im planning a europe trip (not like. soon, but one day, when i have money) and i was telling my cousin about it bc she was there recently to see her sister and i was like "i figured 'cause [her sister] lives in the netherlands and [you <3] lives in england i could see both, because they're not that far apart in the grand scheme of things" and she goes "yeah it's like 8 hours which is just the drive from here to perth" and i'm sitting here like. that's fucked.
