Horst gestured worriedly to the sign upon the door with his free arm, the other still firmly looped around Molly as he supported her against his flank.

"There." She slurred, voice forced with concerted effort. It likely looked mad; it was clear that people simply were not meant to enter without the proper attire and preparation. Yet, here she was, all but limp at his side in sneakers and denim rather than a protective suit. It certainly wasn't something she'd have asked him to be anywhere near if the situation wasn't a little...fucked.

It's what she got for ignoring the warning signs of a low power cell. Cabal would be up his own ass about it the moment he found out--if he found out, anyway. Here's hoping Horst won't make a big deal of it.

"Just fuckin' chuck me in there and close the door, quick as you can." She patted at his chest, head lolling. "There's a good boy."

do i cry or do i scream, that is the decision of the afternoon, it seems

the next chapters are either already done, or in the works! i plan on releasing them semi slowly, probably like once every 5-7 days, not sure yet, probably gonna see how i feel after a while. i'm really excited for how it's going!
