What kinds of pokemon do the grunts of each past and present Yonko crew have?

I want to see the pokemon of people besides the big players 😅

For the Yonko's crews, the grunts have their own individual teams based on preference. Generally the higher up you are, the better Pokemon you have. Of course each crew has some Pokemon that are popular among the crews. Some mimicking their higher up idols.

Big Mom: Well you've got the food based Pokemon of course. You'll commonly see these Pokemon and their evolutions. Combee, Exeggcute, Swirlix, the elemental monkeys, Pumpkaboo, Milcery, Fidough, Smoliv and Nacli. Pokemon good at finding food are popular too like Swinub, Skovet, Lillipup and Lechonk lines.

Kaido: This crews aim is to get dragon types and fossil Pokemon. Obtaining one of these can lead to a promotion. Cyclizar and Tatsugiri are the two dragons types commonly found amongst grunt level. Kaido ate the Gyarados fruit so you get a lot of cred if raise a Magikarp into a mighty, trained Gyarados. Horned Pokemon are popular too to fit the fashion such as - Nidorans, Rhyhorn, Gastrodon (west), Venipede and Skiddo. Black Maria fans has Spinarak's. Who's Who fans have cats like Meowth and Skitty.

Whitebeard Pirates: Much more varied on Pokemon than the previous two crews. Rare Pokemon weren't taken and given to higher ups. Catch it, it's yours. They liked to catch Pokemon with moustaches to tease Whitebeard. They would have annual contests for Pokemon with the best moustache. Common entries - Alolan Rattata, Kadabra/ Alakazam, Alolan Golem, Sealo, Kricketune, Herdier/Stoutland, Mienshao, Jillicent, Drampa, Thievul, Mr. Rime and Mabosstiff.

Red-Haired Pirates: Shanks encourages his crew to have at least one Pokemon good with water. Seems sensible for a pirate right? Most common are - Seaking, Floatzel, Wishiwashi, Lanturn, Azumarill, Swanna and Mantine.

Buggy: Pokemon with red noses or feature a red ball shape are common to celebrate their dashing Captain's glorious nose. Such as - Diglett, Ampharos, Nosepass, Spoink, Bidoof, Mime Jr. and Minior (red core.) Plusle and Minun are also popular to cheer on their Captain.

Blackbeard: He wants rare and powerful. For grunts to get anywhere they need Pokemon that can steal and kill. Such as - Arbok, Persserker, Skuntank, Tentacruel, Paldean Tauros, Houndoom, Sharpedo, Liepard, Excadrill, Basculin, Galarian Stunfisk, Honedge, Thievul and Barraskewda. Slugma are bred to burn down ships. Grunts will often leave them to drown.

I was Bored so I decided why not see what kind of Pokemon Barry would have in different regions, this is the result.

Barry’s team in the Unova region shown above, This one was a bit tricky since I’m not sure who this energetic guy would pick but I feel like it’s a good team he’d have.

Barry’s Team In the Alola Region. I’d feel he’d love the sand castle one and the rest he’d choose cause he thought they’re cool .

Barry’s Team For the Kalos region shown above, this one was fun to come up with and tbh I feel like it fits.

Now here’s Barry’s team in the Galar Region, Cinderace, Boltund, and Persserker were obvious choices he’d pick. The others were ones i feel like he’d pick too.

Barry’s team in the Paldea region. He’d obviously have a Floatzel and a Mimikyu, he'd love smolivx and the dog so I say this is a good team for him.

If Kamen Riders (including 2nd Riders) were Pokémon trainers, which Pokémon partner would they have? (For example, i would like Mew or Psyduck as my Pokémon partner)

I’m assuming by your inclusion of Mew in your example that Mythicals/Legendaries are fair game... also, I have to apologize because I’m not actually very familiar with many Pokémon post Gen 4 since that’s when I stopped playing the games and watching the anime though I do know a lot of the popular ones since then. I also just gave some Riders ‘mons that I liked or random ones for the heck of it

Tsukasa: Hoopa. Traveller of dimensions, wreaker of havoc

Daiki Kaito: That thieving fox one from Gen 8, I forgot its name though.

Shoutaro: Victini. Victini is the Victory Pokemon, Joker is the Memory of Victory. It fits

Philip: Persserker(sp?). That’s definitely what Mikku is as a Pokémon lol

Ryu: Tbh I’m tempted to give him a Dragon type, because he literally is named dragon, but I think he would benefit from something like a Munna that can take away the negativity in his life

Eiji: Talonflame. It’s a fiery bird of prey which befits his association with Ankh and favored form of TaJaDor

Shintaro: An Eevee.

Akira: Drampa. Why? Idk I just want him to have one

Gentaro: Cosmog line, because ofc Gen will befriend a sentient galaxy baby and raise it into a sun-lion/moon-bat thing

Ryusei: Hitmonlee. They both take cues from Bruce Lee after all.

Haruto: Charizard, for obvious reasons

Kousuke: Galarian Yamask line. Seems like the type of thing an archeologist would have.

Kouta: Arceus. Hopefully for obvious reasons.

Kumon Kaito: Tropius. Tropius grows bananas, Kaito is the banana Rider

Shinnosuke: Growlithe line. He is a police officer after all

Gou: Alolan Raichu. Idk. I just like the idea of him having one

Takeru: Gastly. It’s a ghost but without the malicious intent that some of the later ghost types have so it fits with the friendly, slightly mischievous Takeru

Makoto: Litwick line. He kind of has a will-o-wisp vibe and the line takes cues from that

Emu: A Chansey/Blissey or Audino befitting him as a doctor

Hiiro: Alcremie, because of his addiction to sweets lol

Sento: Scorbunny line. This one is kinda obvious

Ryuuga: Dratini line. They’re both dragons that are kind but scary when pissed and go from blue to orange when they “evolve”

Sougo: Dialga, because time powers and shit

Geiz: Riolu line. Why? Because I want him to have one. It’s a cool Pokémon

Aruto: Genesect. It’s a cybernetic bug, Aruto is the first primarily-bug theme Rider in ages and he runs a robotics company.

Isamu: Dusk Form Lycanroc. Idk why I just like Dusk Form the best of the three

Touma: Honedge line. Again this is pretty obvious

Rintaro: Suicune, for the water and legend association.
