i agree that that the missing report and the interview are unrelated. i think cheesy is just putting out more lore about the side characters. but in my heart i like to that somewhere out there is a conspiracy nut who looks up cold cases and is like "whoa! these all happened on the same day!" and goes ham even if there's no real discernible connection coughs my oc coughs my friends oc coughs

eh. might as well post this now. a few of these are wish fulfillment rather than actual theorizing but explanations under the cut
i have an alchemy hyperfixation and all the alchemy stuff in tmagp makes me very excited so a lot of my theories are related to that
spoilers for the pilot btw
main character gets an eye injury - the image will not leave my head. in the magnus institute ruins statement there was this whole thing about redcanary having some kind of encounter with or experience with eye trauma and that feels like something thats just. gonna come up again
another mechanisms va - self explanatory, we need to complete the set. would love to hear kofi or rachel.
gwen has trauma related to something that happened with elias - this is going on the theory that she’s not elias’ counterpart, but a relative of some kind. something spooky happens to him and that pushes gwen to research the paranormal.
character referencing nicholas flamel - all the main characters have names that reference alchemists, and nicholas flamel is probably the most famous alchemist of all time. i doubt he’ll be given the smirke treatment because that kinda already happened with the transphobic wizard books, but someone could be sharing his name.
mag 114 statement is relevant - thats the. hill top road statement that deals with other realities, and anya (the statement giver) could be from the protocol verse. we could totally hear about the aftermath of her departure
alice/sam/gwen = three primes - the three main alchemical symbols on the OIAR crest, and a good sort of symbolic trio sorter. the three peimes are salt, sulphur and mercury, and are the basis for alchemy. the down to earth, reliable salt, the firey, unpredictable sulfur, and the adaptable, easygoing mercury. i think these could apply i just want to have it called out in universe
lena is a good person - i don’t think they’d pull the evil boss thing twice. i just think lena’s weird mannerisms are from her autistic swag
celia is related to or is agnes - (related to as in. her story involves agnes, not that shes like. a sister.) this comes from a theory by @/pinklotjeart, i think. basically: through the way her death was described (spark returned to the lightless flame) and some timeline discrepancies and general avatarness making it weird, agnes might not be Dead dead. and celia’s counterpart, lynne - well, she saw a fire ghost. also, both her and agnes are the only non one-off characters who have shakespeare names afaik. agnes MONTAGUE, celia from as you like it…
annabelle cane is related somehow - self explanatory, she was at hilltop road when everything went down. might have been pulled in.
a famous alchemist is robert smirke’d - self explaining, give me more canon historical figures jonny

augustus is not jonah - we hear jonah’s voice as ben meredith in 193, so im skeptical that tim fearon’s character is jonah for that reason.

colin dies early - mmmm i cant say much about this bc its based on one throwaway line at the MCM panel where jonny doesn’t mention colin in the main character group. so . death flags.
oiar is containing the entities scp style - this was a super early theory of mine, either this or theyre using them for power or energy in some way. even more heavy handed capitalism metaphors yay
someone gets ushanka’d - its computer horror: the podcast. that’s all
cookbook statement - a few clues in the ARG had to do with cookbooks, and alex and jonny have already said they’re getting weird with the statement formats (they mentioned an insurance report!) so. cookbook doesn’t seem too far-fetched
tiktoker/influencer character - archives was 2010s and they had a podcaster and youtuber, which were like. the big things. whats the hip trend now??? instagram and tiktok baybee
protocol editors va a small role a la mag 100 or the wtgfs cult - those characters were voiced by other rq team members (ie helen as laverne and martyn as robin) and the team has since expanded!! some editors dis stuff for cry havoc, so im guessing nico, annie, april and others will get a small role!
a villain’s goal is creating the philosopher’s stone or other alchemical thing - tmagp is heavily inspired by alchemy, and the philosopher’s stone was the main goal of alchemy!! it would grant you eternal knowledge snd the ability to turn lead into gold- which seems like a good. evil dude’s ambition
the desolation gets more focus - the institute burned down, the oiar crest has a lot of sulfur symbols (the fire element), alchemy as a whole having to do with fire, celia and her connection- it paints a very. lightless flame picture
trip to germany - a lot of the arg was set in and around berlin, and there was that exchange between sam and colin about german in the pilot! i could see a germany trip happening in the same way jon took a trip to china and america.

Thoughts on the welcome home update because YES. Spoilers below the cut.
That sleep aid pill is called remderem which is almost "remember" but the d would be backwards, and its also almost "murder me" while missing the u. Is this anything? I don't know. Im always looking for names of things in args.
We have seen through two puppets eyes. First it was Wally and his discomfort and/or dissociation, and now it's Eddie's discomfort and/or dissociation. Which is fun because we've heard that Eddie would do crafts for the show and you'd just see his hands so that was a fun touch.
First iteration of the website we had mail letters (Eddie) giving us clues. Second iteration had bugs (Frank?) and active drawings (Wally?) giving us clues. Now we have symbols giving us clues and they remind me of stickers a little bit so possibly a connection to Sally? Who else would give the tiny pictures? Questions questions.
At the end of that commercial before his existential crisis, they say Eddie has been invited and they did his job for him so he could rest. Eddie does not seem happy about them doing his job for him instead of letting him do it himself. I am reminded of how clumsy with the mail he seems to be sometimes and how much work they make him do in the other audio clips. I wonder if he is feeling extremely overwhelmed but also unappreciated and that they can do all this work to help and choose not to most days? Sally insists it was easy to do and Eddie does not sound pleased.
One thing i can't stop thinking about and i have to go back and really re-watch the commercials closely, is Poppy. When they invite Eddie to the party they say everyone is there but there's no Poppy in the picture? And earlier they poured gravy on an ornament that, to me, looked very oddly shaped and almost like meat, and we hear Poppy, but we don't see her. So... a pea on a plate..... "P" on a plate? My brain could be misconstruing but did they eat Poppy and is that what he's actually seeing and is that why it's all red? I'd he seeing the reality beyond the mask? Is it more than a pea?
Eddie says "where?" In his crisis as a response to Frank calling his name. People are talking about this as if he doesn't know where he is. I agree this is a likely idea but what if he's asking where Poppy is? Do we ever actually see her in any of the videos or do we just hear her?
Wally has feelings a lot which is good to confirm he has feelings! Eddie also said he would be happy with an apple every single day and my he is an innocentbautism creature wally agenda is flourishing.
The amount if commercials has me fascinated because people used to do that for TV shows (still do but those earlier type ones welcome home is referencing is spot on) commercials for basically everything is accurate and what is funny is the accuracy of what each person is selling. Howdy with the cigarette commercial- he takes every opportunity to sell you something no matter what even if it's not good for you. Sleepy looking Wally selling you sleeping pills happy with the thought of the dream.
Wally being nervous about getting the holiday correct. Is it because he's never done it or ia Home going to hurt him?
Did home hurt Eddie because he was upset during the party? It sure fucking looks like it with home watching him so intensely. Does the chair have something to do with it?
Eddie's scribbled writing reminds me of the people trying to decipher the code on the safe.
On the secret pages it's signed "-W." But it talks as if it's a human person who watched the show and is working either the WHRP team. It also talks too grown up to be wally. Who is this?? Is it the same person from the terrified scribbles of the hidden page previously? It seems maybe so because of referencing needing the cleanup.

“No, but that doesn’t work within the context of the other clues…”
Virgil smiles as he ambles down the hallway, listening to the soft mutterings on the other side of Logan’s door. From the sounds of it, Logan’s hardly stopped to breathe since he figured out that the newspaper wasn’t just a newspaper. He hesitates for a moment, just a moment, before knocking on the door.
“Come in?”
“Hey,” he says as he steps through, “wanted to check if you—whoa.”
He thinks he can be forgiven for truly coming to a dead stop when he sees the fucking conspiracy board Logan’s got where his whiteboard usually is. The original newspaper is still on his desk, the eye in the hurricane of notebooks, pens, and paper strewn about, but he’s made copies of certain parts and pinned them to a corkboard. Fucking hell, he’s even got bits of red string connecting picture to picture—if he didn’t know any better, he’d ask if Logan were working with Roman or Remus on some film noir idea.
“Virgil?”
He snaps himself out of it. “Sorry, I, uh, I guess I’m glad you’re having fun?”
Logan’s face splits into an almost manic grin—shit, maybe he really has been spending too much time with Remus. “This is incredible, Virgil, I can’t properly express my gratitude until I’ve completed your puzzle. I have to ask: did you do all of this truly by yourself?”
Virgil scratches the back of his head. “Eh. I may have gotten Princey to help with some of it.”
Logan frowns. “Roman?”
“Well, yeah, he is Creativity too. And he’s—okay, I’m not gonna spoil it ‘cause it’s his idea, but he has this thing he’s doing right now that’s gonna be really, really cool when he gets around to showing it off, so—“
He trails off when he sees Logan still frowning at his desk. He takes a step closer, nudging him with an elbow.
“What’s up?”
“Nothing, nothing.”
“Uh-huh.”
“It really is nothing,” he says, “I suppose I’m surprised that Roman would be willing to…help you with such a thing.”
Virgil frowns. The irritation that Logan had expressed when he’d first looked at the newspaper, the almost resignation he’d had when he’d immediately moved on, it’s starting to show in his face right now.
“L,” he says, trying to get his attention, “why is it surprising?”
“Well,” Logan huffs, adjusting his tie, “you know.”
”I don’t. Can you tell me?”
“It’s Roman.”
“Yeah. Creativity. Making things. Doing stuff for us.”
“For you,” Logan corrects, still not meeting his gaze, “not necessarily for me.”
That’s funny. As Virgil remembers it, Roman had been hesitant to help him at all until he’d told him it was for Logan. Then he was practically climbing all over him to help out.
“But perhaps in the spirit of the holiday, then—“
“Logan.”
Logan stops. He takes off his glasses and pinches the bridge of his nose, taking a deep breath. Virgil lets him, waiting until he’s put his glasses back on and sat down. He leans against the edge of the desk and waits.
”That was unfair of me to say,” he mumbles, “wasn’t it?”
“Maybe a bit.”
“I…didn’t mean it to be spiteful.”
“You sure?”
“…maybe slightly.”
Virgil chuckles, rubbing his shoulder. “It’s okay. I know you and Princey have your moments.”
“But I have those with everyone,” Logan continues, staring off into space, “even—even with you. When I didn’t realize what your gift was at first, I…”
“Hey,” Virgil murmurs when Logan’s breath hitches just a bit too much for his liking, “you’re okay. It’s—look, the holidays are a stressful time for everyone, it’s not fair of me to hold it against you.”
“Thank you.”
“And, uh, I think any ARG that loudly screams hey, look at me, I’m a big fucking puzzle kinda fails at being an entertaining ARG—“ Logan snorts— “so I don’t blame you for taking a second to get it either.”
Logan hums, leaning against Virgil’s side. His glasses squish slightly into his ribs and he turns to fix it. “You’re right.”
“And hey, you really look like you’re enjoying it.” He gestures to the board. “You got your red string out and everything.”
“Well, I realized that I could take notes on my computer or in the notebook, but…” He can hear the moment the smile curls up his face. “I decided I might as well have fun with it.”
“That’s the whole point.”
“Thank you,” he says, softer now, turning to look up at him, “I really do like the present.”
Virgil chuckles. “I got that. Glad you’re having fun. What part are you at?”
“Part?”
“How much of it have you solved already?”
“I’ve just gotten to the QR code you managed to hide inside the picture—how did you do that, by the way? No, no—“ Logan holds up a hand as Virgil starts to explain— “don’t tell me just yet, I’ll make a list to ask you once I’ve finished everything.”
Virgil just grins and holds up his hands, stepping back as he watches Logan get up and start working on something again. He wanders over to the board after a moment, looking at all the pieces. Shit, he knew Logan would be good at this, but Janus would pop up if he said he’s a little disappointed that some of the puzzles didn’t take him longer.
Though, he notices with a grin, it doesn’t look like Logan’s cracked the big one yet. That’ll be something to look forward too.
“But enough about that,” Logan says, “did you come here for anything specific?”
“Huh? Oh, yeah. Pat and Princey are making a fucking feast for dinner and they’ve asked the rest of us to put together a movie marathon. If you, uh, if you’re willing to step away for a sec?”
“Certainly. Give me one moment…” Logan scribbles something else down on the piece of paper and pins it to the board—damnit, he got that one too, he really is good at this, maybe he should’ve made it harder— “there. Alright, what is everyone thinking? There are a few generic thrillers that have come out recently, Remus was talking about a disaster movie—“
“Wait, they made another one?”
Logan rolls his eyes as they head out to the hall. “It’s quite a profitable genre, despite the rampant suspension of disbelief that’s necessary for full immersion, so yes, I’m sure they did.”
“I don’t know about you, but I think not having to think too much sounds like a good thing.”
Logan chuckles. “Yes, well, you’ve been kind enough to give me quite the puzzle to keep me entertained for a while.”
“I really am glad you like it, L.”
“May I be honest?” Virgil nods and Logan glances around, leaning a bit closer. “Even if it had just been a newspaper, I still would have appreciated it as it came from you.”
Well. Shit. Now he’s blushing. And Logan’s looking at him like that and yep, they’re going to find the others right now.
All in all, not such a bad holiday season.

I KNOW THE SONG WALLY IS SINGING ON THE DUET PAGE.
HI. UM. Sorry for the sudden Welcome Home post, but this arg has been plaguing me and my roommate all fuckin day.
When we got to the Duet webpage and listened to the singing, I felt like I knew the tune but couldn't place it. It wasn't until i was driving home while listening to it again that I finally bit the bullet and looked up the only word I could parse from his singing:
Beautiful Dreamer
Low and behold, it's literally the name of the song he's singing. He's shaky in voice, but it's the same tune and listening with lyrics pulled up makes me parse it even better. He's singing Beautiful Dreamer by Stephen Foster, but it sounds most like the Bing Crosby cover of it. It matches best with how Wally sings it.
Now, after figuring that out I went digging on the song itself and it's meaning. Apparently, a lot of Foster's songs are tunes about young dead women. This is no different. This song is described as, and I quote, "a lover serenading a 'beautiful dreamer' who is oblivious to worldly cares and may actually be dead."
HEY WHAT.
NO PERFECT IDEA WHAT THAT'S INSINUATING, BUT IT HAS TO MEAN SOMETHING RIGHT?
I have no clue if this has already been found out, but it made me so excited to finally figure out I had to share it. If it hasn't been figured out yet, yippee I unearthed a dinosaur !!!!!

Mechnikov's day Messages post
As we know, on 15 May Fyodor Vitin posted this picture of two heavily redacted responses from the Central Bureau (or equivalent) responding to a request for the detective services to investigate/search (presumably) some suspicions or leads he may have had.
In this post, I'm going to try to collect the information discovered by others (notably on reddit in this thread) and follow up on some of these things, and extrapolate a bit on the connection of this post to others made by Vitin.
I'll start from the more obvious leads/clues and end with more general points & discussion. I'm going to proceed with the assumption that we're all familiar with the post, so check it out beforehand please!
196-17-1
The numbers used to file Vitin's request were flagged as a possible index entry for page 196, line 17, word 1 of Mechnikov's Etudes sur la Nature Humaine: Essaie de Philosophie Optimiste (Part II, 1903). This is supported by the date of publication of the post as well as the partially visible cover page of Mechnikov's work in the first post by Vitin ('the Beginning')
This word (of the original French volume) is ibid., referring to E.B Tylor's Primitive Cultures (vol II). I cannot access the Russian translation, which thyminesquared on tumblr flagged as the reference, but the corresponding page is p. 114 of the English original. The cited part refers to worship of dead ancestors, and the offering (or first pick) of the fruit harvest to them.
Tylor in turn cites Reverend George Turner's Nineteen Years in Polynesia: Missionary Life, Travels and Research in the Islands of the Pacific (1861):
Page 88 of George Turner's book essentially recounts the same story (duh, this is how citing works), but also on the next page goes on to talk about the fear of the 'disease-makers' in the culture.
According to Wikipedia, the name/word Tanna means 'earth'.
I find this line of research interesting for a few reasons. For one, thematically it fits Pathologic rather well, and I would argue is also meant to embed the themes into a relatively coherent historical context, which may have influenced the story but also makes it more plausible. This is despite the anachronism of the game, since we know the ballpark of the time period. It furthermore embeds the character of Vitin (or whomever is referred to in the Mask post) into the field they are supposedly studying. For example, Tylor has a section on fetishes (non-sexual), and the word fétiche is used in that post.
I think this is the primary reason we are (seemingly) led down this path, it is implausible but not impossible that 196-17-1 would turn out to be something different. I checked some of his other works on immunology to be sure, the words made no sense (e.g. finalement (finally), important, [207] elements). The three works mentioned all describe the same kinds of phenomena, and it is difficult for me to see what specifically could function as a clue or key here to unlock 'the next part of the puzzle' so to speak. One connection that did occur to me is whether we are meant to draw a link between the seasonal festival mentioned in the 'Mask' post and the types of rites mentioned in these works. I don't know what the fit or conclusion would be.
The second reason this is interesting is more 'meta' and ties into the above point. The question that arises prominently for me is how to understand the nature of this ARG, especially in comparison to the Feverish Feeling ARG? As stated, I don't find this to point at a specific clue that is useful later and I think that raises the question whether this ARG is preponderantly meant to offer fun little contextual hints and easter eggs at the Bachelor route rather than lead to something else. I don't want to discount anything though, because answering this requires more Vitin posts.

The text that appears at the bottom of the image in the Messages post was quickly flagged as a ciphertext or anagram of sorts. I know very little about ciphers, but using the site linked by Reddit user DeepForceAlpha, I did try a bunch of suggested ciphers. My takeaway simply from the ratio of vowels to consonants would be that this is indeed an anagram, and not a phrase meant to be cracked using a cipher key, because shifting the alphabet produces mainly unintelligible consonant strings (but I could be wrong). The other interesting possibility is that it could be a key itself to a future ciphertext.
This is another one of those clues where the question about the ARG's nature rears its head, because if as suggested by @cr-pisacs-evil-brother in this very in-depth post you should check out, the string is meant to make many different words without using all of the letters that are all correct answers simultaneously, then I don't think it's very useful as a clue in an ARG meant to lead somewhere. I sincerely hope this doesn't come off as rude, I am simply thinking about the 'meta rules' of an ARG and how Ice-Pick Lodge would have to construct it so it would work for us who have to solve it. This however does not mean I am definitively right, obviously.
Likewise the suggestion by Reddit user Own_Sympathy_9814 that the answer is MAVRUD + VERIDIC + EXECUTOR leaves me puzzled. There is a lot to be read into that, and I don't find the suggestion that The Marble Nest is a twyrine based hallucination very convincing - especially as the voices within the DLC near the Stillwater reference Dankovsky being sick/feverish (or at least this is my interpretation). Coincidentally, I think this is a very interesting easter egg within the DLC because not only do they say 'feverish' they also refer to a house burning down. The parallels to the Accident post are rather obvious. For this reason, I am rather tempted to flag this as relevant and something to think about in the future.
On the other hand, if the three words are meant to draw attention to the DLC as a source of the next clue they would perhaps work? It is possible that we're meant to read the posts within the frame of some story we have to construct. In this context, I think the mention of Voronika Kroy and seemingly her picture in the post can be adduced as hinting at some sort of continuity and context we are meant to read into it. This however will have to be a separate post.
General thoughts & comments
Apart from the above, things that I am wondering about have indeed to do with the surrounding context we can read into the post.
Why are messages redacted? Who has redacted them and who is actually in possession of them?
Usually institutions redact sensitive information in the context of for example an access to information request, however this would only pertain to information sought, not the accompanying note explaining here is the info you asked for. The other explanation might be e.g. criminal investigations or the like, but again I do wonder about it nonetheless. I am probably reading too much into it and the point is to generate intrigue for us?
The mask image appears in the next post as well, singed this time. What is the significance of this repeat? In the Messages post it looks to be ripped from a dossier/spiral bound notebook, which could indicate that it has been stored by someone else for archival etc purposes? Maybe research purposes...
Right now my hunch is that Vitin has somehow gotten wind of the Feverish Feeling ARG's happenings and decided to dig deeper with the help of the authorities.
These are things I hope to return to in the future, but I'd like to wait for a new post before that, at least if there'd be one relatively soon. I would really like to know what other people think about how the posts relate to one another and all things that strike you as odd! (and maybe also what sorts posts would be useful idk)

i found a fake art Channel that's an ARG :) its called ''Snowbird.Rogers''. This post will be about me diving in completely with what i found so far about the channel, if you want to explore it on your own, feel free to skip this!
Im pretty sure this channel is an ARG, the first vid has a weird scene at the end and the second one had all sort of recordings.

and above "snowbrid.rogers" (brid? Not bird like the title?) There's something written in a language i dont understand, but from google translator it means: "what's wrong with zyul?", which I'm assuming is the character or to represent the person posting
i hadn't catched anything wrong with the first video, just at the end that it plays out a video in the dark, i have no idea what it means
in the second video is FILLED with recordings.

nothing too weird about the rest of the video then, which comes back with the speedpaint- the channel only has 2 videos, so you'd think that's the end of it? but nope! lets dig in a little bit deeper!
found this at their community tab, but the artwork can also be found at their instagram (which, so far, they only have instagram and youtube.). and loook, A CLUE! we find out that Grim, The one who called Alex, is also an artist and interacts with the person who owns the channel from time to time! and yes, the person who owns the channel is alex, Grim confirms it on their instagram
so.. we know alex has been away, and is coming back from college for summer, (it's mentioned a few times on their instagram)

DELTARUNE THEORY: The Old Chair
Well folks this one is a doozy and we have a wealth of new ARG(??? YEAH!) content from this SPAMTON SWEEPSTAKES LIVE EVENT [(LIVE!)] and obviously I should be talking about all the Noelle lore so let’s talk about this fucking chair instead:
Yes, a chair. There are many hidden links on the Deltarune website right now, and https://deltarune.com/chair/ sends you to well. A chair. A small, blue chair with a sheet draped over it. Clicking on it makes a sound play as it disappears, leaving garbled bits of color and nothing else behind. Also you can randomly get jumpscared by a familiar pair of yellow and pink eyes, so there’s that.
Does that sound like a lot to unpack already? Well too bad buckaroo there’s more stuffed into this suitcase than you can shake a stick at! The name of the tab when you open this page is “But what if it could...”, click the chair and it changes to “... get darker than dark?”.
Sound familiar?
Besides the obvious reference to the classic line about being dark, darker, yet darker, to me it brings to mind Seam’s warning. Maybe it’s not such a good idea to be in the dark world at night... That’s at least two darknesses, which is more than one.
But wait, why a chair? Well, we know the third chapter’s dark world takes place in Kris’s house, obviously, which coincidentally just so happens to feature a named chair character! How convenient!
Thank goodness this mystery is solved except oh wait that doesn’t really make any sense, does it? This chair we’re talking about seems awful ominous, unlike beloved old Chairiel, adored by the family, front and center of the Dreemurr household. No, I think we’re looking for a different chair.
But that doesn’t mean we’re not looking for Chairiel.
Yes, something fans noted as soon as Deltarune chapter 1 released was that the Chairiel moniker seemed to have been transferred from one chair to another. While Chairiel in Deltarune is Toriel’s living room seat, Chairiel in Undertale was originally a small... Blue... Chair. Huh.
Could it be the the original Chairiel is in storage in the Dreemurr household somewhere still, in this new world? Abandoned and replaced? Well geez, all this ominous atmosphere, talk of being tossed aside, garbled messes and direct connection to those pink and yellow eyes sure is reminding me of our pals Jevil and Spamton huh?
So what the hell am I saying, that Chairiel, the ORIGINAL Chairiel from Undertale, is going to be Chapter 3′s hidden boss, feeling betrayed and broken after Toriel got a more comfortable chair to watch TV in!? Uh. I guess? I mean, I said I was spitballing here.
But why those Pink and Yellow eyes... That’s Spamton’s bit, and only cause he was copying Swatch, right? Well, he was attempting to impersonate the head butler, but maybe there’s a reason he got the colors of Swatch’s orange and yellow glasses wrong. After all, we have another unexplained buddy with the very same colored eyes, don’t we?
Yeah, still no clue what that thing was about. But I’m getting the feeling we’re going to. Although, considering that pink and yellow jumpscare on the chair page redirects you back to the main sweepstakes page, it may just be Spamton trying to keep your nose out of business it doesn’t belong in. But that’s my final thought for now.
The site is still updating with new material, so if a wrench gets thrown in any of this, don’t blame me for jumping the gun. I’ll try to keep an open mind.
ADDENDUM 1 - It should be noted that the noise that plays when the chair is clicked on is called “water.mp3″ and sounds VERY similar to areas of Waterfall in Undertale such as the trash zone. How am I supposed to tie that to any of this?? Hahaha I have no idea.
ADDENDUM 2 - Could the sheet on the chair be the Shadow Mantle? Could the water noise have something to do with the Old Song from the Sea, mentioned by Riverperson in Undertale and Onion-San in Deltarune? So many questions...

So in a quick explanation: Welcome Home is an arg (augmented reality game) where there was a children's show in the late 1960s called "Welcome Home", a puppet show that taught values (like Sesame Street or Elliot Moose!)
It abruptly stopped airing/production in 1974. So, there is a team of folks who are attempting to restore the series with the bits and pieces they've found♡ But,,things aren't as they seem,,,something is lurking and it seems like this team is going to unearth something they shouldn't have!
Night Mind currently has two videos exploring the website and Inside a Mind just posted a video on it- both YouTubers are very good at navigating ARG's❤️❤️

per my last insane rambling, I've gotten confirmation that those posts I'd see people on my dash revloggibg of someone yelling about beasts is in fact part of the gorp arg
This one's interesting because it's the most reliable source I have into the gorp arg and I do not understand it at all
So threads birthday is on the release date of the half life mod that was the original version of the stanley parable. Which made me think again, au with different charactersfilling in these roles after somethinghappened to the original cast, but this was before disproven.
Thread is conflicted between being just the settings mf and having. yknow. Feelings And Shit. Also there's a hatred for Nelson I think? maybe. Idk the impression bit and the Sam akon info gathering made it hard to tell what emotion was brought forth from Nelsom but I think it's hatred. Idk I thought the impression bit was like. My 'Theories' of Welcome Home ARG
And I doubt these are true since they are NOT canon or official unless you heard a bit from the creator; partycoffin/Clown, most are either still in works or concepts/prototype info. Again, not official nor canon! This is just my theories and I do not 100% agree my theories when there are others, plus official ones. For now, just silly thoughts I had... Anyway!
What Happened to Welcome Home Show?
Maybe an accident happened during filming an episode, like someone got hurt, went missing or... killed during rehearsals which lead to cancelation of the show instead of on hold.
Similar with 1, but one of the workers or two were murdered after finding something dark by someone
(Connect to 1 & 2) To the save faces of the studio or from the world finding out the dark truth, the show got canceled to keep it hidden
The director, Wally's handler, creator or all the above went or is crazy, thinking it's real just lost it which whatever they did, the studio got shutdown.
Due to back in the day because LBGT rights were really really tough and harsh at the time and despite the show lasted for years, the show slowly disappeared which broke the heart and mental of the creator of the show. I mean, all that work and it was shutdown could lead to snapped.
Maybe the studio is haunted? It wasn't as bad at first, but as time goes by... scary things been happening, like the viewers get scared, go crazy, do things they weren't supposed to do while at the studio, the workers goes crazy, quit all of the sudden or sense something is there. Or maybe the guests who appeared got uncomfortable? (To 7)
(Connect 6) Maybe Wally or possibly the rest of the puppets were curse long ago or haunted themselves, with spirits of the handler(s). Not showing it due it's a show for kids and maybe kids are the weak point until later, the puppets were trying to warn or give some clues about what happened? Until one day, something terrible happened.
...That's all I have my theories and I bet there are more. Now, I don't agree with all of mt theories, maybe one of them, but not entirely. It could be haunted thing, but I am leaning towards to someone must've gone crazy and that lead to the incident. Maybe, but I'm not sure. 😅

@fluffyeddybear i'm just making my own post about it cause i don't want anyone talking to me about this because wrestling fans are insufferable! (because all fandoms are bad.)
to put a long story short (there's.... a LOT to explain) there's a wrestler in WWE called Bray Wyatt, and on his return to the company, (under new leadership) they put more effort into his debut, along with a bunch of cryptic clues that eventually pointed to Bray as being the one returning to WWE. They basically made a bunch of ARG style posts that you had to do all sorts of things to decrypt, on either Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown, or sometimes even on a pay-per-view, they'd hide a QR code that would lead to something, either a minigame, or a video clip or just a weird image, that if you do something to (change the brightness, look in the source code) it would reveal easter eggs and stuff that would eventually lead to Bray Wyatt returning at the end of the Extreme Rules PPV last year. (i could go into more detail about... everything, but that's what you gotta know now.) This was met with universal acclaim from wrestling fans, basically.
Bray Wyatt has a bit more lore, and reasoning as to why his characters do what they do, say what they say, and look like what they look like, and Bray usually works in a sort of relentless partnership with writers and production guys to make his vision come true. It didn't really work for a long time, but it seems to be working now.
Long story cut only kinda short, WWE hires Rob Fee the month that Bray returns, Bray is kinda of a spooky dude, Rob Fee has been described as a "horror-writer" and is a self-professed wrestling fan, and seems like a cool enough guy, and he has been named the Director of Long Term Creative, which is a position that wrestling fans didn't know they wanted, and seemed to completely line up with Bray's ethos of wrestling. To have consistent, long-term booking of a character.
To call Rob Fee a "Marvel writer" and nothing else is a bit disingenuous, and i saw that post before and didn't comment on it cause i knew it annoyed me, but i just didn't wanna engage with it, so thank you for giving me this opportunity now.
From what I can see, Rob Fee has written two comics. The Avengers Halloween Special from 2018, and Red Goblin: Red Death from 2019. That's it. He's written more for other TV shows and stuff like...c'mon guys.

Blog Renovations
Hello! This is Dr. Jasper's writer here.
We are aware that this blog has been pretty inactive and that asks have been sitting in the askbox for a bit.
We had attempted to start a Discord server and between it being overrun with a lot of dubiously canon OCs and the blogrunners not having the best communication, we were overrun.
There were essentially hundreds of small dubiously canon roleplays happening on the server that were impossible to keep track of, and basically every mod went on hiatus to dodge the headache.
We've met up recently. Some of our mods are leaving, either temporarily or permanently. We are going to define some of our planned lore more clearly and try to get back to answering asks ASAP.
There will definitely be some changes on the blog in the next few weeks, so look out for those.
As for the Discord... we bit off more than we could chew there. Interacting with people's OCs through the askbox was one thing, but having those posters and all their mercs interacting with each other everywhere meant a lot more things were happening a lot faster.
No changes are set in stone yet, but I'd expect the Discord to either go down entirely or be a Mod ghost-town for a while. Many of the rp events on the Discord will likely be removed from canon entirely, both due to the sheer amount of events and because discord rp translates badly to the layout of this blog-- which is supposed to be an askbox website and promotional blog.
These characters are more than welcome to interact via askbox so long as they follow blog rules.
Something of note is that the MPNR mods have unanimously agreed to leave characters such as Miss Pauling, Merasmus, etc as urban legends/redacted files/unknowns. These characters may or may not be filled in later by the blogrunners as we go along-- but please don't send us asks as Miss Pauling or the Admin. They won't be answered if you do.
Please also try to keep your characters feasibly fitting within this world. This isn't D&D, and we aren't currently equipped to delve into magic systems or people with backstories from other video games or fandoms. For instance, having to work out how SCP and MPNR would coexist, even across a multiverse, would be very hard and isn't the kind of detail we want to explore here.
You are welcome to use these kinds of characters so long as no pressure is put on the blogrunners to explain why your character can do X, or why they haven't heard of MPNR at Y organization, etc. Even if your character is a purple talking version of SCP-173, the asks they send should be pertaining to the blog theme.
This also isn't really an ARG, so there won't be a big secret hinted at or clues to uncover necessarily, beyond each blogrunner's character's backstory at their author's discretion. To be more specific-- there's no looming adversary or backhanded scheme or puppetmaster. There isn't a solid plot-- this is an askblog run for fun. If you ARE looking for that kind of thing, some of the blogrunners have deep personal lore for their characters that they might leave clues to, but there won't be an overarching story with everyone, at least for now.
This was designed to be a blog-format version of The Office meets an SCP Foundation ripoff.

SDC Month - June 2022 - Friday #1
The official Friday project for this SDC month: the fanon House spotlight! As in, every Friday I'm going to talk a bit about one of the fanon Houses (selected by the same trusty randomiser responsible for the 4 sentence fics POVs pick) created by me and @suth-sardian.
(Now, while I do know fanon/OC content isn't for everyone, I still felt this was an interesting sort of project to have, and could potentially also be so to anyone curious enough about fanon content to check it out. For the rest of you, well, it's easily avoidable, especially since all these Friday installments will be found under cuts.)
Warning: This particular post does contain some spoilers; not recommended reading for anyone who hasn't read the entire series.
House Argentum
This is a House whose name, as it might be easy to guess, was inspired by that of House Aurum. It was founded more than a millennium before the events of the series by Argyrite, a lord from (the equally fanon) House Elethrum, and his wife Galena (originally from House Aurum). Following a falling out with Argyrite's recently-elected Ruling Lord uncle, the two (alongside a few other relations) opted to cut all ties with House Elethrum, thus giving rise to the new House.
House Argentum is also notable for their connection to the erased/forgotten Red Goddess, with Argyrite and Galena (and later their descendants) picking up on the clues of her existence enough to make a few deductions, which were only strengthened due to the discovery of more incomplete information over the generations. The House eventually developed its own cult of the goddess, which was of course something subject to the utmost secrecy, due to the risk of the Wise potentially becoming aware of it. Due to their unique circumstances, they were also a House whose women were in a position of far greater equality to men than basically anywhere else among the Chosen (though this was mostly present behind closed doors, complying with the aforementioned need for secrecy).
Other information of relevance about House Argentum: their cypher/sigil is the right half of a coin (related to their origin as an offshoot of House Elethrum, whose modern cypher would be the left half of the same coin) and their official colours are silver, red and black. Members of the House almost always have names starting with "Arg-", a long-standing tradition starting with Argyrite, and frequently have dark hair and/or grey eyes. Their Ruling Lord at the time of the beginning of the canon story would be 21-year-old Argentum Arguerien.

I might have found a new ARG
This one needs a bit of context so to start...
I saw a YT community post and thought I saw yet another spam bot commenting self promotion, but for some reason I chose to actually look at it, since the comment wasn't very bot-like.
So I look into this youtube channel and find a bunch of shorts. (pictured below)

Over 35 seemingly innocuous joke videos in the shorts format. I watch the dinosaur one and while looking at the mobile comments section (filled with somewhat morbid comments with silly emojis) and I notice a red flicker on the corner of the video.
The pink message hidden on the YT UI that indicates something about a plan.
This strange message caused me to look into the older videos and I seemed to sometimes find messages in varying locations, usually in the bottom and top corners. One of the earliest posts seems to have what looks like a incapacitated body in a dark room, flickering between the cartoon lion art. Then I looked at the descriptions of the videos and found messages from someone. The most common one is here below.

But wait... the channel is called FredTheJokester... So who's Bill?? And notice that the only capitalized letters in the entire description spell out HELP. So what exactly is going on here???
It's very unclear who Bill is, and going by some of the videos descriptions, it seems like a mysterious red-masked man described in his Pasta Jokes short is behind his circumstances. Another thing is that after the Pasta video, a Penguin jokes video was released, and that one had NOTHING in the description!
No hidden messages from Bill, not even a clue, just nothing..
After this, penguin video, we get a pretty funny message about hating armadillos on the Armadillo Jokes video posted a day later. One thing to note is that this time, Bill didn't write anything. The titular jokester, Fred, wrote this description.

There's a lot more that definitely seems off in the other videos, but the most recent ones no longer have any clear messages, they seem to just describe the video or act as a way to greet the viewer like any other video.
While looking for more information on this channel, I found a reddit thread on r/ARG here, that details of a deleted channel from Bill. The links given to the channel no longer work but a small group found a google doc and playlists from Bill. the doc is here.
There's a lot of unsolved mysteries, who's Bill, why is he kidnapped, where is he, who is the re-masked man?? Overall I think this could be a SUPER interesting rabbit hole for a film theory video and I want to call this into more people's attention, as well as finally participate in my first ARG (I've always wanted to be in one of these!!). I'm going to make a video detailing some of this on my own youtube channel (will update post and place link HERE) to see if more people could get into the hunt.
