That meme of Vergil owning a ton of shampoos VS Dante who uses 12-in-1 is blatantly inaccurate tbh. Have you not seen how sexy stylish dante insists on being in literally all the other games? You think that's possible with a 12-in-1 ??! That man has a collection of serums, oils, and masks for sure.

Meanwhile you know what keeps Vergil's hair up? The grime and oil. He hasn't used shampoo in 20 years and he's not about to start now.

Serana x Female LDB. I almost wrote a fic for that ship back in the day. I feel like there's so much potential for something sweet between them, as Serana figures her life out after being freed. Though, at this point, anything I'd write has already been done 1000x better with Dame Aylin and Isobel. (Baldur's Gate 3) God, what a pair.

i used to think tng was the definition of found family, until i watched ds9 and was liike "oh ya no, THIS is it."

don't get me wrong the tng guys really do like each other, but more so in a floor colleagues-flatmates way. they hang out and stuff but also it would be really bad if they don't tolerate each other, so they learn to like it. (I'm talking about the main cast dynamic as a whole)

ds9 on the other hand - it's the ultimate 'it's always going to be you' moment. the whole show takes place in private/public spaces that mean 'home' to someone or another (this is literally a main theme of the show).

the ds9 guys literally chose to live on this station and stay on/come home in the face of whatever troubles they go through.

plus none of their interpersonal relationships started out perfect, but they truly find each other and new relationships during the show.

also literal papa sisko hello?? he looks after everyone so well and he would do anything for his (very extended) family it makes me emotional thinking about them all

rewatching ds9 feels like coming home because thats just what the whole show is about

Nero origin headcanon opinions:

"Vergil met a woman in fortuna and had a kid with her."

believable, maybe cute or tragic (depending if he liked her), but too normal.

"Vergil gave birth to nero."

thematically sound, but still kind of weird/funny. you might understand this if you have read ulysses by james joyce.

"Vergil wished for ultimate power and got his wish because the power of a parent disciplining their child is unmatched."

very hilarious to imagine nero spawning in from thin air. Vergil got scammed (?) by whoever granted his wish, now he has to become a responsible parent to fully harness the power he wished for.
