so what happened at the end of episode 10 is, xiaoshi had taken a picture of himself while in the car, then traveled back to that moment (which was overlapping with the present) and lived the present through the picture. ultimately, when he clapped hands in front of tianchen, he "exited" the picture going back to the present (which was almost contemporary to the timeline of the picture) and to the place where he had initially traveled back from i.e. the car (??)

tl;dr/ xiaoshi used his ability on himself to travel a few instant back in the past and live the present through a picture (so that he could escape easily)
