Pincho a Go Go /Pincho Burger

Pincho Factory Upon entering, The restaurant was very clean and inviting. When I got to the counter the staff was very friendly and helped walk me thru the menu. The Pincho Burger The burger was cooked perfectly to order. I personally enjoy Medium. And the patty was a nice size. The Bun was toasted and buttered. It had a good combination of lettuce, tomato and raw onion. They add potato straws as well, which gives a nice change of texture. And just the right amount of "secret" sauce. The price was $6.99 I would give this burger an 10/10 The fries were $2.99 and not worth the price. Shoe String style. They came out hot and fresh but nothing special that should cost $2.99

Ranking number two on our countdown is The Pincho Factory. Pronounced: “Peen-ch-o”. This establishment is quite new. However, they offer a lot of rich flavor in their burgers. This restaurant offers a Latin twist to the traditional burger. Their famous item on their menu among the Latin folks is called the “Tostone Burger” pronounced: “Toast-on” Burger. This restaurant has a 4.4 star ranking among locals and their latin-influenced, tasty burgers are at an affordable price ($$). As the hispanics call it the three B’s: “Bueno, Bonito, y Barato”. Translation: good, pretty, and cheap! Couldn’t have said it better myself!

Their popular item on their menu called the “Tostone Burger”  as shown above is two fried plantians (serving as the bun), topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and their savory cilantro sauce. They offer other latin-influenced burger favorites such as the pincho burger (their signature item).
