"Just Julia" Contestant Audition: Charlie McGuire

Adventurous ❄️ Loyal ❄️ Clumsy ❄️ Loves Outdoors ❄️ Cat Lover

Charlie McGuire (he/they/she) was born to extremely overprotective helicopter parents in the heart of San Myshuno. He often felt trapped in a bubble, rarely allowed to play sports, have sleepovers, or really much of anything that a kid would like to do. Their concerns weren't for nothing-- Charlie was always a klutz, and it seemed like he could end up bruised from just laying in bed. But how was he supposed to learn and grow from inside a small apartment? Trapped and suffocated amongst the skyscrapers and light pollution, he longed for something different.

Hitting young adulthood, Charlie moved out as fast as he could, forgoing university to travel and taking up odd jobs to fund his adventures. For a long time, he was technically homeless, going to a new unfamiliar land and finding temporary lodging before leaving a few weeks later to do it all over again. He learned new languages, tried different foods, met sims all around the world, explored his gender identity and sexuality, partied a bit, and fell in love with extreme sports. Due to him not staying anywhere for long, he only had a few flings here and there, and never any serious relationships. However, he cherishes every connection he makes, and is very loyal to the people he befriends, even if he's not with them in person.

It wasn't all fun and games, though; true to his clumsy nature, Charlie got himself in trouble frequently with injuries and mishaps. Bone breaks, hypothermia, getting drained by a vampire, a werewolf encounter that left him with scars, and a bad hostel stay involving toxic mold were just some of misfortunes he encountered. However, an incident about two years ago put a damper on his adventurous spirit; a trip to the volcano in Sulani left him with a painful burn on his face and a raging fear of fire. He'd never come that close to death before, and the ensuing recovery period became a dark time for Charlie. He decided to find a place in Mt. Komorebi, his favorite place to travel, and became a bit of a recluse for a while. All of a sudden, not only was he self-conscious of his burn scar, but he was hyper-aware of the lines forming on his face, the pain in his body, the gray in his hair... everything suddenly seemed so real. He was only in his late 20's, but his adventuring had put a lot of stress on his body in ways he hadn't realized.

Things started getting better once Charlie sought help for his depression, and slowly, he's been getting back into living life. He hasn't left Mt. Komorebi yet, but he's rediscovered his love of skiing, snowboarding, and rock climbing, and has been enjoying himself at all the local festivals. He's still recovering and dealing with his chronic pain, but he finally feels somewhat back to his old self. Now, he's ready to confront his most challenging adventure ever: reality TV. At 28 (but feeling much older), Charlie is interested in the idea of finding love and living a life a bit more stable. And what more adventurous and wild way to do it than on television? He still undoubtedly wants to travel a bit and experience new things, but the idea of a nice home to return to and someone by his side sounds pretty damn good.

Charlie has never heard of Julia. He doesn't even realize she's famous, or rich. Despite exploring the world, he's kinda been living under a rock for a while and social media is NOT his thing. The name "Feng" might ring a bell when he hears it, given his San My upbringing, but even back when he lived there, he didn't pay much attention to politics and whatnot. If Julia wants somebody who doesn't care about her money, Charlie's the sim for the job-- as long as Julia doesn't care a whole lot about his finances, since his bank balance right now is... yikes. Don't worry, though, he's looking for a steady job, the first one he's ever really had. He prefers not to cook, due to the fire hazard, but he'll make up for it in other ways. Charlie hasn't partied or hooked up with anyone in a very long time, but rest assured, he remembers how to do it. So for a loyal partner who'll try anything at least once, book a trip with Charlie!

((UPDATE: I changed some cc around so I'd be happier with him, the only problem is that the only good burn cc I could find goes over the eyebrows and sideburns aaaaah. Anyway, this is what he looks like now:))

Nickname - I call her Feefs sometimes (from the ph in her name) but her most famous nickname is Lemon Cake, which is what her husband Xander always calls her.

Height - Adult Sims are the same height but if they weren’t I think she’d actually be on the shorter side like 5’3”

The Stanley Challenge

We all know and love Stanley Humphrey. Ever since his debut on the Lilsimsie channel on February 1st of 2020, Stanley has been an icon of the “ get rich-quick schemes ” However, If we dig deep into Stanley’s history, there is little to no information about him. When he was created by Lilsimsie, she acknowledged that he is actually a hotdog sim and that he had a dad who helped him with money in the past. But, she never addressed how or why? and I can’t help but wonder; When did he become a hot dog? And how? Well, it is time for us to wonder no more! 

Welcome to the “ Stanley Lore Challenge” Here we will make sense of it all. We will go back in time and find out the true lore of Stanley Humphery the hotdog sim. 

Note:

This challenge can be played in two ways :

A- Easy Mode

( Buy the lot, build a house then cheat the money to zero)

B-Hard Mode

(Buy the lot and then immediately cheat the money to zero)

Basic rules: 

1- Each heir must represent a hotdog ingredients or topping.

2-Money cheats are NOT allowed. We are scheming after all. 

3- You can live in any world of your choosing unless the challenge specifically ask you to relocate. 

4- every generation must start with zero dollars.

5- lifespan can be whatever you decide, though a normal life span is recommended. 

6-The cursed meatwall heirloom must be placed in each build after the second generation.

You are an introvert who lives in a secluded area in Mt. Komorebi. You enjoy reading random books, playing the Sims, and practicing yoga. You are not seeking love as your cat is enough. Your one best friend is your old college roommate Bob Pancakes. Your life is normal, safe, and happy. However, one night while streaming “The Sims Forever” Eliza Pancakes comes over to your house, starts talking poorly about Bob, confesses love to you, and now wants to have your baby… The choice is yours!

Generation Two: The Hotdog 

In this generation, you are a childish individual who only cares about themselves. After the passing of your parent, you wasted all your inheritance money on hot dates and parties. One day you find yourself on an empty island with just the clothes on your back and just a few simoleons. Lucky enough, you stumbled on an empty abandoned food stall next to a grill and your hot dog grilling business was born. 

Traits: Childish, Glutton, Party animal 

Aspiration: Serial romantic

Scheme: Meat wall and food stall

Rules:

Must marry an evil spell caster 

Must have a secret affair with pregnancy

Generation Three: Mustard 

You had a happy childhood, you got along with your siblings, and had more toys than you could ever play with. As a teen, you fell in love with a person at school but that ended poorly, as a result, you cared less and felt more distant from everyone. Everyone was nice to you, but you always felt like something was missing. One night as your family slept soundly, you ready your favorite things and quietly snuck out.

Traits: Loyal, Friendly, Family-oriented 

Aspiration: Big happy family 

Scheme: Decor box and Trifting

Some might say that even as a child you were money obsessed. But, that is not entirely true. As a child you enjoyed simple things like playing make believe, cooking with your parents, and doing chores. it’s only when you got older and experienced the real world that you became harsh, obsessed with money, and materialistic objects. 

Traits: Ambitious, Materialistic, Snob 

Aspirations: Fabulously wealthy 

Scheme: Use Dumpster diving to fund your five-star restaurant 

Rules:

Generation Five: Pickled Relish 

You are green with jealousy. You can’t believe that your parent gave the family hot dog recipe to your other sibling and not you! How could they do that to you? You were the best one with the best grades! You always made your bed and did your chores, it’s so unfair! But, it’s whatever, you can still figure it out. 

Traits: Jealous, Evil, Genius 

Aspiration: Seeker of Secrets 

Scheme: blackmailing and programming 

Rules:

Generation Six: White Onions

You spent most of your days in your room, keeping to yourself. You never really got along with your parents and didn’t have many friends. You lived a very normal life until you met your better half, you became best friends, fall in love and got married. After, you went on adventures, discovered hidden gems and found wishing well. You made a wish for a baby and when you went back home the magical meatwall was gone and a baby had magically appeared. 

 Traits: Socially awkward, Paranoid, Geek 

Aspiration: Renaissance sim 

Scheme: transfer ray

Be engaged to your best friend.

Ashanti "Sha" West Submission for @wrixie's Juniper!

The basics: -> Human; They/Them -> Lesbiannnnnn -> Born in Copperdale, but currently lives in San Myshuno -> Young Adult (irl probably 26 y.o.)

Sha’s traits are: Bro, Squeamish, and Adventurous.

The only cc I used are in their everyday and formal/party attire. Everything else is in-game stuff! I adjusted them to be maxis-match and used the dolce eye contacts!

-> Their current aspiration is "Friend of the World."

-> They've got a degree from The Foxbury Institute in Fine Arts. Sha currently works as a freelance fashion photographer. They were admitted with an athletic scholarship and played for the college soccer team.

-> Their likes include: many, many music genres - Sha loves hip hop, blues, soul, retro, and disco. Their favorite color is orange and their favorite foods are Korean, Japanese, and anything healthy (especially their favorite fruit, which is pineapple). Sha prefers spirited sims, romance enthusiasts, and idealist sims. They love affection, physical intimacy, jokes, and flirting. Their hobbies are photography, fitness, wellness, and painting.

-> Their dislikes include: americana music, classical music, and baroque music (basically anything "boring or with banjo" lmao). They don't tend to vibe well with egotistical sims, workaholics, or homebody sims (Sha is adventurous and loves making new experiences). They're also not fond of arguments, small talk, or deception. Sha sucks at cooking and baking and has relied heavily on food stalls and food delivery services in her adulthood. Sha also hates writing, research & debate, decor that is "too fancy," polished fashion, seafood, and anything mint flavored.

-> Some fun facts include: Sha has lived in every available sim world in my save (except Strangerville), but their favorite is Mt. Komorebi by far. Sha also has Type 1 Diabetes (was diagnosed at 3 years old). They chipped their front tooth in middle school while rollerskating! (Their tooth is still chipped to this day; Sha feels like it adds character to their face.) Sha is an athlete through-and-through and loves a good protein shake after a morning run or workout. Their favorite time of year is summer!

Note: Sha is a sim from one of my personal saves (literally from the time they were a child), so they have various earned bonus traits that I can't remember off the top of my head! Chopstick savvy is for sure one of them though and night owl, too.

I do have more packs now and my computer can actually handle the game so I think this is the first time I'm experiencing it how it should be. Also all the amazing mutuals I follow because you inspire me with your uniqueness. I love getting to know your sims. Currently Working On: Honestly, nothing. I share my sims progress here and I upload the households to my gallery for backup. In the future I may upload them here for download. I am also thinking of sharing my current save for download too in the future. It's for personal use but most of the worlds before Mt. Komorebi are edited since is literally my first save ever created in the game after the initial release and most of the households are connected because I love marrying townies together. I only focus on one gameplay which is a rotational play of the Morh Legacy households. They are all descendants of the first sims I created on 2014. It's actually insane how I've been playing in the same save for almost ten years. My matriarch is still alive because I keep aging her down so that sim has been with me for ten years. I almost don't believe it. I challenge @memoirsofasim, @trippisimmies, @eurosimmer, @growing-up-crumplebottom. Hope you enjoy.

Hello! ^^ Just wanted to ask if you have any tips on starting a fun gameplay? Ive tried so many times cause I just wanna play the game for once (which I haven’t in years) but fails and lose the motivation completely, probably because I like to build my own houses and decorate and it can take days or weeks, so when i’m done with the house I don’t wanna play anymore.. I know i could just download a house that already has everything, but i’m having a hard time letting go of all my favorite decor cc and that I want things to look as pretty as it can.. perfect you know. Its hard to just be satisfied with EA things and having it basic when i wanna clutter everything and use cc in the whole house lol.. I also HATE indoor pictures, they never look good to me so I wanna always take my gameplay pictures outside but it only goes so far you know until you run out of things to do outside. Sorry for this long message! Thank you so much!!!

Heyyy, ahh no worries at all about the long message. I definitely feel this, it's something I've struggled with time and again with gameplay saves and the game by itself can be so lackluster in terms of content compared to what the previous games have been like so it's harder but here's some tips I have so far:

Just start. When you first start the game off, it can feel quite boring cause there's just one sim and you're constantly monitoring everything they do, I feel like you just need to persevere, even if you feel like quitting, just push through. Turn autonomy on and just let them do as they please.

Make your sims do any and every activity possible if they're just sat around. When you're feeling bored with just the mundane day to day stuff - if there's a festival, go to it, if there's a talent show, go to it, if there's a fair, go to it. It takes your sims out of the house and into the world which adds another dimension to it.

This one might be controversial, idk? but don’t be afraid to cheat (in moderation). If your household needs more money, motherlode. If they got up too late and can’t eat breakfast before going to school/work, drag their needs back to green (I use the UI cheats mod to do this). This is especially useful when you have bigger families.

Again, take your sim out of the house, go to the beach, go camping, go to selvadora or mt komorebi, go shopping, walk the dog, go fishing. I feel like it's easy to get stuck in the house when you're not motivated to play.

I feel like giving my sims home-based careers also works better for me. When sims are in work like 5/7 days, I feel like I don't get the chance to really connect with them (it sounds weird lol) so I prefer them to have home-based jobs.

Create a house with an outdoor area your sims can hang out in, this helps a lot especially if you hate how indoor pictures look. For indoors as well, I use a lot of lights and windows cause pictures inside the house can look soooo dull.

Mix in pose-player every now and again just to again give the save another level of depth.

Use gameplay enhancement mods like more social interactions, better babies and toddlers, mc command center, true happiness, have some personality please, meaningful stories and slice of life

Just have fun - I try not to think too much about simblr or taking pictures when I’m playing and that takes the pressure off immensely cause I feel like I can apply myself fully to the game. Of course when picture worthy things happen, I’ll take pictures but in those inbetween moments, just don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

What are your top 5 sims 4 worlds?

I was just thinking the other day, "oh, it's been a while since a round of anonymous asks!" so thank you for starting that back up, anon! You read my mind :)

Anyway, take these less as an ordered top 5 and more of "5 s-tier worlds in no particular order"

Brindleton Bay. I've lived in New England, and Brindleton Bay really captures a lot of the local flavor. I've got a lot of fondness for this world, and I use it for most of my palace builds. I've spent more time in this world than any other.

Oasis Springs. My favorite basegame world! The starter home neighborhood are some of my favorite lots in the game.

Moonlight Mills. LOVE the vibes of this world and the variety of scenery/sets. I'd love to have a few more lots, but it's one of my favorite worlds to explore in tab mode. I love it enough that I'm low-key trying to come up with a new setting I can use Moonlight Mills for.

Mt. Komorebi. For the hiking trails alone! I wish every world had paths like that. It'd be so fun to click the 'take a walk' option and get to watch your Sim walk around and pause at interesting scenery.

Tartosa. Another recent entry...this world is SO pretty and full of a lot of great detail. If every world were on the Tartosa-Moonlight Mills level, I'd be pretty content lol

Me and one of my friends wanted to do the Not So Berry Challenge by LilSimsie but we don’t have all the packs, so instead we just made our own. This is the Not So Fruity Challenge by Valix & Haven if anybody wants to play it:

Gen 1-  Raspberry

Your entire life you’ve had a fixation on the arts, but were told it’s an impractical career path to go for. Even as an adult you kept your childish dream of being an artist, but pushed it to the side to fund your family. After years of keeping quiet about your desires, you finally make the changes you’ve always wanted. 

Aspiration: Painter Extraordinaire 

Traits: Childish, Self-Assured, Art Lover

Requirements:

-Master painting and mischief skill

-Make it to level 5 of the business job, before resigning and selling paintings for money

-Have at least two children

-Complete the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration 

-Have the parent to your children be a failed relationship, get married in late adulthood/early elderhood to a separate sim 

Gen 2- Blueberry

You’ve always felt the need to keep things under your control, which results in a lot of change. Growing up you could never stick to one hobby, and didn’t have much stability in your life from a young age due to money and family problems. You enjoy the fluidity of things and constant changes, which is what draws you to Sulani. 

Aspiration: Nerd Brain

Traits: Child of the Ocean, Non-committal, Perfectionist

Requirements:

-Do the Freelance Career, and go into the Programming branch

-Complete the Nerd Brain Aspiration

-Live in three different worlds, the final being Sulani 

-Have one child

-Master the video gaming and programming skill

-Be in at least two relationships, but never get married

-Have at least three different hobbies as a child

-Have the inquisitive trait as a toddler 

-Become best friends with your sibling

Gen 3- Lime (Gatekeep, gaslight, girl boss)

As a child you met someone who just pushed your buttons from the beginning, but as you grew you saw them in a different light. You realized you had feelings for them and became a lifeguard just to be around them. Through this, you became friends but learned they had a partner. To distract yourself, you began collecting things and realized it’s something you’re quite passionate about. You love nature and everything it has to offer. 

Aspiration: The Curator 

Traits: Jealous, Creative, Vegetarian 

Requirements: 

-As a teenager work the Lifeguard job

-Master the conservationist career

-Complete the frog collection 

-Complete The Curator aspiration 

-Marry your life-long enemy 

-Be the reason your enemy separates from their partner

-Adopt at least one child, and have one biological 

-Master the photography skill

-Move out of Sulani as an elder 

-Give your kids each a frog

Gen 4- Lemon (live, laugh, frog) 

Growing up, your family life was quite hectic, so you escaped into the fantasy world of your favorite books and stories. As a child, you never had many friends, but you did hang out with your best amphibian friend, Bartholomew. It was a gift from your peculiar parents. Once you hit high school you met someone who loved you unconditionally and would someday become your spouse. Just like your parents you love nature and spend time with your family while tending to your farm and garden. 

Aspiration: Bestselling Author

Traits: Ambitious, Socially Awkward, Clumsy 

Requirements:

-Master the writing and flower arranging skills 

-Complete the Bestselling Author aspiration 

-Have three kids

-Marry your high school sweetheart, and have them be your best friend 

-Marry a loyal sim

-Live in a cottage in Henford-on-Bagley with a garden and farm animals 

-Make every Sunday a family reading day

-Have the kids help with the farm 

-Keep the frog until you die

-Visit Mt. Komorebi for a family vacation 

Gen 5- Orange

Growing up on the farm you had an affection towards animals, and keep this love your entire life. After a vacation to Mt. Komrebi with your family, you fall in love with the town. After moving out you head straight there and make it your life goal to climb the mountain. When you move you meet someone you want to spend your life with, but when you propose they reject you and end the relationship entirely. After the breakup, you spend time with yourself and your child. You meet someone new later on that you end up spending your life with, but never marry. 

Aspiration: Extreme Sports Enthusiast 

Traits: Glutton, Adventurous, Animal Enthusiast 

Requirements:

-Have at least one cat/dog 

-Master the Athlete career, and go into the Bodybuilder branch 

-Master the rock climbing and snowboarding skills 

-Climb Mt. Komorebi 

-Have the same partner throughout your young adulthood, and have a child

-Separate from your partner after a failed proposal

-Visit your parents weekly

-Get into a relationship later in life, but never get married  

Gen 6- Grape

Since you were young, you found a love for robotics. That passion has stuck with you for life. You grew up to be an engineer and became very close with a coworker. You wound up marrying them and unexpectedly having twins. You were always quite busy with work though and never gave your children the attention that they deserved. 

Aspiration: Computer Whiz

Traits: Proper, Genius, Overachiever

Requirements:

-Complete the Engineer career

-Go to University (Optional)

-Master robotics, logic, and handiness skills

-Complete the Computer Quiz aspiration

-As a kid, max out the mental skill

-Be a complete workaholic

-Marry a co-worker

-Have twins (you can cheat this)

-Don’t give your kids much attention 

Gen 7- Dragon Fruit  (BE WHO YOU ARE FOR YOUR PRRIIIIDDEEE)

As a child, you never got much attention from your overworked parents. You promised yourself that when you have a kid you would give them the attention they deserve. Your passion is anything musically, but mostly singing and guitar. You never had any interest in romantic life, so instead,  you moved to the city to focus on your career and your family. You also like snow globes. So that’s cool ig. 

Aspiration: Musical Genius 

Traits: Unflirty, Foodie, Music Lover

Requirements:

-Master the singing and guitar skills

-Adopt at least one child, and be incredibly close with them 

-Master the Entertainer career, and go into the musician branch

-Never have any romantic relationships 

-Be aro-ace

-Master the Musical Genius aspiration

-Go on vacation with your child(ren) 

-Complete the snowglobe collection 

-Live in San Myshuno 

 Gen 8- Coconut 

Growing up you learned piano, given that your parent was a very successful musician. Although, you had your eye on something more. You wanted action in your life, and to be a superhero. So to do so you became friends with as many people as you could and went into the secret agent career. But you still kept your geeky side from your childhood and love to play video games with buddies. 

Aspiration: Friend Of The World 

Traits: Active, Geek, Family Oriented 

Requirements:

-Master the Secret Agent career, and go into the diamond agent branch 

-Master the Friend of the World aspiration 

-Master the Charisma and Video Gaming skills

-Get married in young adulthood, then get divorced and remarry the same sim

-No children requirements other than to have another heir 

-Live in Oasis Springs whilst divorced, anything else is up to you

-Learn piano as a child  

-Do the postcard collection, completing it is not required

Gen 9- Blackberry

Since childhood, you’ve craved the stability of a family. Once you hit high school, you became a babysitter and discovered your passion for helping young children. You started teaching and had four children of your own. You also love caring for dogs and baking for your family. 

Aspiration: Super Parent 

Traits: Slob, Good, Dog Lover

Requirements: 

-Master the Education Career

-Do the Babysitting Job in High School 

-Have at least four children 

-Have two failed relationships before marriage 

-Complete the Super Parent aspiration

-Master the parenting and baking skills

-Have a family dog that used to be a stray

-Saturday is a family fun day

-Live in Brindleton Bay

Gen 10- Tamarind 

Growing up in a household with many siblings, you grew tired of the chaos of children. You much preferred acting and would do drama club after school. You would practice lines with your grandparents and become very close to them. Your dream was always to be rich and famous, and to be a global superstar. 

Aspiration: Mansion Baron

Traits: Hates Children, Loyal, Outgoing 

Requirements:

-Master the acting career

-Reach the highest level of fame

-Master the Acting and Comedy skills

-Marry someone you meet on set

-Have an “accidental” child 

-Make it your life goal to live in a mansion in Del Sol Valley

-Do drama club as a child

-Spend time with your grandparent as a child

1. What’s your favorite world in any sims game?

Strangerville or Del Sol Valley(up and coming are), I just really like their vibes 💕

2. Least favorite world in any sims game?

Mt Komorebi or Britechester, simply because I don't play with them at all unless there's a Komorebi festival going on, and even then I usually only go to the Youth one. I don't hate them, I just play with them the least.

12. A lot of people talk about what’s NOT in the sims 4 that they wish was, but what is your favorite feature that IS in the sims 4 (from base game or a pack)?

I love the parenthood system and how it gave more chaos to families, and it was one of my first packs too!! AND also the city living festivals!

13. How long have you been playing the Sims and how did you get into it?

I started when I was around 8th/9th grade, at the time they had a 'two day trial' thing for the sims 4 basegame. But for a LONG time I already had my sights in the sims 4, I was looking for a 3D character model software and through my rabbit hole research I found the sims 4 :D it was really fun!

14. Why did you decide to start a Simblr?

I wanted to make friends ;-; I followed so many simblrs on my main blog but because I wasn't a sims blog they almost never noticed me and thought I was just a fan and not a simmer. Plus I had a sims channel, but I was burnt out from making videos and making tumblr posts sounded better!

15. How many hours have you spent playing the Sims?

1678 hours!!

TS4 World Tag Game

Rules: List your top 5 Favorite Sims 4 Worlds

1. Henford-on-Bagley

What can I say, I like cottagecore lol. But on a more serious note, I do find the world very aesthetically pleasing, especially for taking screenshots. I've always enjoyed playing there, and it's been a great starting world for my decades challenge saves

2. Brindleton Bay

Again, just really love the appearance of this world. I also quite like the lighthouse feature, especially because I just stumbled upon it while playing one day. The only drawback to this word, in my opinion, is all the strays. That's just because I can't help but want to adopt them all, but the game won't let me 😔

3. Mt. Komorebi 

I really enjoy the design of this world, seeing as it has quite good variation between neighborhoods. There is also just so much to do in this world, which is great for both gameplay and stories. Sometimes my game gets buggy, but thankfully it hasn't been too bad as of late

4. San Myshuno

Another great world with a lot to do. I really enjoy the festival feature that comes with this world, as it gives me an excuse to get my sims out of the house once and a while. The noisy neighbors feature can be a bit annoying at times, but I found that I managed okay with my most recent save there

5. Windenburg

Windenburg is probably one of my top choices when it comes to builds, especially considering the outsides of places. It comes in handy quite often for historical gameplays as well, though I sometimes play with it in my modern saves. I thought the coffee shops were a nice feature too

Isla: I was just telling Toni how savvy I am because of how I got myself to room with her in Foxbury’s athlete housing as a music major. Toni: She means scammed her way into Foxbury’s athlete housing as a music major. Isla: Listen, you get to be roommates with your favorite person in the world & I get to live with the hottest people on campus. It’s a win-win!

Enzo: It seems like just yesterday we were giving our parents hell. Toni: We? Oh no no, that was all you and Isla. I was a cherub of a child unlike you two demons. Enzo: OK, whatever. I'm just saying that we're all going off and working on our dreams. I was just made junior chef at Vincent's restaurant. Toni, you’re gonna be a D1 soccer star, and Isla, you’re gonna be a household name before we know it. It's kinda cool, you know? Toni: Oh Watcher…here comes the sappy shit, Isla.

Isla: Speaking of sappy shit, how are you and Aurora, Zo? I half expected her to just appear next to you like a phantom since you've been attached to her hip especially since she found out she's going back to Mt. Komorebi. Enzo: Haha very funny. But we're good all things considered.

Isla: Hmph…idk, Zo. We’re 19 years old. It’s kinda dumb to be in a committed relationship, let alone a long-distance one. Toni: Isla..omg. Isla: What?? I like Aurora. She’s cool & she makes my favorite cousin happy but these are the best years of our lives and you’re gonna waste them on being with a girl that you’re only gonna see, what? once every 6 months for the next 4 years?

Toni: Don’t listen to Isla. You and Aurora will be fine. Love conquers all, right? Enzo: Right...

Kaylen Martin 🕯🎆 + Legacy

Kaylen Martin is a comforting, family, pure and whimsical sim. She lives in Mt. Komorebi looking for a fresh scenery after her late parent’s house caught on fire. Kaylen loves all things crafting, from knitting to soap making she’s investing it. In fact, she hopes one day to open a shop where she can sell her homemade candles. 

Kaylen is a freelance maker that only makes candles, she also makes candles and starts a yard sale, the rest she crafts she keeps and gives to her friends.  Her best friend is Tina Tinker. She lives in a micro home right now, but she feels at peace and home there. 

Her dream is to have a successful family before all else, can she achieve her aspiration? Or will she be a candle maker without a family? 

Hey y’all, so I decided to make a new Legacy, its gonna be a bit different, its going to follow the traditional rules of the original legacy challenge with the random legacy challenge.  I also gave myself three rolls, and wheel decide to decide a lot of this stuff. For example I used wheel decide to pick the season, its winter q.q and the home worlds I used the wheel as well, but on my third one it was Mt. Komorebi. The first one was Sulani - I already have a legacy save in that world, and the second one was Del Sol Valley; however, I felt like the 50x50 lot there wouldn’t work and so by the third, it was Mt. Komorebi, which I love that world in general its my favorite one. So that’s where Kaylen went too.  Her random legacy rules are that she is to have two children, but one must be born and the other must be adopted which I thought was cute, her S/O’s job is a astronaut (space ranger), a negative trait on the lot must be placed and overcome (her current lot trait is quake zone) how we are gonna overcome it, stay tune and lastly my special rule on the random is hands off, meaning I can’t clean up anything, the sim has to do it. I can sell things from her inventory but cause I like to make it harder on myself she can ONLY sell candles, the rest she needs to keep. 

The normal Legacy rules is of course, everyone knows, the sim must start in the biggest lot in the world, no cheats unless to get out of sticky situations that bugs caused. However, I did change the age span to long, it feels more realistic for me and I’m actually hoping to have her and her future S/O have their kid once the infant update comes out and growing together expansion. 

I also have mods, some of which make the challenge even harder, such as I need to purchase groceries for pretty much anything, like, peanut butter, tea bags, baking soda, etc. Also on the mods selection is the Soap Maker & Candle Maker from Ice. The Candle Maker adds more candle selections and the Soap Maker honestly was just for fun. I also have Pottery, Wicker Basket making, etc.

Anyway, sorry this is long, I felt like I should get the introduces out of the way and then, get to the updates later.
