Why is it when I try new art things I always end up drawing Paddy? :P

Anyway, here’s my submission for the @highhopeslowrolls art newsletter thingy! Decided to go for a spooky ambiance and draw Paddy in a dark and dead forest late at night. You know, the best time to explore spooky forests >:D

I took @abd-illustrates​‘s advice this time and went for all out with shading and lighting, and boy am I happy with how it turned out! Also managed to draw a head in a position other than level 3/4 lol

If you’re wondering who the character in the back is, that’s my D&D character Aderyn (who I really want to play sometime soon but college is a buuuuuutt)

Don’t let the spooky lighting fool you, she is just as uneasy as Paddy in this situation.

In fact, she’s very very lost.

So I drew Paddock (his design is fun but complicatedddddd). I really wanted to draw @abd-illustrates character ever since I discovered him on youtube :3. What’s sad is I planned to draw Paddy with Malark but it ended up not saving itself so i have goven up momentarily out of pure sadness lol. I do plan to finish said piece but this one was finished first and I really want Alex to seeeeee.
