HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY EVEN! Im sorry it was sent late. I had been pretty sick these last few months. (Not COVID!) So now we are here and we can see Even as his favorite #greenlantern #haljordan! I truly hope you enjoy the piece. With making this piece, I decided to color some of my tracing paper with a highlighter. Then I had to put a heavy book on it to make sure it didn't roll up! Once that was flattened, I was able to trace the body outline for the shape. Since he is out in space (hence the background) I know the Green Lantern has the ring make an energy field around them allowing them to breath etc. It made for unique look to it and you can still kind of see the background through it. I then decided to go for the most classic Hal suit, some of gje new ones have green gloves and green boots. I then painted on the accent bits and made sure the ring was done in shiny green paint. The hair was done in a few layers and I painted the edges. The mask had the eye holes cut out and put on behind it to give it more depth. All in all, Im super proud! Also wanted to give a shout out to the birthday boy! @evncollins1999!!
