RWBY Rant

Often when I see someone dissing RWBY, I catch myself wanting to defend the show because I love the show except....I don't love the show, I love the /idea/ of the show. I love the setting being in a technologically advanced world where girls in cute outfits kicked monster butts with impractical transforming weapons and had MAGIC.

But the show was honestly only getting carried by the amazing fight scenes that, once Monty passed away, haven't been on par except for that Raven vs Cinder. And now we are subjected to bad dialogue and bad plots and dragging on nothingness. 

I don't know if it's just me, but I didn't even realize episode 13, was, well the season finale, because I felt like a shitload of NOTHING happened throughout the season. 

I don't know how to explain it, but it just seems like there was a bunch of wasted time. I have no problem with taking the time to expand on characters personalities and such, but I just felt like the show didn't even do a good job on that.

OH AND THEN

Emerald's, Mercury's, and Hazel's characters are such a waste. They're doing NOTHING with their characters and then they have Mercury be like "im here for the lolz cuz im evil".

I feel like if a major studio had created the idea of RWBY, the show would have been on Avatar: The Last Airbender's level of awesomeness.

Anyways, I'mstill going to stick to the show until it ends...but I'm just sad by how underwhelming it has become.
