On to more important things! I'm mentally ill and physically disabled. Chronic Pain, Chronic Migraines with Aura, Seizures caused by aforementioned Migraines, Parkinson's, DID, ADHD, Autism, NPD with BPD and ASPD traits. Rare OOC Post
I've been told that there's some really unnecessary drama going on behind the scenes, so I feel I need to clear some things up.
1: Please be patient with me and don't spam me over and over to get me to answer.
2: I try my best to answer all inboxes when I can. I originally wanted to answer EVERY message I got, but I have since had to change this policy due to recent events.
3: There have been a lot of anons sending some pretty nasty things. This blog is a safe space for all ages, so please don't send graphic things. While I appreciate being cheeky and tongue in cheek, I will not reply to overly sexual, violent, or adult messages.
4: Why people have been dragging @missraetaylor into anons I do not know. There seems to be a strange misunderstanding that she is behind this account. I would like to clear that up. She mods my Discord server and makes me emotes and graphics. We know each other IRL.
5: This brings me to my next point - This blog is CANON LIVESEY. [To my view based on his personality in the movie.] A Bachelor. I may be occasionally cheeky towards some OCs, but I try to remain in character with all messages I respond to. While I support people who choose to ship their characters with Livesey in their art and writings, please note that this blog will always be Canon Livesey who is single. This is NOT an OC x Canon blog! I always pledged to keep it that way so people could have their Doctor as he is.
6: In character means I do not converse OOC or as mun as some call it. It means I will always be responding as Livesey as I play him and not the man behind the account.
7: Harassing people through anonymous messages sent to me will not be tolerated. It's passive aggressive and also cowardly. If you have a problem with a person then message them. Do not use me as your mouthpiece.
8: Why people are making drama out of a cartoon movie will never make sense to me. Do not drag me into it. Ever. I am running this blog for fun and other people's enjoyment and would appreciate being kept out of it all.
9: If you have a problem with me or how I run my blog then message me directly. I try to base all my responses on the personality of Canon Livesey with what little there really is to go on and I fill in a few gaps with Book Livesey. I will listen to feedback should you have some.
10: Don't be afraid to interact. I have also been told people are scared to chat or message. Please don't feel scared to approach.
11: I reblog art and other media that I feel fits.
12: My Discord server is for EVERYONE. Not just people with OCs or shippers. There are many fans in there and everyone is welcome. Drama and harassment is never tolerated inside and everyone is nice to each other. If they are not then it is dealt with. Please feel free to join if you want to be part of a fandom safe space.

i think it’s a little interesting that you seem very anti-porn in your pinned post, yet basically half the art you reblog is of half-naked girls.
I want you to know that I actually take this comment very seriously. I actually waited to answer this until I could take a look through my blog archive. Lapses in judgement are... not unheard of, but I try to pay close attention to what I consider acceptable and allow into my life. And like you implied, it's definitely not a good look if I say I'm against porn, but I'm constantly reblogging ecchi pictures.
But all that said, after looking back over several months of reblogs, I'm not sure what you've been seeing. I do reblog a lot of anime, but the vast majority (imho) are reasonably clothed. And for as horny as the anime scene on tumblr can be, I genuinely try to avoid titillating content. (My archive is right here if you want to see for yourself: all-hail-trudos.tumblr.com/archive)
While I'm here, I also want to get into the weeds a bit on this subject. We all know what explicit sexual content looks like, and that has no place on my blog or in my life. (Explanations of why I think porn is wrong can be found elsewhere). But I also think nudity can sometimes be purely artistic. (Something more conservative individuals might take exception to) And once we get into the realm of "soft" porn... There's a lot of subjective territory here.
I draw the line at suggestive/horny poses and fan art that unreasonably exaggerates a character's original proportions. (Some characters, like Pyra and Mythra from Xenoblade 2 or Tifa from FF7 are already curvy on their own. And ironically a lot of fan art downplays Pyra's boobs.) I reblog swimsuit art occasionally, and maybe I'm just desensitized, but I don't personally have a problem with it.
I've had plenty of conversations growing up and into my adult years about modesty, what qualifies as "revealing" clothing, and how much skin is too much skin. (Growing up conservative Christian does that to you). And at this point, it's my belief that our attitudes about clothing and women's bodies are more of a problem than the clothes themselves. But I digress. The point I'm trying to make is that when it comes to fan art, I'm mostly concerned about the poses and framing being suggestive, and to a lesser degree what the artist's intentions are. The clothes they're wearing, not so much (as long as they're actually wearing them, and it's not something like a bikini that's only held up by a character's hands. If that sounds suspiciously specific, that's because it's a composition trope I've seen too many times).
Anyways, tl;dr I appreciate you reaching out and asking questions. But tbh I'm not sure what you've been seeing, other than the recent reblog spam of of Fire Emblem art that did include a few swimsuit pictures. (Which I personally don't regard as inherently problematic). Thank you for getting in touch, though. Transparency is how I stay on the straight and narrow.

When I first joined Tumblr I deeply struggled, I even deleted my old posts including some of my murder drones posts back around when ep 2 was released
I ended up recently rejoining as I so badly want to connect myself into a fandom and be recognized, to share aus and ideas without fear of being ignored or hated </3
I am so thankful that I've somewhat overcame my fear and now spamming random posts about murder drones, seeing people reblog and mention what they think of it makes me really happy, and I hope to continue posting. I have so many ideas and doodles, I actually have to control myself from posting too much.
Instagram can't handle me, Amino sucks, Twitter is cursed, I'm glad I made a home on Tumblr, especially the murder drones side <3
I want to befriend people, encourage, and just gain my own group of support as I continue storywriting and art, hoping some would follow me outside of fandom nonsense

Heyy, sorry for small like spam. It's really nice to randomly find other paraphiles. I'm not out on my main blog where I like and follow from, but I do have a separate blog where I'm openly a paraphile, although I fear it might be too NSFW to interact with you? To elaborate, I mainly write there about my sexual interests and reblog kinky and brutal text posts, occasionally some graphic gory art which is all tagged as guro so can be blacklisted. It's a mixed bag of providing a fun safespace for paraphiles and posting lewd problematic fictional content. Again, completely understandable if you wish not to see that. Either way I'm very pro-paraphilia and thank you for having the big 3's backs too! ♡

I love seeing what others have to share, and I really appreciate that you consider mine worth sharing too!
My recent post (16 different messy link sketches!) was a bit hard for me to share because it's both messy and not really appealing to look at imo. But this blog reblogging it was really nice and helped me out to keep going.
So this might be a silly question, but I was wondering, do you have a preference on what you would like to share for this blog? You might not and that's okay, but if there is a preference, I might want to try focusing my art on that if possible.

ahhh yes, i thought those sketches were very cute! i enjoy them immensely. i went through your blog a little to familiarize myself again with your work, its very good. i don't think you should sell yourself short
IMO of what kind of artwork you should be making, whatever the hell you want. Don't let the lure of notes and popularity lead you to draw things you dont enjoy drawing. It's your skill, your time, your materials, no one should dictate what you do with them. unless its for commission, but that's a whole 'nother ball game
as far as my own personal preferences to what i reblog, im pretty open. though i do have some general rules that i follow. First of all, the artwork has to be from the artist themselves, ooooorrrr in rare occasion, the artist has to be linked prominently. like, i sometimes reblog stuff from RetroGamingBlog2, even though they do not create art, but does link to the artist.
second, the art has to be mostly zelda related. i prefer all zelda related, but, ehh. Like, sometimes people draw smash bros, which has some zelda characters, but not all of them. if its like, one zelda character in a scene of ten, i'll probably skip it. same thing with people posting "art dumps" of sketches with lots of different fandoms. like, if its ten pictures and only one or two are zelda, i might pass. the art has to be of substantial quality to get me to reblog it, cuz i do consider what my audience might like to see. the only exception is artist commissions pages, i do reblog commissions pages regardless of if they are in the zelda fandom or not.
third, i do try to reblog as much from learning artists as more skillful ones, but sometimes the quality just isnt there. and esp. if the learning artist posts many pictures at a time, i might just choose a couple to reblog instead of spamming everyone with a lot of that artist. or it goes straight into the queue, which doles out art over a period of time at a more manageable rate
and fourth, i try not to reblog Ben Drowned stuff, cuz im not really sure its zelda related??? i also find horror stuff distasteful in general, esp without proper content warnings. but that doesn't mean i havent. and usually that stuff isn't tagged by the OG posters, and i'll add tags myself, which slows me down if i have to add a lot of tags. cuz anyone who follows this blog knows i reblog a lot XD
the last thing i'll touch upon is the lemon stuff. im ok with lemon content, heck i make my own lemon content, which i've reblogged to this blog ^^* i tag it "legend of lemon" for anyone who wants to block the tag. and now tumblr has added that mature filter, which is such a big help. sometimes the OG poster doesn't add a mature label and i'll just do it myself to ere on the side of caution. that being said, most lemon art is not posted by the OG artist, and doesn't have a link to the artist either. i also find some lemon art personally distasteful, and i feel weird reblogging it even with a mature label and tags. BUT, ya know, im here to serve. if people want me to reblog everything, then everything i shall reblog. i know there is quite the split in the zelda fandom between lemon and not lemon. i've been blocked by a couple folks because of it XD

OK so quick midnight update! I've been kinda busy so I haven't had much time to draw recently buttttttttt
Homecoming week is soon which means the entire school basically does nothing for a week, but we have PSATs before that plus most teacher jam tests in before. So I'll probably post what I'm working on this weekend, and then there's probably gonna be a 4-5 day period of nothing before I start spamming posts onto my account
I have tried to work on my Hades series but something just feels off about them soooo instead I'm taking a hopefully quick ish break from those
But in place of those, I'm gonna start copying other styles to get better and you'll probably get some of those soon
Last thing! I'll be posting pretty much all my art on another account and the reblogging on this one to keep the clutter to a minimum, idk if that's weird but that way if you wanna see any of my art it's all in one spot :D

Yasss your majesty please do share older Quiobi works, I'm very recent to this ship and the amount of Quiobi artist who deactivate saddened me and the only way to find their art is via other's reblog, they are basically impossible to find by search/tags only and your blog is *chef kiss*

I think maybe the saddest thing about the deactivated accounts is that, in some cases, it probably wasn't even the artist's choice. Some people went on hiatus or moved on, and they're living their best life! But in roughly 2019, tumblr did a massive sweep and marked many posts nsfw. The filters were not great at the time—you got to see some pretty bizarre things flagged.
You could contest the flag! Some people just missed the window of appeals. Some of my favourite artists were/are inactive for 2+ years.
I mention a couple of interesting cases on my Error Log page. One of the more upsetting examples to me is this art by @schaloime (here's their twitter!), which is no longer accessible on tumblr at all. I know I've reblogged it more than once—it's completely missing from my archive and anyone else's. rol-rol's account was plainly deleted, though you can still find some pages through the wayback machine. Tumblr structure being what it is, it's incredibly difficult to archive an infinite-scroll, multi-page blog, so these posts are sadly limited.
And then there's the blogs that were hacked and taken over by porn/spam bots 😔
While I try not to repost art (simple enough) or reblog reposted art (somewhat slightly trickier sometimes), eventually I may begin reaching out to ask people if they mind me sharing their works. I've been shy about it, for various reasons, but it's under consideration.

#mod post#sorry about the info dump 😂#there's a few things I'd like to try at some point#I've seen a number of posts for mdzs art that are reposts with permission and a link to the artist's twitter acct#I think I'd actually prefer to do embeds‚ but tumblr may not display them well#(or reliably)#to my recollection btw several quiobi artists gave up the fandom and deleted their works because of reposting and theft#so reaching out to someone who had that history feels... well. like I'm asking in spite of already knowing the answer is a hard 'no'#another project in the nebulous consideration stage is making fanlore pages for the artists#but uploading some images for their gallery without first _asking_ is also a repost#fanlore is currently not allowing image uploads anyway tho‚ so that's an issue that's too early to be concerned with
