Her name is Marie and she is West Berlin 🇩🇪 Berlin is a city with a rich history and a lot of museums - Marie will show you that in future posts! You will get to know her relations with other cities and above all, her partner 👀❤ I will tell her story soon, currently I have other plans~

Pomarańczowa alternatywa and dwarfs

In English - Orange Alternative 🧡 Have you ever wondered where the most popular attraction of Wroclaw, dwarfs, that are scattered all over the city came from? An interesting story is connected with this, which happened not so long ago! Poland was ruled by communists, who were quite disliked by the public, so many opposition movements were created.

One of them was the orange alternative. Members of association showed slogans mocking authorities, but in a very careful and non-literal way. Many of them wore characteristic orange caps - the same as dwarfs wore.

After the fall of communism, where such gatherings were held, a statue of dwarf was erected. Many people liked the idea, and since 2005, more such sculptures have been created all over the city! Each od them has its own name and during the tour around Wrocław you can buy a map where each dwarfs is located!

Hamburg

Greetings my friends! Today I will introduce you to one of my oldest German ocs after Berlin - Hamburg. His name is Lennart and he is located in north part of Germany! I'm pretty close to this city because my father works here :) but I really hope you will like him ❤🇩🇪 Hamburg is second the biggest city of Germany. At the same time a free city and the largest seaport of the country. Founded by Charlemagne. Hamburg is famous for many things, such as the Fish Market, where, apart from fish you can buy porcelain and other sundries! Did you know that there are the most bridges in the world here? It is worth exploring the city from cruise ships 👀

Art is old but still accurate. He also has an interesting girlfriend 👀🇸🇪

🌍Cologne🌍

Hello my friends! I'm sorry for my inactivity but I just started my history studies and I'm busy ❤ But I hope that you are fine of course! Today I will introduce you to one of my the oldest personifications. This is Matilda also known as Cologne 🇩🇪❤ The city is known for its beautiful cathedral, which tempts tourists from all over the world (I wholeheartedly recommend it, I've been here many times!) For sure you will meet her with her Russian boyfriend 🇷🇺👀 Any questions about her? I'm also going to post photos from my Cologne trip as well ❤❤

Brandenburg-Prussia part 1

PART 1

Let's talk about Berlin and Königsberg! Not a ship-art but they relationship is so cute and wholesome (for some time). This is Marie/Berlin with Klemens/Königsberg ( belongs to @mlemikburg ). You surely know that both cities were the capitals of German states (Königsberg of Teutonic Order/Prussia and Berlin of Brandenburg). Due to the extinction of the Prussian line, after the death of Albrecht Frederick, Jan Hohenzollern (elector of Brandenburg), took ovee his possessions and from that moment on the Duchy of Prussia was united with Brandenburg. It's time for some information about these two (lore moment!!!) They are cousins, but they treat each other like siblings. Klemens was good "parent figure" for her. When the Prussian-Brandenburg union was estabilished, both of them were equal. From the beggining, Klemens knew that she would become a powerful capital. However, one moment caused Marie's trust in Klemens to be broken.

Berlinale

Today let's talk about Berlinale! Berlinale is "The Berlin International Film Festival". I think I don't need to say which city host that event 🤫 It was founded 72 years ago and this year was 73rd festival! Awards in the field of cinematography are awarded here. Jury always makes sure that films from all over the world are presented. This year's event lasted 10 days. Prizes are awarded for 13 categories (some are split). The statuette has a silhouette of a bear, which is in the coat of arms of Berlin. Charming, right? ❤ Do you have your favourite award-winning movie? 👀 Let's discuss!

Wrocław and West Berlin (+ship introduction!)

Wrocław

Hello! Another new character (actually she is one of the oldest one haha) from my city project! And there she is! My beloved Wrocław (Lower Silesia) 🇵🇱 🥺 City is very much associated with their most popular attraction - Wrocław dwarfs 🧙 (I will make a separate post about them). Wrocław is also proud of its parks and boulevards along the Oder River. Did you know that she is otherwise called the Venice of the North? (like some other cities, but about it I will tell you more in future~)

You will also meet her with her partner 🇺🇦 ;) I hope you like her! ❤

West Berlin and Hamburg

Fanart time! I'm going to Germany today so I will post some photos as well ❤🇩🇪

First one did my friend astro, who has no tumblr. You can see there Tokyo, who belongs to Istra and Venice who belongs to Chuu! This is for our project @citytalia (go follow us here!)

Second one is made by Istra! She did a crossover with our cities (you can clearly see that someone caught her eye 👀)

The last two are made by Luci. It was our older ship which is no longer valid. But I love their arts a lot ❤ it was Hamburg x Odessa.

West Berlin

Hello my friends! Today fanart time. It always makes me so happy to recieve art of my personifications.

First one is made by my amazing friend from instagram - aurum.cat. This chibi has a special place in my heart <3 just look at her!

Second one is made by Istra (no social medias). She made her Washington DC with @seankurwisean 's Tampere along with my Marie! This one's pretty old but I really enjoy it. As you can see this is hetalia screenshot redraw :)

Last two belongs to @seankurwisean ! He did Marie in splatoon crossover and her neko version ;) these ones are also pretty old!
