can hold over Cate's head out of it, so for her it's a pretty perfect deal. however, Luke being who he is can't help but catch feelings which Dani is incapable of reciprocating. Luke dies before this can be resolved, and it's only then that Dani realizes that maybe she did care about Luke. she misses having him around, at least, which might be the closest she gets to feeling a connection to someone else. she runs into Sam the first time he escapes in the show, before Andre and Marie can get to him. she subdues him in a considerably less violent manner and Sam gets all starry-eyed about her before something startles him and he takes off again. Dani later pretends she doesn't remember him, but she does. even when they first meet there's something so familiar about him and when she finds out he's Luke's brother she spirals a little bit. Sam, being himself, eventually manages to make Dani laugh which pretty quickly turns into crying instead because, fuck, she really misses Luke, and having Sam here honestly might make that grief even worse. it's truly uncomfortable for everyone involved lmao but eventually turns cute when Sam figures out how to comfort Dani and she opens up about knowing Luke. despite the nature of their relationship Dani would describe her bond with Luke as a friendship, and that she was more so a listening ear for him who he just also happened to sleep with. she's still deeply allergic to emotions and tries to keep Sam at a distance but he has other plans and follows Dani around like a puppy. it takes a long while before Dani can even look at Sam without thinking of Luke, as well as reconciling the idea that she might care about Sam, but for a completely different reason than the reason she cared about Luke. and no matter how much she tries to resist her own feelings and push Sam away, he refuses to let her. in short; it's complicated. how does a girl who refuses to care about people learn to live with the idea that she not only cares, but she cares deeply? how do you process both grief and new feelings at the same time without feeling like you're betraying one of the people?

so he actually won't find out she's pregnant! after the green wedding ( episode 5 ), korinna flees king's landing after her and rhaegor's love affair became public. it caused a lot of problems between them and for her, so she ends up leaving on her own accord to keep rhaegor from further ruin and to escape the whispers of "rhaegor's whore" from the other nobles and servants. she finds out she's pregnant after she's gone and doesn't return until after their son, daerion, is 1-2 years old!

yes absolutely!! tysm for asking <3

so margo was like. my third attempt at making an oz oc. i don't know why they never stuck before and she did but here we are! (i think it's bc of the banger face claim but i digress)

so design journey-wise, she started as a base concept w two things in mind: 1. i wanted to make her part of dingoes ate my baby. i've made a lot of musicians before and i didn't want her to be too close to any of them, and obviously lead singer and guitarist were already taken anyway, so i eventually landed on drummer!! 2. i wanted her to be supernatural in some way, preferably a way the show hadn't already done. i already have a human buffy oc and an angel, so i wanted to do something different. i almost landed on banshee (a concept i keep trying to do but never works out in different shows) but eventually landed on psychic medium!!

as far as margo herself goes, she's got a lot going on! she starts off a year above buffy and the gang, so she's in her junior year in season one. she's been seeing and hearing ghosts her whole life, starting right after her grandfather passed and she saw his ghost in her family home. she was diagnosed with early-onset schizophrenia at age 13 (which she does actually have), and has spent her life since then trying to ignore ghosts (and unable to differentiate between ghosts and her other hallucinations) and just. get the hell out of dodge bc her parents use her and her mental illness as a pawn in their ensuing divorce and she hates it.

HOWEVER, sometime in her junior year, the voices try very insistently to lead her somewhere. she tries to ignore them but they've never been so... loud before. so she excuses herself from class and just this once indulges them... and that's when she walks in on her classmate being murdered.

after that, margo suffers a psychotic break, packs up, and heads directly to a psychiatric institution on the far side of town. it's half out of her own genuine concern for her own mental health, and half out of her parents wanting to. make the problem go away. when she comes back, she has to repeat junior year, and thus tries to stay out of shit. but that's when she joins dingoes eat my baby, becomes friends with oz (and willow in association), and then. get drags into all the scooby bs.

some other things ab margo: she was childhood friends with cordelia until they were like. 13 when margo got her diagnosis and cordelia decided she wanted to be cool so she started brushing margo off n bullying her. she works as a waitress at the local diner, saving up money so she can go off on her own. oz is like. her only friend; they were study buddies before she left, and when she came back he was the only one willing to talk to her. he got her into the band!! she's got a couple tattoos and quite a few piercings, she ravenously loves alanis morisette, and her fashion insp is whatever looks like winona ryder would wear it as long as she can buy it at a thrift store.

ok so details of this are subject to change because i came up with leona on saturday while at work and i need to rewatch the show with her in mind.

that being said, leona is the only child of the current lord redwyne, and the heiress to the arbor. her parents had been trying for children for many years before she was born, so they're a very close knit family.

i headcannon alicent's mother as a redwyne (leona's father's cousin) so leona is invited to court to be helaena's companion in her early teens and grows up as one of the greens. she has a long standing crush on aemond that she keeps a secret until after their wedding.

as she grows up she engages herself more in court politics. she essentially becomes house redwyne's representative at court and considers it her role to make the most out of her position in the royal household for her family's benefit. despite her primary loyalty being to her house, she's a very strong supporter of the greens and is the main reason that the redwynes and their fleet join the dance.

in her later teens she is betrothed to aemond. as he's a second son and she's an heiress the agreement is that their children will be redwynes rather than targaryens. while leona is initially very happy with her betrothal, aemond is not pleased that he's being expected to give up his family name. this causes a period of animosity between them that lasts up until their wedding night that involves far more arguing than sex, but they do begin to reconcile their differences and slowly fall in love.

after aemond takes harrenhall, leona joins him and meets alys rivers, who the pair begin a relationship with. leona considers alys to be both her and aemond's wife.

leona is capable of being a very sensible and diplomatic person, but in her close relationships she's very affectionate and somewhat spoiled. she's incredibly loyal and has a very sharp temper, making her slow to forgive her enemies and quick to ignore the wrongdoings of her loved ones. she is aemond's fiercest supporter, despite everything that happens during the dance, and after he dies she refuses to remarry, declaring that he is her only husband and the child they concieved is her only heir.

aah, thanks for taking an interest in my latest tbosbas brain child! here is a little info dump on her under the cut

*virgilia "gilly" price.

she is the daughter of nero price, a titan in the railroad industry, and the younger sister of coriolanus' classmate, persephone price.

her latin rooted name means "staff bearer" and pays homage to the wife of coriolanus in shakespeare's play of the same name.

unlike her father and older sister, gilly is much more empathetic and in tune with her emotions. it's arguable if this is just a default demeanor of hers, or if it's due to how sheltered she was in comparison to the rest of her family.

gilly had a crush on coriolanus snow growing up that she never quite shook off. however, her infatuation was always one-sided.

her feelings were painfully obvious to everyone including coryo himself, who-while flattered-never saw her as anything more than persephone's cute younger sister.

she was heartbroken when he began to show interest in his talented tribute, lucy gray baird. as a result, she opted to sponsor her sister's tribute instead out of jealousy. when coriolanus left for district 12, gilly was left inconsolable.

it wasn't until coryo was brought back to the captiol a changed man that he suddenly grew an interest in her (that was all strategically planned on his part unbeknownst to her). he asked to go steady with an overjoyed gilly, claiming to have feigned disinterest before as a way to keep focused on his studies. the pair wed less than two years later.

she bore coriolanus at least one child; a son i have yet to name.

gilly is the epitome of viewing someone with "rose colored glasses" while smitten since she was blind to most of coryo's faults until it was too late.

sdfhg I'm gonna assume this is re: my lockwood & co ocs and yesss I'd love nothing more;

I'm actually starting out with a fic title this time (I know, shock, surprise, gasps from the audience.) the story is called Hauntology, and it follows two girls who, much like Lockwood, are starting their own agency but more importantly than that, they're trying to discover the origin of The Problem!

Sonia Parikh is the youngest of five siblings, all strong boys who worked their way up to respected agencies before Sonia could even get all her levels. she's used to flying under the radar, and generally prefers it this way. she's laid-back but headstrong, yet because of this calm attitude people often assume she's the kinder half of her team. her talent is Sight, and she's an extremely skilled fencer with an almost dance-like fighting style.

Sonia doesn't have as much of an affinity for research as her partner does, and often functions as the muscle of the team. she saves Lucy Carlyle's life on several occasions, and though not exactly willing to admit it takes a liking to the girl.

Margot Kipps has always felt second-best to her older brother. he was the oldest, the wisest, the better fighter, and so on. needless to say, he was also mommy and daddy's favorite. when Quill got accepted into Fittes, Margot knew her chances of ever winning their parents' favor were gone. so instead, she asked her best friend Sonia to start their own agency instead — to show those elite losers how work really gets done.

Margot has a talent for Touch. she's driven by her need to discover the source of The Problem, sometimes to the point of losing sight of the things around her, and thankfully has Sonia to reel her back in. Margot fights the way she does anything; with complete, obsessive intensity. strategy be damned, she goes head first into any sort of confrontation. she's not much of a skilled fencer, but she's more driven than almost anyone — almost as driven as Lockwood.

and together they form Parikh & Kipps, probably the only ghost hunting agency out there even less known than Lockwood & co! that doesn't really stop them, though — they're in it to fucking win it.

ahh thank you sm for this question!! i'm more than happy to talk about that! this wasn’t supposed to be very long but i couldn’t stop so i apologize in advance heehehehe. enjoy!!

so daerion is my golden boy. my sunshine of a baby. he the protector of the family! daerion is an extremely loyal, kind, and caring boy who has a big fucking heart. he takes after rhaegor with his fight skills and becomes a knight at seventeen. he's a very talented fighter, but he doesn't feel that rush of adrenaline whenever he defeats an opponent like others. daerion may be lethal, but he doesn't enjoy it. however, he is the first to throw hands and start swinging his sword if someone threatens his family or loved ones. 

the sibling he is closest to is elaera, mainly because he's extremely protective over her. but they have an adorable little bond. but he does get along with baleryn pretty well too, even though they have pretty big differences in personalities. they both grew up with jace and luke so their the brot4 of the kiddos ehehehehe.

his love interest is jeyne darklyn, who i love very dearly already. their story starts off rocky because he's actually supposed to marry her older sister, elinda, but ofc,,, everyone here knows how much i ✨love✨ the illicit affair trope. jeyne is definitely a wild child, which makes daerion smitten by her right away. she's daring, bold, and fearless while also generous and kind. though, she was not kind to daerion in the beginning since she doesn't agree with the idea of marriage proposes where women of lower standing do not get a say in the matter. moving on, they're very cute and i do love them a lot! i say that and yet i give them the most pain oops.

moving on to baleryn, my fiery son. he is wickedly smart and the most well-read in his entire family. he could spend hours reading book upon book and easily absorb all the information needed. it was why he was the quickest to master high valyrian and becoming a dragonrider. he is also, most importantly, a sassy himbo. an absolute know-it-all who also respects women™️ ( all my male ocs in the universe do, bc i said so, but he’s even more extra about it ). he is a fighter, but not nearly as good as his older brother. he’d rather stick to behind the scenes of a war to strategize all possible tactics and make fun of people who have stupid ideas. bale is hilarious and i love him. 

though, he’s close with his older brother, him and aena are a tight knit duo. listen, their both redheads so they gotta stick together. they’re so close like they tell each other everything. aena is so hotheaded so she needs someone to understand her anger and bale is her go-to. he’ll always make a sarcastic comment or a joke to lighten the mood too.

my oc, obella tolland, is from dorne and they do not get along at all. house tolland and house targaryen have a rocky history since aegon the conqueror tried to execute lord tolland, but didn’t realize until too late he had fled back to dorne and had his mad fool replace him. after that, the tollands changed their sigil to a dragon eating its own tail as a big “fuck you” to the targaryens, which i fucking love. so, as you can imagine, their houses don’t like each other. but they compliment each other in so many ways. obella may the youngest of her family, but she grew up with four older brothers. she’s learned a lot from them such as learning how to defend herself. she’s not good with swords, but she always has a knife on her for safety. she is extremely witty, which catches baleryn’s attention immediately, and way smarter than him. she has a wicked memory and retain information better than anyone. she is feisty, cunning, and god i love her so much. i will say out of all these ocs i’ve created for hotd, she’s the one im so eager to plann more ideas for! one spoiler i am happy to give away, she does survive the dance unscathed!

next, we have the twin flames! the oldest twin, aena, and the youngest, elaera. god, where do i even begin with these girlies.

so aena is named the daughter of the sun and sky bc she was born when it was still daylight whereas elaera was born when night fell and was named daughter of the moon and stars. and they’re drastically different. aena is the targaryen looking out of all her siblings. she does not possess the silver hair or the violet/striking blue eyes like her father and her other siblings. she looks the most like her mother, completely ordinary for the daughter of a dragon. and her dragon egg remains unhatched and she could not bond with any of the unclaimed adult dragons. then there’s elaera, the beauty of house targaryen. a carbon copy of her father. her dragon, whitefyre, hatched the same time she was born.

not are they different based on looks, but personalities too! elaera is a sweet, pure baby who is too precious for this world. she is so fucking kind, very caring, but SO naive. she is way too trusting of others and doesn’t believe anyone can be truly evil. she’s always looking on the bright side of things. then, there’s aena. my angry child. she is envious of her twin, deems her as the perfect targaryen. though their parents love them both dearly, aena cant help but feeling a sense of exclusion because she is the only one without a dragon. and this brews a lot of internal hatred towards elaera because of all this pent up jealousy inside her. she distances herself heavily from her twin over the years, which makes elaera miserable bc she just wants to be close with aena again. my lil babies :(

then, we have wylla sand and edrick baratheon. i have wylla planned out a bit more than edrick, but they’re still fairly new in my mind so i gotta do some more brainstorming and plotting. however, wylla, my beloved. my sweet, sweet girl. she is shy soul, who likes to remain as an observer. she keeps to herself and spends her time embroidering because she finds so much joy in it! wylla originally started out as aena’s handmaiden, but quickly became her closest friend ( and eventual lover )! and edrick, my son. the first son of borros baratheon and a middle child. he has a gifted talent of hunting. he is an amazing tracker and can find all his prey easily. he is to be made lord of storm’s end when his father passes, but,,,, yannoe,,,, some things,,,,,, gotta happen. who knows? not me. 

anyways, that’s all my kiddos so far! their ages btw range from 20-16 by the time the dance starts. i am changing the timeline of the show/books to better fit my story and plotlines better. if you read all of this, you deserve a cookie! and if u see any typos, no u didn’t.
