Liebe ist für alle da, often abbreviated to LIFAD, is the sixth studio album by Rammstein. It was released through Universal Music in Europe on 16 October 2009, the United Kingdom on 19 October 2009, and the United States on 20 October 2009. This would be the band's last album for almost ten years until 2019 brought us the Untitled album.
The album was added to the 'index' of the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons in Germany, due to the track "Ich tu dir weh" and a picture inside the album booklet displaying Richard Kruspe spanking a nude woman. The album was re-released in Germany on 16 November in an edited version without the song and the picture.
According to Richard Kruspe, "B********" stands for "Bückstabü", a word made up by the band to mean whatever the listener wants it to mean.
Every single day he gets more Elrond coded and every day I fail my don't cry over him challenge. It do be like that sometimes.
Hi 🧝🏻♀️
Well, when I read that Richard suggested the "auch für mich"-line in 'Liebe ist für alle da', since he wanted to make it clear to Till that he very much deserved to be loved, this was my exact reaction today:
And to have this kind of understanding for your friend, to kind of exactly know what Till's thought process is and how he needs to be reassured that yes, he is worthy of love even if he doesn't think he is due to apparently very unfortunate situations in his life - this is a depiction of true and deep and caring friendship to me.
And yes, this warmhearted understanding and encouragement fits the delusional Elrond/Richard-take a lot. So yeah. I need to lie down and cry again. 🤍
That time we were thinking that waiting for album for 4 years was terrible. If I would just know that we will have to wait for facking 10 years to get next one!
Before making this album, Rammstein had whole year pause. It is funny that according to Rammwiki (I can not find the MetalHammer article they are referring to...) the band had a problem to play together after this long time and they had to learn how to work together again. Schneider even supposed to say them to get it together or just split up. But in LIFAD making of video, Ollie is saying that they did not have any problem and everything click together perfectly. Well, the Rammwiki mention that Richard get annoyed, which I guess is just normal for them 😁
I again feel that fans do not like this album that much. But I love it! It is such an amazing album. Rammlied, Ich tu dir weh, my beloved Waidmanns Heil, Wiener Blut, Frühling in Paris, Haifisch... This album has so much amazing songs!
My favorite part of making of is Oliver's love for tree house. I would love to know how he did fit his long body to this bed, which looks too small for him. But this whole scene is amazingly calming.
And of course Paul being annoying with his camera. But we are forever grateful to him, because without him and his camera, we would not have such amazing materials.
Ok, enough about the whole album, let's talk about my favorite song. Well, I already said that my all time favorite song is Waidmanns Heil on day one of this challenge. So I will go with my second favorite one.

Wiener Blut. This song is insane just like the story behind it. I remember when I hear about Josef Fritzl and what he done to his own daughter! I could not believe it. And this song perfectly describes how fuck up his mind have to be.
Die Tür fällt zu, das Licht geht aus
This part always gets me a goosebumps! Especially in this live video, how Till do sing this part and then nothing, darkness only with green lasers. How creepy this is!
Ich pflanze dir ein Schwesterlein
Die Haut so jung, das Fleisch so fest
Unter dem Haus ein Liebesnest
This part makes me want to puke! Can you imagine to give birth to your own sister? brrrrrrr
Ich bin bei dir und halte dich
Ich halte dich in der Dunkelheit
In der Dunkelheit
And of course the end of this video, exploding heads of the dolls. This is perfect live performance of this song.
Paul during the recording of the album Liebe Ist Für Alle Da in California, 2008.
"Originally, Rammstein had wanted to record in Los Angeles. "L.A. has a good energy. Everybody is after something. It’s racy, fast and hard." says Paul."
