Main couple went from colleagues to friends to enemies to fiancee to ex-fiancee to frenemies, all in the span of 2 episodes. That's what I call creative 😆 and I can't wait for it to develop!

First Impression: The Golden Spoon
Drama Geek and The Maknae discuss the magical and the not-so-magical as they share their first impressions of #TheGoldenSpoon. Will this #kdrama be making its way onto your to-watch list?
It’s October and magic is in the air. Even though I grew up poor, I don’t know if I’d take the offer of a golden spoon and a new life in exchange for leaving behind my family. The Kings Affection. 5
Story: 5
Acting: 10
Chemistry: 6
Comparable to: Love in the Moonlight (kdrama) : Sungkyunkwan Scandal (kdrama)
I really really really wanted to love this one. Acting wise it’s excellent. Park Eun Bin is suburb in this. She played her character brilliantly. Rowoon was great too, unfortunately for me I felt they lacked chemistry together which didn’t help the draggy’ness of the storyline that went on and on. I was 14 episodes in and I was still hoping it would get better. I will say it did get a teeny tiny bit better in the last episode, but I can’t really say if that would justify watching the whole thing. Then again who knows everyone has different opinions, just because I may regret fully watching this one, I did like the acting, doesn’t mean someone else will.
