IT'S FINALLY DONE! :D Here's an 8 page comic of one of the very very beginning scenes of The Hollowridge Disaster: the moment Knife and Adri meet Dianne.

Having done this comic means a lot to me for a myriad of reasons, but the main ones are that I really wanted to get better at paneling and do more interesting texture work. And, this is also both a homage to my older HR comics, and my (successful!) attempt at getting back into making comics for this story, so it truly feels like I'm in my prime with it and it's finally somewhere that I am immensely proud of :] so please enjoy this scene in quite literally all it's glory!

[Disclaimer: this is a standalone scene (of a larger story), but it's not the beginning of a long form comic. Currently I have no plans of doing that, but I would like to do more of these short ones! ]

2. What colour and style is your hair? Light Brown and the style is like frizzy waves that I can’t wear natural or I look like an idiot

4. Do you wear glasses? Unfortunately not that they do me much good because they’re like four years old.

5. Do you wear braces? I used to and then I didn’t wear my retainer so a couple have moved

24. What countries have you visited? I’ve never been out of the US but I have visited other states. I’ve been to Ohio, New Jersey, New York, and Florida plus driven through all the states from Indiana to those listed above.

25. Scariest nightmare you have ever had? I typically remember my dreams but I’m such a light sleeper when things start going bad I wake myself up.

26. Any enemies? Yeah. I’m a protective person so some people overstep and when I don’t like someone for certain reasons I classify them as an enemy because they’ve hurt me or someone I love

"All The Bright Palces" , ' Violet y Finch' 1h y 48m, la adaptación de la obra escrita de Jennifer Nirven, a ala pantalla grande. Violet Markey,Elle Fanning y Theodore Finch, Justice Smith. Una película, de Drama, Amor. Dos adolescentes, Violet que no se puede adaptar a su actualidad, desde el accidente automovilístico , con su hermana ,se conoce ocasionalmente con Finch, que hacia su recorrida matutina de correr para olvidar, impidiendo la intro a un suicidio, frivolizando la situación. Ese mal momento,se transforma en la unión, de dos seres, que antes ni siquiera se daban la hora ,en la escuela. Finch también, tiene su historia bastante complicada , problemas de violencia familiar, sociales y de adaptación. Los dos unirán esfuerzos y cicatrices, para salir ,o por lo menos tratar de vivir la vida y el momento. Transformando juntos lo más feo a algo hermoso,por que están enamorados, se dejan llevar ,pero Finch a veces corre el riesgo de irse y de más ,para no volver ,llegó a convencer a Violet a qué hay siempre una esperanza de vivir, cosa que en su vida ,nadie pudo resolverle ,por su hermeticidad , bloqueando ese lado, que nadie le conoce. Es una historia campestre y unitaria, que va creciendo cada vez más y más ,cómo un gigante, profunda, intensa,sensible,tocando un tema que es tabú y muy fuerte .Dialogos de gran contenido ,sumado a los silencios, cómo un condimento esencial para la trama. Fotografía y estética exelente,el cast que gira alrrededor no está de más nombrarlo, más el montaje y musicalización,nos involucra tanto en este drama.Hasta llegar al lagrimon, y no está mal, por que eso,lo que tiene que lograr el cine , participación. Conclusión:" All The Bright Palces" 1h 48m, es ese lado de la vida, que muchos tienen que enfrentar ocasionalmente, secuencias humanas,no explicación del porque?.
